The article examines the criteria for the effectiveness ofdigital technologies implementation, as well as possible problems arising in the processof digitalization in public authorities in Ukraine. To solve these problems, the authorspropose ways to improve the digitalization processes in public authorities in Ukraine.The results of the study may be useful for authorities seeking to optimize their work andimprove efficiency through digital technologies.
The aim of the research is to analyze the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war (political conflict) and global political problems on the socio-economic development of the state. The Russian-Ukrainian ...war leads to an economic crisis, a drop in incomes and welfare, and an increase in unemployment. In addition, environmental problems caused by war crimes lead to an increase in the number of diseases and slow down socio-economic development. The study was conducted in Ukraine from the start of a full-scale Russian invasion (February 2022) to April 2023. The following scientific approaches were used: political, conflict, and typological. As well as general scientific methods: analysis and synthesis, systematic method, induction and deduction, generalization. The results emphasize that one of the reasons for the Russian-Ukrainian war is the different political and socio-economic interests that lead to the war. This study's findings underscore the global ramifications of a full-scale conflict within Ukraine's borders. Moreover, it highlights the substantial impact of political conflicts and global political challenges as destabilizing factors, casting a detrimental influence on the socio-economic progress of the nation. The scientific novelty of the study consists in a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the socio-economic development of Ukraine.
The article develops the conception of activating public-private partnership of in the context of development of investment and innovation activities by identifying the principles of such activation, ...the conditions for its implementation, instrumentarium, resource provision, directions of analysis, subjects and analytical subsystem of activation at the national, regional and municipal levels, which allows that all kinds of work be directed towards development of the human capital of society in the strategic and tactical dimensions. The features of activation of public-private partnership in the context of development of investment and innovation activities in strategic and tactical dimensions are allocated. Strategic and tactical decisions as to such activation are provided. A generalized model of influence of the strategy on the development of public-private partnerships is presented, which integrates processes, structure of projects, instrumentarium and culture, and reflects the relationship between the choice of spheres of activation, evaluation of its status and motivation of partners in this direction. A number of basic conditions for the activation of public-private partnership at each level are allocated: the State, regional and municipal. In the considered context, public-private partnerships are proposed to be viewed from the viewpoint of a dynamic process of infrastructure improvement of the national, regional or municipal system, which allows to improve quantitative and qualitative parameters and thus improve the level of satisfaction of the individual and collective needs of the population. Prospects for further research in this direction should be contained in concrete definition of the single elements of the conceptual model of activating public-private partnerships in the context of development of investment and innovation activities.
A classification of public-private partnership projects is developed based on a number of essential and independent features. It is proposed to classify the projects by traditionally considered ...features (form, stage at which the private partner is involved, source of funding, facilities, implementation, innovation, mechanism of interaction between the public and private partners, number of private partners involved, level of completion, level of public administration at which the project is implemented, legal mechanism of interaction between the public and private partners) and new ones (subject composition of partners, risk level). Moreover, the problems of controversy in singling out certain types of projects within the traditional classification criteria are eliminated. Based on the results of the research, it is proposed to break down corporate and contractual public-private partnership projects by their form; the existing, emerging or acquired ones – by object; projects in which a private partner is involved at the stage of design, construction, or operation of the object – by stage at which the private partner is involved; projects which are financed by a public, private partner or have mixed financing – by source of financing, etc.
The article is concerned with developing and substantiating a unified model of customs servicing of public-private partnership with participation of foreign private partner. The research was based on ...studying the existing legal framework and the practice of implementing public-private partnership in Ukraine, including customs services in this sphere. In the course of research a number of problems related to the customs servicing of public-private partnership in Ukraine is identified, reflecting non-uniformity of the normative-legal support in this sphere. The obtained results of the study allow to systematize the provisions of various legislative documents regulating peculiarities of customs servicing of public-private partnership, with attention to the practice of such projects in Ukraine and abroad, and to form on this basis a unified integrated and holistic vision of the process of customs servicing of public-private partnership in the form of a scientific-applied model. It is determined that the key operations within the terms of customs servicing of public-private partnership are preparation and implementation of customs clearance of foreign investments by a foreign private partner, which are invested by the latter on a contractual basis or as a contribution to the statutory capital in the objects of public-private partnership. Key subjects of customs servicing of public-private partnership are identified; their actions are systematized, merged and ordered in an organic mechanism of cooperation; a logical sequence of stages is formed, which is further on detailed as concrete operations under the common goal of ensuring the lawful crossing of the country’s border to capital and goods.

Мета дослідження полягає в ідентифікації оптимальних цифрових маркетингових технологій, які будуть найбільш привабливими для інвестицій, на основі аналізу тенденційного перехресно-пріоритетного ...ранжування. У цьому дослідженні створено та протестовано механізм для виявлення тенденцій розвитку цифрових технологій у галузі маркетингових комунікацій і глобального маркетингу. Цей механізм базується на аналітичних принципах та використовує дані від 25 релевантних експертних організацій. На основі індивідуальних рейтингів цих організацій було сформовано множину цифрових рішень у кількості 32 пропозицій. За допомогою розробленої методології цей набір цифрових рішень було ранжовано з виділенням 6 оптимальних технологічних рішень, що мають найбільший потенціал для цифрової трансформації маркетингових комунікацій. Різниця між відносним ранжуванням за частотою згадування (з домінуючим Social Commerce (Influencer Marketing)) і відносним рейтингом за пріоритетом (з домінуючим AI & ML) указує на вплив досвіду маркетингових організацій. Ця різниця пояснюється тим, що на сьогодні платформи соціальних медіа, включаючи інфлюєнс-маркетинг, тісно інтегруються у сферу електронної комерції. Однак перехресний рейтинг виявив актуальні тенденції розвитку цифрового маркетингу, які визначаються впровадженням технологій ШІ в процеси маркетингових комунікацій. Установлено, що залучення кредитних коштів для розгортання модернізованих сучасних маркетингових кампаній і стратегій упливає на фінансову безпеку таких організацій. При цьому застосування оптимальних конверсійних цифрових інструментів маркетингу дозволяє значно знизити фінансові ризики та підвищити прибутковість компаній. Установлено основний напрям майбутнього розвитку глобального маркетингу ‒ імерсивні стратегії, що ґрунтуються на глибокій інтеграції та широкому використанні ШІ-технологій і спрямовані на підвищення зацікавленості та залученості споживачів. Практичність дослідження полягає у формуванні інструмента редукції ризиків хибно спрямованих інвестицій, воно є корисним для широкого загалу стейкхолдерів. У подальшому доцільно дослідити практичні механізми імплементації визначених цифрових рішень у процеси глобального маркетингу з формуванням відповідної деталізованої стратегії.
Companies of all sizes and lines of business are already turning data into real value in many ways. All industries are covered: these are social networks, Internet companies, industrial enterprises, ...fast food chains, banks, industrialists, hotels, and many others. Scientific research reveals ways to increase productivity through data-driven decision-making. However, the human brain is designed in such a way that graphical display allows one to perceive and understand some features of quantitative data, and some quantitative tasks can be best performed. The article reveals a set of tasks for managing financial projects and the resulting visual analytics methods. Applying a systematic approach to managing financial projects and solving problems of visualization of complex data analytics is considered. The technological sequence of the visual solution of project management tasks for managers is given, and visual analytics methods are proposed to determine the necessary intervention in a problem situation that arises in the project management process. The importance of using modern analytical software is noted, which allows visualizing financial analytics using various models quickly or by combining them. Also, the article highlights the main advantages of using analytical software in financial project management and gives recommendations on using five strategies for effective visual analytics of enterprise financial project management.

The article reveals a set of tasks for managing financial projects and the resulting visual methods of analytics. The application of a systematic approach to the management of financial projects and the solution to the visualization of complex data analytics problems is considered. A diagram of the implementation of the stages of data visualization for analysis by specialists and project management is presented. It is proposed to use modern tools for computer data processing and visualization using cross-sectional data, detailing and structuring large amounts of data. The importance of modern analytical software is noted, which allows visualizing financial analytics using various models or combining them in the shortest possible time.
