This paper discusses the process of communication between service providers and recipients when monitoring and maintaining complex technical systems. This requires sophisticated equipment, trained ...personnel and special methods and procedures. This is especially true for technical diagnostics, as the most complex form of monitoring and preventive maintenance. The relevant elements of maintenance by state and the experience of engaging an external partner are highlighted, especially when the complete monitoring for process control is performed virtually. In that sense, an information and communication process is proposed to ensure the efficiency of the complete system. The education of the external partner and the connection with the holders of external memories, research institutions and centres of excellence can be emphasized.
Uneven and non-stationary temperature field is formed in the reservoir wall while loading pressure reservoir with a liquefied gas in cooling state, at a temperature lower than the saturation ...temperature at given pressure. Mathematical model of the temperature field is developed by setting and solving differential equation of heat diffusion in the spherical wall in real conditions of the wall getting cold. The model enables computation of the temperature gradient attaining very high values at the liquid level. A simplified procedure for calculating the wall temperature increase in the narrow area above the liquid level was also developed. Understanding of the temperature field in the reservoir wall allows further heat stresses calculation. For this purpose, a temperature discontinuity should be approximated by a continuous function. Approximation was applied by Fourier's orders, and coefficients of an order are determined by the electronic computer program. The model application procedure has been illustrated by the example of spherical pressure reservoir for liquefied carbon dioxide.Original Abstract: Tijekom punjenja tlacnog spremnika ukapljenim plinom, pothladenim ispod temperature zasidenja za zadani tlak, nastaje u stijenci spremnika nejednoliko i nestacionarno temperaturno polje. Matematicki model temperaturnog polja razvijen je postavljanjem i rjesavanjem diferencijalne jednadzbe provodenja topline u sfernoj stijenci u realnim uvjetima ohladrvanja stijenke.
The article gives insight into the dynamics, deposit, and coverage of wheat leaves by spray droplets in case of three different types of TeeJet nozzles and at five different levels of spraying ...pressure. An average level of coverage was determined (expressed in percentage) as well as an average surface density of droplet traces (1/cm2) both on the upper and lower leaf sides. The quality of the deposit of disintegrated spray was established by catching droplet traces on water sensitive leaves. The highest average level of coverage was achieved in case when TeeJet 11006 nozzle was used (27.247%), and somewhat weaker results were achieved by TeeJet 11004 nozzle (24.755%) and TeeJet 11002 (22.355%). The average coverage of the lower leaf side was not satisfactory since the spray was present only in traces. The achieved coverage of the lower leaf side by TeeJet 11006 and TeeJet 11004 was 6.392% and 3.629% respectively, whereas the poorest result was achieved by TeeJet 11002 and it was 0.272%. Higher spraying levels generally resulted in a better coverage of both upper and lower leaf sides and at the same time it resulted in a higher level of droplet disintegration except for TeeJet 11002 and TeeJet 11004 but only in regard with the lower leaf side.
Oil rape is a valuable fodder because in early spring and late autumn it produces green forage used for the nutrition of domestic animals. It has been replacing sunflower and soy in colder and wetter ...regions. It is additionally advantageous because it leaves behind more nitrogen in soil, which is beneficial to other plants in plant rotation.
There are some possible ways for the fixation of nitrogen in soil and they are as follows: by the means of oil rape straw; by relatively long roots; by the action of nitrogen bacteria, which perform the nitrogen synthesis within their root system, which is the case in some leguminous plants.
Oil seed rape is expected to be wider used in crop rotation of West and Middle Europe, Croatia included. Due to this various sorts have been introduced and potential positive impacts have been studied in order to boost the process. This paper presents information on barley and wheat yield in case when they were sown after oil seed rape and corn. The aim of the research is to determine the presence of positive impacts upon the soil with special attention paid to a potential increase of nitrogen content after oil seed rape was grown. The preceding crops had statistically significant effect. Rape yield was significantly higher compared to the one with corn as preceding crops. Very similar results were obtained in 2007.
