Factors related to sports IPP planning, organization and implementation.
We included 305 participants from 32 countries. IPP planning should be based on an athlete's injury history, on pre-season screening results, and on injury rates (respectively, 98%, 92%, 89% agreement). In total 97% participants agreed that IPP organization should depend on the athlete's age, 93% on the competition level, and 93% on the availability of low-cost materials. It was agreed that IPP should mainly be implemented in warm-up sessions delivered by the head or strength/conditioning coach, with physical training sessions and individual physical therapy sessions (respectively, 94%, 92%, 90% agreement).
Strong consensus was reached on (1) IPP based on the athlete's injury history, pre-season screening and evidence-based sports-specific injury rates; (2) IPP organization based on the athlete's age, competition level, and the availability of low-cost materials and (3) IPP implementation focussing on warm-up sessions implemented by the strength/conditioning coach, and/or individual prevention sessions by the physical therapist.

Introduction: Traumatic brain injury is a functional brain disorder caused by an external force, which giving persistent consequences, progressive, long-term care, and rehabilitation might be needed. ...It is also called a “silent epidemic” due to the increased global incidence rate, socio-economic burden, and quality of life. The major cause of TBI was road traffic injury, fall, and blunt trauma.Methods: This research was conducted with a descriptive research design using a prospective cross-sectional design. The research sampling was using medical records in accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria from 2018 to 2019.Result: The collected sample was 393 cases. There were 66.16% and 67.18% cases occurred to man and productive age with incidence rate 178.89 in 100.000 people. The major cause of TBI was road traffic injury and intentional injury with 58.52% and 24.17% consecutively. The involvement of alcohol in TBI cases was found in 24.42% of cases. The usage of the helmet was not found in 96.6% of cases of RTI.Conclusion: The majority of TBI patients at Mimika Public Hospital in 2018-2019 occurred in men and in the productive age, which was majorly caused by road traffic injury and intentional injury.
The development of communication and information technology impacts the activities and ways of thinking carried out by organizations and governments. The Purbalingga National Land Agency (NLA) is an ...institution that uses information technology to issue proof of land rights in the agrarian/land and spatial planning sector. This study analyzes IT service management maturity level (ITSM) at NLA Purbalingga using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V.3 in the operation of domain services. Descriptive analysis method of questionnaires distributed to the community in NLA Purbalingga. The IT maturity level determination at NLA Purbalingga can be done based on the service operation domain factor. The IT maturity level used has five levels for this study. The results of the analysis show that the ITSM maturity level is at level four. Level four means that IT service management at NLA Purbalingga is appropriately handled by paying attention to the factors that are fulfilled according to procedures and taking process actions against systems that are not running effectively. This study aims to provide NLA Purbalingga to improve website maintenance by carrying out comprehensive system integration to enhance work effectiveness and quality.
The main causes of N.VI paralysis in adults are microvascular disease, vasculopathy, tumors, and inflammatory conditions. However, recent studies suggest that neurotropic viruses may be the etiology ...of N.VI paralysis. COVID-19 also has neurotropic and neuroinvasive capabilities that make the eye susceptible to bilateral optic neuritis, papilledema, and cranial nerve paralysis, the most common of which is abducens nerve palsy. The aim of this literature review is to review studies that describe the occurrence of abducens nerve palsy in COVID-19 patients. The literature search began in the period April-May 2022 from the Google Scholar database (https://scholar.google.com/). This mini review used the AMSTAR (Assessment of Multiple Systemic Review 2, including randomized and nonrandomized studies) checklist and reviewers independently agreed on the selection of eligible studies and reached consensus regarding which studies to include with inclusion criteria. This mini review found that 75% of cases were strongly associated with viral infection and 25% of cases were strongly associated with COVID-19 vaccination. Only 50% of cases report improvement in abducens nerve palsy. This has the implication that with the increasing prevalence of COVID-19 worldwide, ophthalmologists should be aware that abducens nerve palsy may be part of COVID-19.

This research applies the Knowledge Management (KM) Success Model to measure the implementation of Knowledge Learning Center (KLC) as the Knowledge Management in The Ministry of Finance of the ...Republic of Indonesia (MOF). Data was collected by spreading online questionnaire to KLC users. Results show that leadership and knowledge content quality have a positive effect on the perceived usefulness of KMS and user satisfaction. Moreover, perceived usefulness of KMS and user satisfaction has significant positive effect on KMS use for sharing and KMS use for retrieval. The magnitude of perceived usefulness of KMS and user satisfaction effect on KMS use for sharing is 53.9%, while perceived usefulness of KMS and user satisfaction to KMS use for retrieval is 67.5%. Because knowledge management research and implementation in Indonesian government agencies is still very rare, our study is probably the first to analyse factors that are of influence in a successful implementation of Knowledge Management System (KMS) in Indonesian government agencies. This research can be used as an insights for other Indonesian government agencies in Indonesia on how to design and implement KMS in their organizations.
