Objective
This study aimed to analyze the influence of cheerleading on female college students’ physical self-esteem and mental health.
Materials and Methods
In total, 63 female college students from ...the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China were trained in cheerleading for 16 weeks. The scores of each sub-field of physical self-esteem and psychological symptoms were analyzed by using Physical Self-Perception Profile (PSPP) and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), respectively, at 0 and 16 weeks of the experiment.
Results
After 16 weeks of cheerleading exercise, female college students had significant differences in physical attractiveness (

= 4.18), physical quality (

= 4.39), and physical self-worth (

= 3.35) before and after the experiment (

< 0.01). There were significant differences in physical condition (

= 3.87) and athletic ability (
T
= 2.88) before and after the experiment (

< 0.05). Somatization (

= 6.485), obsessive-compulsive symptoms (

= 11.716), interpersonal sensitivity (

= 10.077), depression (

= 8.403), anxiety (

= 10.767), hostility (

= 10.866), terror (

= 9.260), paranoia (

= 10.414), psychosis (
T
= 9.610), sleep and eating disorders (

= 9.323), total symptom index (

= 13.245), and mean score of positive symptoms (

= 12.237) were significantly different (

< 0.01).
Conclusion
Cheerleading can significantly improve the level of female college students’ physical self-esteem, especially the self-esteem level of physical attractiveness, physical quality, and physical self-worth. They also experienced significant improvement in their psychological disorders, especially somatization, depression, and sleep and eating disorders, which effectively improved their overall mental health.
With the development of information technology, the application of a new generation of information technologies, such as big data, Internet Plus, and artificial intelligence, in the sports field is ...an emerging, novel trend. This paper examined the relevant research results and literature on physical education, computer science, pedagogy, management, and other disciplines, then used a self-made questionnaire to investigate the physical health status of Chinese college students. The big data were subsequently analyzed, which provided a scientific basis for the construction of an intelligent governance system for college students' physical health. Intelligent devices may be used to obtain big data resources, master the physical sports development and psychological status of college students, and push personalized sports prescriptions to solve the problems existing in college students' physical health. Research shows that there are four reasons for the continuous decline in Chinese college students' physical health levels. These are students' lack of positive exercise consciousness and healthy sports values (85.43%), a weak family sports concept and lack of physical exercise habits (62.76%), poor implementation of school sports policies (55.35%), and people's distorted sports value orientation (42.27%). Through the connecting effect of data, we can bring together the positive role of the government, school, society, family, and students so as to create an interlinked impact to promote students' physical health. The problems of insufficient platform utilization, lack of teaching resources, lagging research, and insufficient combination with big data in the intelligent governance of physical health of Chinese college students can be solved by building an intelligent governance system of physical health. Such a system would be composed of school infrastructure, data resources and technology processing, and intelligent service applications. Among these, school infrastructure refers to the material foundation and technical support. The material foundation includes perceptions, storage, computing, networks, and other equipment, and the technical support includes cloud computing, mobile Internet, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and deep learning. Data resources refer to smart data, such as stadium data, physical health management data, and students' sports behavior data, which are mined from data resources such as students' physical development, physical health, and sports through big data technology and intelligent wearable devices. Intelligent managers provide efficient, intelligent, accurate, and personalized intelligent sports services for college students through data resource value mining, venue space-time optimization, health knowledge discovery, sports prescription pushes, etc. Finally, we put forward the development strategy for further deepening and improving the big data-driven intelligent governance system for college students' physical health. The intelligent governance system of physical health driven by big data and its development strategy can not only accurately guide and improve the physical health level of college students but also realize integrated teaching inside and outside physical education classes.
Objective. As an important content of the modernization of college physical education, the intelligent physical education in colleges and universities is a main form of the progress and development ...of college physical education. The authors studied the influencing factors, design ideas, and model choices of the construction of smart sports in colleges and universities, aiming at promoting the reform, innovation, and information management of college sports. Methods. The related problems of the construction of intelligent sports in colleges and universities were studied by the methods of literature and logical analysis. Results. Smart sports in colleges and universities is a new type of college sports based on information technology. At present, the construction of smart sports in colleges and universities is still in its initial stage, and there are many problems. The construction of smart sports in colleges and universities not only highlights the charm of college sports and expands and enriches the connotations of college sports but also shapes the brand image of college sports with health. The influencing factors of the development of smart sports in colleges and universities mainly include macro development environment, decision-makers’ behavior, and government support. In the process of the construction of smart sports in colleges and universities, the overall planning and design should follow certain overall ideas and specific ideas, and new development models of smart growth, demand, integrated governance, and integrated development can be chosen. Conclusion. As a refined management method of college sports, smart sports in colleges and universities is of great significance to innovate and deepen the reform of college sports. We must always pay attention to the development dynamics of relevant factors and understand the development trend of smart sports in colleges and the change of influencing factors, so as to seize the opportunity, timely adjust and change the development model of smart sports in colleges and universities, accurately improve the physical health of college students, and promote the intelligent development of college sports.
In this paper, we constructed a novel bifunctional superoxide dismutase（SOD）/glutathione peroxi- dase（GPx） mimic, a selenium-, copper-containing 35-mer peptide conjugate（Se-Cu-35P） in which a ...three-amino acid linker（（31y-Asn-Gly） connects the C-terminus of 17-mer polypeptide SOD mimic with the N-terminus of 15-mer po- lypeptide GPx mimic. The SOD and GPx activities of Se-Cu-35P are two orders of magnitude lower than those of natural SOD and GPx, respectively. It provides a GPx activity 56-fold higher than Ebselen（a well-known GPx mimic）. The glutathione（GSH） binding constant is 5.6× 10^2 L.mol 1. Se-Cu-35P synergistically resists against the inactivation by H202 and protects the mitochondria from oxidative damage in a dose dependent manner. These results highlight the challenge of generating an efficient SOD/GPx synergism mimic. It could facilitate the studies of the cooperation of GPx and SOD and could be a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of ROS-mediated diseases,
Quartz cementation is a critical factor in the reservoir quality of ultra-deeply buried sandstones because of the high temperature and high-pressure at great depths. Therefore, determining the main ...influences retarding the growth of the quartz overgrowths is important for predicting the sweet spots of tight gas sandstones. The vast Keshen-2 gas field in Kuqa Depression is typical of such ultra-deep gas fields, despite the porosity and permeability of the target sandstones in the Lower Cretaceous Bashijiqike Formation being less than 10% and 0.5 md, respectively. The main gas reservoirs had been buried previously to a depth of 7000 m, with the maximum fluid temperature approaching 160 °C, in which authigenic quartz cements are extremely common. The heterogeneity of the physical properties and quartz cementation was investigated using core analysis, log interpretation, thin sections and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The findings indicated that the Bashijiqike Formation could be stratified into upper porous and lower tight zones. The porosity of the sandstones in the upper zone is generally higher than 5% and abundant polycrystalline quartz grains are present. However, the reservoirs in the lower zone with low overall porosity values below 5%, contain high contents of monocrystalline quartz grains. The polycrystalline quartz grains show brown cathodoluminescence that indicates mainly a metamorphic source from the southern Tianshan provenance which is located to the north of Keshen-2. The monocrystalline quartz grains display primarily blue to violet luminescence colours, suggesting an origin from volcanic or plutonic mother rocks of the Wensu and Kuluketage provenance areas, situated to the southwest and southeast, respectively. The monocrystalline quartz grains are surrounded commonly by quartz overgrowths, whereas the polycrystalline quartz grains are cemented slightly. The presence of polycrystalline quartz grains hampers potential quartz overgrowths—the critical reason preserving the intergranular pores in the ultra-deeply buried sandstones of this gas field. Accordingly, we propose that the metamorphic quartz grain content is the main factor inhibiting quartz cementation, which preserves reservoir quality. This knowledge is conducive to determining the growing mechanism of high-quality reservoirs and predicting the sweet spots of gas production in the ultra-deeply buried sandstones.

In situ monitoring of the photothermal (PT) effect at the cellular level is of great importance in the photothermal (PT) treatment of cancer. Herein, we report a class of DNA-templated gold ...nanoparticle (GNP)-quantum dot (QD) complexes (GQC) for PT sensing in solution and in cancer cells in vitro. Specifically, the QD photoluminescence (PL) could be activated at elevated temperature with a wide thermo-responsive range between 45 °C and 70 °C, which fits the temperature threshold for effective cancer cell ablation. The general applicability of GQC for intracellular PT sensing is explored using three types of PT agents (gold nanorods (GNRs), gold nanostars (GNSs), and Prussian blue nanoparticles (PBNPs)) with various PT performances. We show that the intracellular QD PL is gradually activated with increasing near-infrared (NIR) irradiation time, providing a good correlation with the surrounding medium temperature for PT sensing. Moreover, we demonstrate that the GQC sensor could be used for specific photothermal labeling and imaging of cancer cells. The QD PL signal is retained in the cells post-treatment, thereby potentially enabling persistent photothermal labeling of cancer cells for post-treatment cell tracking and imaging-guided therapy evaluation.

, the results show that all these methyl nitrate energetic compounds based on bicyclic scaffolds of furazan-isofurazan exhibit good detonation performances and extraordinary insensitivities. As supported by experimental and theoretical data, the formation of energetic ionic salts causes an increase of the weak interactions, significantly improving the thermal performance over 110 °C.
Three kinds of methyl nitrate energetic compounds and their ammonium ion salts were synthesized. Intensive research of the crystal structures, thermal decomposition processes and energetic properties of these ammonium ions salts are presented.
The use of cancer-relevant microRNA molecules as endogenous drug release stimuli is promising for personalized cancer treatment yet remains a great challenge because of their low abundance. Herein, ...we report a new type of microRNA-catalyzed drug release system based on DNA-programmed gold nanoparticle (GNP)–quantum dot (QD) complex. We show that a trace amount of miRNA-21 molecules could specifically catalyze the disassembly of doxorubicin (Dox)-loaded GNP–QDs complex through entropy driven process, during which the Dox-intercalating sites are destructed for drug release. This catalytic reaction could proceed both in fixed cells and live cells with miRNA-21 overexpression. Dox molecules could be efficiently released in the cells and translocate to cell nuclei. QD photoluminescence is simultaneously activated during catalytic disassembly process, thus providing a reliable feedback for microRNA-triggered drug release. The GNP–QDs–Dox complex exhibits much higher drug potency than free Dox molecules, and therefore represents a promising platform for accurate and effective cancer cell treatment.

High-fidelity life-cycle coupling simulations are attractive for increasing reactor power, increasing the fuel burnup and prolonging the reactor lifetime, which makes reactors much more economical. In this work, the continuous energy Reactor Monte Carlo code RMC was coupled to the subchannel code CTF. With the great support of the high-performance computing techniques, the coupled codes were then used to analyze VERA benchmark Problem 9 for the depletion of the fuel and burnable absorbers in a typical 18-month fuel cycle. Existing Monte Carlo burnup codes suffer from instabilities caused by spatial xenon oscillations. Therefore, a xenon equilibrium correction based on a simplified xenon-iodine burnup chain was used to restrain the spatial xenon oscillations and to improve simulation stability. The neutronics and thermal-hydraulics coupling convergence were investigated in terms of power distribution and Keff. The power distribution and Keff variations show that the neutronics/thermal-hydraulics coupling converges in the third iteration. To verify the neutronics/thermal-hydraulics coupling, the critical boron search algorithm and equilibrium xenon correction method, RMC/CTF solutions to a nominal flow and power critical calculation, VERA Benchmark Problem 7, were compared with the VERA reference solutions (MPACT/CTF) and MC21/CTF. The maximum relative difference of radial assembly power between this work and reference solutions was 2.8%. For the VERA Benchmark Problem 9, the measured critical boron concentrations were provided to validate coupling codes. The critical boron concentration prediction by RMC/CTF is consistent with the measured boron concentrations with absolute errors within 20 ppm, which is about 200 pcm in reactivity. The RMC/CTF solution for VERA Core Physics Benchmark Problem 9 is the first published coupled Monte Carlo neutronics/subchannel thermal-hydraulics solution for this problem.
