This study aims to determine the importance of the role of the principal in developing a religious culture in schools. This study uses a qualitative approach aimed at describing and analyzing natural ...phenomena, events, social activities regarding the development of religious culture through the internalization of moral and religious values at SMPN 4 Boyolali. Documentation, observation and interviews are the methods used to collect data. Meanwhile, the technique of analyzing and analyzing the data is using data reduction, categorizing the checking of the validity of the data and interpreting the data. The results of this study indicate that developing a religious culture in schools requires systematic policies and concepts.
Motivation is the main key to the success of the education and teaching process. Therefore, it is necessary to explore more deeply what are the important factors in fostering learning motivation. ...Learning motivation can be grown through things that are related or directly related to student interactions on campus, such as the friendship environment, digital literacy, or the learning methods used. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Blended Learning on Learning Motivation and the effect of Digital Literacy as a mediating variable between the independent variable and the dependent variable. In addition, this research is expected to add insight in the field of education in order to improve things that can affect learning motivation. This type of research is field research and uses quantitative methods. This study involved 100 respondents from Islamic Religion students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence between Blended Learing on Learning Motivation, and also a positive and significant effect of the influence of Digital Literacy as a mediating variable between the independent variable (Blended Learning) and the dependent variable (Learning Motivation).
The teachers’ pedagogic competence significantly influences the students’ learning process and outcomes. Due to the Distance Learning policy, the principal as a manager of the school is expected to ...have the right strategy to develop the ability of teachers professionally to continue to provide quality educational services. This study aims to report the response of teachers to distance learning policy and strategies of the principals of SMA Muhammadiyah PK in Solo Raya in developing teachers’ pedagogic competencies. This study is qualitative research that employed the phenomenological method. The validity of the data was obtained using technical triangulation and source triangulation as well as data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. This study found the followings: 1) The teachers felt hard to adjust at the beginning; 2) The teachers continued to look for and apply appropriate learning methods; 3) The teachers had a little difficulty engaging students during learning; 4) The teachers needed to adjust and needed guidance to understand and prepare lesson plans according to the emergency curriculum. Furthermore, in developing teacher pedagogic competence, the principal supervised learning and conducted several training programs accompanied by practice, motivation, and advice.

Islamic Boarding School has the main task to develop religious values in students. But on the other hand, boarding schools must develop social intelligence by actualizing multicultural education. ...This research aims to find out the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning that contains multicultural values in Islamic boarding school Darusy Syahadah Simo Boyolali. This type of research is field research, with qualitative descriptive methods and using a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques use interview, observation, and documentation methods. While the data analysis technique used is interpretive descriptive analysis. There are three results from this study. First, learning planning seen from the perspective of multicultural education has contained multicultural values such as the value of togetherness, and the value of democracy is seen in the learning planning process which involves many parties to conduct group discussions (musyawarah). While the value that contradicts multicultural values is born from the non-creation of products from the planning process in the form of learning tools such as syllabuses and documented learning implementation plans. Second, the implementation of his learning is seen from the strategies used that have contained multicultural values such as the values of democracy, tolerance, justice, togetherness, peace, solidarity. While the contradictory value of multicultural values there are values of injustice and the value of discrimination in interacting between students and teachers in the process of learning activities. Third, the evaluation of learning contains multicultural values in terms of processes and products such as democratic values, values of justice, diversity, tolerance, peace. At the same time, there is also a contradictory value characterized by the value of a conflict, hegemony, and dominance among the students in interacting daily in the environment of Islamic boarding school Darusy Syahadah.
An educational institution will be able to actualize democratic education in its school environment holistically as described by Zamroni (2011) must at least integrate three important elements in a ...school. The three elements are the structure, the culture of the school, and the educational process carried out by teachers. Previous literature studies show that the integration of the three elements has not been maximally actualized in educational institutions. This research will explain the actualization of democratic education through the reorientation of the democratic education process through the development of extracurricular activities of modern Islamic boarding school Assalaam Surakarta Indonesia. To achieve the research objectives, this study uses a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques: interviews, documentation, observations. The results of this study show that the actualization of democratic education in the boarding school environment through the development of extracurricular activities can be done by reorienting extracurricular activities. At least the reorientation process can be carried out in the early stages, namely, the use of extracurricular activities proportionately and professionally, to carry out the management of the extracurricular based on democratic values and develop extracurricular activities in a structured and planned manner to develop democratic values gradually and continuously.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi Pendidikan Islam Berkemajuan dalam membentuk Softskills di SMP Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar PK Kartasura dan SMP Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom ...Karanganyar serta factor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan filosofis, fenomenologis, dan psikologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Islam Berkemajuan berdampak baik serta mendukung terbentuknya softskills peserta didik melalui beberapa aspek diantaranya proses pembelajaran, budaya sekolah, dan ekstrakurikuler. Softskills yang terbentuk antara lain religius, disiplin, mandiri, kerjasama, proses berfikir kritis dan kreatif, tanggungjawab, kepemimpinan, memecahkan masalah, kreatif, dan toleransi. Faktor-faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan Islam berkemajuan dalam membentuk softskills antara lain kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang baik, komunikasi dan kerjasama aktif serta semangat dan komitmen tinggi dari seluruh stackeholder sekolah, fasilitas dan sarpras yang memadai, dan kualitas pendidik dan staff karyawan yang mumpuni dalam masing-masing bidang profesi. Faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan Islam berkemajuan dalam membentuk softskills antara lain terbatasnya kuantitas tenaga pendidik dalam pelaksanaan program, peserta didik yang tidak taat tata tertib sekolah, minimnya perhatian dan pengawasan orangtua dengan padat aktivitas, laju perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang tidak seimbang dengan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menyaring informasi yang positif maupun negatif.
This study aimed to determine the implementation of Advanced Islamic Education in forming Soft skills at SMP Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar PK Kartasura and SMP Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Karanganyar the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with field research and psychological approaches. The study results indicate that Advanced Islamic Education has a good impact and supports the formation soft of students through several aspects, including the learning process, school culture, and extracurricular activities. Soft skills formed include religious, disciplined, independent, cooperative, critical, creative thinking processes, responsibility, leadership, problem-solving, creativity, and tolerance. Supporting factors in implementing advanced Islamic education in forming soft skills include good principal leadership, active communication and collaboration, high enthusiasm and commitment from all stakeholders, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and quality educators and staff employees qualified in each professional field. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of advanced Islamic education in forming soft skills include the limited quantity of educators in program implementation, students who do not obey school rules, lack of attention and supervision of parents with intensive activities, the rate of development of technology and information that is not balanced with the ability of students to filter positive and negative information.
Penelitian ini mengkaji peran dialog keagamaan dalam menghadapi dan mengatasi berbagai isu kemanusiaan yang kompleks. Dialog antaragama dianggap sebagai salah satu metode efektif untuk mempromosikan ...perdamaian, toleransi, dan keadilan sosial di tengah masyarakat yang beragam. Studi ini berfokus pada konteks Indonesia, di mana pluralitas agama menjadi tantangan sekaligus potensi bagi pembangunan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh-tokoh agama, pengamat sosial, dan partisipan dialog keagamaan, serta melalui analisis dokumen-dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dialog keagamaan telah berkontribusi signifikan dalam mengurangi prasangka antaragama, mempromosikan kerjasama sosial, dan memfasilitasi penyelesaian konflik. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa dialog keagamaan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan aksi sosial terhadap isu-isu seperti kemiskinan, ketidakadilan, dan perubahan iklim. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan dalam pelaksanaan dialog keagamaan, termasuk perbedaan doktrin teologis, kurangnya kepercayaan, dan intervensi politik. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, dibutuhkan komitmen yang kuat dari semua pihak yang terlibat, serta strategi dialog yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dialog keagamaan adalah alat yang penting dan efektif untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih damai dan adil, asalkan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang tepat dan melibatkan semua lapisan masyarakat. Rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dialog keagamaan juga disampaikan dalam penelitian ini.
Sebelum Muhammadiyah masuk ke Kotagede dan memberikan perubahan, masyarakat sudah menganut agama Islam tradisional tetapi memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap tradisi leluhur. Gerakan Muhammadiyah ...yang digagas oleh Mitsuo Nakamura dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi alternatifnya. Sehingga dalam tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gerakan transformasi Muhammadiyah di Kotagede Yogyakarta pandangan Mitsuo Nakamura. Tulisan ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif jenis studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan terakhir mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan transformasi agama dilakukan guna meluruskan pemahaman tahayul, penetapan zakat dan penerima zakat yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam dan pembangunan masjid Perak untuk melaksanakan ibadah maupun acara keagamaan lainnya oleh Muhammadiyah. Sedangkan transformasi pendidikan yang telah dilaksanakan membangun sekolah HIS dan Sekolah Rakyat Angka Loro Negri guna menunjang pendidikan anak yang belum dapat bersekolah di sekolah negeri, kemudian menetapkan kurikulum modern berbasis Islam. Transformasi yang telah dilaksanakan banyak memberikan manfaat dan dampak positif bagi masyarakat Kotagede maupun bagi organisas Muhammadiyah terlebih lagi meluruskan pandangan masyarakat tentang Islam.
