Growth and development delays can occur in childhood under five years. Early stimulation is very important to help babies grow according to their age which can be done with baby massage. Increasing ...the skills of parents in learning baby massage is a main focus because parents are the closest people to babies. This initial research was conducted to determine the learning media needed by parents in learning baby massage.
A qualitative research with a phenomenological approach was used to explore the views of parents, providers/health workers, Information Technology (IT) experts, and media design experts. Focus group discussion (FGD) was used to obtain information from a number of samples taken by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis.
A total of 11 people consisting of four parents with babies aged 0-12 months, two IT experts, one media design expert, and four midwives involved in FGD. There was an agreement that an android application-based baby massage media was needed to include a baby massage video feature that was made every step of baby massage, starting with baby massage of the feet, hands, stomach, chest, face, and back. The baby massage application will be equipped with a baby massage feature that conveys the benefits of baby massage, massage instructions, diaries, and contact midwives.
Parents who have babies, midwives who are competent in the implementation of baby massage, IT experts, and media design experts agree to develop learning media for the baby massage based on android applications by developing six features and systems.
Motivasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam bekerja karena dengan motivasi diharapkan setiap tenaga kesehatan dapat bekerja dengan keras dan antusias untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ...ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor instrinsik dan ekstrisnsik yang memengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat di puskesmas Pamboang kabupaten Majene dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional study, total sampling sebanyak 41 perawat alat penelitian yakni lembar kuisioner. Kemudian data di analisa dengan uji univariat dan uji multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel independen yang memengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yakni variabel status kepegawaian (0,002 < α 0,05) dan variabel kondisi kerja (0,009 < α 0,05) sedangkan variabel independen yang mempunyai nilai tidak signifikan memengaruhi motivasi kerja yakni variabel prestasi (0,638 > α 0,05), variabel Pengakuan Skill (0,101 > α 0,05), variabel rekan kerja (0,090 > α 0,05) serta variabel insentif (0,885 > α 0,05). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulan bahwa faktor status kepegawaian dan faktor kondisi kerja signifikan memengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat, sedangkan faktor prestasi, faktor pengakuan skill, faktor innsentif dan faktor rekan kerja tidak signifikan memengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat di Puskesmas Pamboang kabupaten Majene.
To find out the effectiveness of counseling with cartoon animation audiovisual method in increasing the knowledge of brushing teeth.
This study was a pre-experimental study with one group pre-test ...post-test design with a cross-sectional approach. This study was conducted on children aged 10-12 years old at Toddopuli Superior Primary School in Makassar City, Indonesia. Assessment of knowledge level on tooth brushing was based on the choice of answers to the questionnaire question. The effectiveness of increased tooth brushing knowledge was measured by comparing the mean test scores pre and post-test counseling, using t-paired analysis.
The average value of subjects before and after counseling is in a good category. Fifteen (18%) of children are in the category of a sufficient level of knowledge. After counseling, there are 82 (98.8%) of children are in the category of good knowledge level. There are only 1 (1.2%) of children in the sufficient category, and none in the category lack of knowledge.
Counseling with cartoon animation audiovisual method effectively increases the knowledge of brushing teeth of children aged ten to twelve years.
Lesbian merupakan salah satu kelompok yang mempunyai resiko tinggi menjadi seorang penyalahguna obat karena faktor pergaulan, trauma, konflik dan lingkungan. Penyalahgunaan obat pada komunitas lesbi ...terjadi karena kurang tersentuhnya komunitas tersebut sehingga seorang lesbi dapat menjadi pengguna obat-obatan karena dipengaruhi oleh perilaku pada masing-masing pergaulan dikomunitas lesbi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai perilaku lesbian terhadap penyalahgunaan obat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian adalah lesbian yang terdiri dari terdiri dari 2 butchi (peran sebagai pria) dan 1 informan femm (peran sebagai wanita). Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa informan mulai menjadi lesbi sejak SD, SMP dan SMA dengan alasan ketertarikan sendiri yang sudah ada dalam diri dan karena pengaruh dari teman. Semua lesbi menggunakan obat dalam pergaulan di komunitas lesbinya. Jenis obat yang digunakan oleh lesbi yaitu somadril dan karnopen. Lesbi menggunakan obat dengan alasan untuk menghilangkan stress, membuat tenang, simbol sebagai anak gaul dan untuk melakukan seks. Untuk melakukan hubungan seksual dengan pasangannya, disamping minum obat tersebut, lesbi juga menggunakan vinger dan vibrator. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disimpulkan bahwa perilaku lesbi sudah muncul sejak usia anak-anak hingga remaja. Perilaku ini kadang tidak sadari munculnya dengan berbagai alasan hingga lesbi terjebak dalam status yang membuat komunitas tersendiri demi pemuasan psikologi dan seksualnya. Perilaku berisiko yang dilakukan pun sering menyertai pergaulan lesbi seperti menggunakan obat penenang yang dapat mereka dapatkan diapotik untuk mengatasi stress dan melakukan seks. Hubungan seks dilakukan dengan pasangan lesbinya maupun dengan tante-tante bahkan kadang dengan teman lesbi apabila lesbi telah teler. Disarankan kepada Balai Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan untuk memperketat pengawasan terhadap pembelian obat-obat penenang di apotik-apotik.
BACKGROUND: Baby spa is useful for baby’s growth and development. The previous research has shown that when the baby is massaged by the mother, a bond is formed between the mother and the baby ...compared to other people who do the massage. However, in its implementation, baby spas are often carried out by health workers.
AIM: The purpose of this research is to determine the mother’s ability to do baby massage with the guidance of medical personnel.
METHODS: This method of writing systematic reviews refers to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews guidelines. Articles were searched in several databases ; ScienceDirect, EBSCO, PubMed, Scinapse, Google Scholar from 2011-2021. The search strategy uses the keywords Infant OR Infant Preterm OR Very Low Birth Weight infants AND Massage OR Oil Massage AND Attachment AND Growth.
RESULTS: The results show the chances of success of mothers doing baby massage with the help of medical personnel, the baby massage learning media used were baby phantoms, brochures, pamphlets, and baby massage videos, and the frequency of massage for 10–15 min each time the massage. The results obtained after the mother did the baby massage were the increase in body weight, body length, arm circumference of the baby, better bonding between mother and baby, improvement in mother’s mood, and increase in mother’s positive attitude in caring for the baby.
CONCLUSION: This study proves that the role of medical personnel in training baby massage to mothers is proven to be effective in increasing the ability of mothers to do baby massage.

The research use qualitative and quantitative ...method. The subjects of the study were 200 samples obtained by using Slovin formula. Data collected using questionnaire and in-depth interview with the samples. Data analysis using Path Analysis statistics to find the link between knowledge and attitudes toward TB incidence (2,521) for quantitative data tested by Wilcoxon.
Average score of knowledge before 41.86 and after intervention 102.34 with a value of p=0.001 and attitudes showed that there were differences before and after intervention where the value of p=0.001 discussion and conclusions; knowledge of attitudes and case-finding actions before and after intervention increased.
The result of the study showing that the model of flipchart intervention to increase knowledge of housewives and cadres finding TB cases.
