A relatively high degree of conflicts between development and developmental goals is an objective condition that one has to face in planning in large mining basins. Numerous conflicts exist: between ...wider public larger social interests (land occupation, removal-power production), short-term and long-term goals, specific and general aims, etc. Basic developmental conflicts exist in the relationship between the miming-energy-industrial system and its environment, and they are manifested in areas of regional development, incompatible production functions (mining-agriculture), lend use and organization, exploitation of natural resources, and environmental degradation. Thus, one of the most important planning task in large mining basins is to identify, evaluate, confront and compare development conflicts and developmental goals. The task of the planning process is to offer objective parameters (indices) concerning the state of development, its potentials and limitations, as well as the concept of alternative strategies of future development, including their possible effects, conversion of larger social priorities into criteria for evaluating alternative strategies, i.e. to offer adequate analytical documents as a platform for the expression of goals and interests of numerous social subjects and their harmonization in the process of participation in planing decision making.
Angiofibromas are histologically benign vascular tumors, originating from the nasopharynx, near by the area of sphenopalatine foramen. These neoplasms occur typically in male adolescents. Reports of ...primary extranasopharyngeal angiofibromas have appeared sporadically in the literature in English. We present the first case of an elderly woman with tumor arising from the middle turbinate, diagnosed as angiofibroma.
A 63-year-old female presented with left-sided nasal obstruction and epistaxis. Endoscopic evaluation revealed a polypoid mass arising from the anteroinferior portion of the left middle turbinate. Computed tomography (CT) scan showed a soft-tissue opacity that filled the anterior part of the left nasal cavity. After the endoscopic excision of the mass, postoperative pathohistological and immunohistochemical analysis confirmed the diagnosis of an angiofibroma. Two years later, the patient was free of symptoms and without endoscopic evidence of recurrence.
Extranasopharyngeal angiofibromas arising from the nasal cavity are extremely rare tumors. Immunohistochemical analysis is very important in all doubtful cases, especially in those with atypical location.
In this study, the authors explore the effect of students self-regulated efficiency component on their positive and negative emotions regarding school and school learning. The findings show that ...challenge and productive learning predetermine 44% of the variance in positive feelings, while autonomy, interactive or cooperative learning as well as independent decision making are variables that are rejected in multiple regression as predictors of positive emotions. When negative emotions are introduced as mediators via a hierarchy regression model, it would appear that their reduction effect on the predictors of positive emotions is trifle, as they do not change the established relations significantly. Likewise, a model in which multiple regressions were used to test the negative components of self-regulation efficiency on negative emotions displayed similar results. Aversion, reproductive learning and execution of teachers' decisions predetermine negative emotions, but they explain only 10% of the variance, whereby positive emotions, as a mediation variable, do not change the model. Umetnička dela i antikviteti otkrivaju kulturni identitet naroda, oni imaju svoje značenje u određenom socijalnom, ekonomskom i istorijskom okruženju i vredno svojstvo svedoka čitavih epoha, zbog ...čega je njihova zaštita u javnom interesu. U Srbiji su krađama i neovlašćenim izvođenjem arheoloških radova najviše ugroženi lokaliteti iz rimskog perioda, kao i sakralni objekti, posebno crkve i manastiri, u kojima se kradu liturgijski predmeti (ikone, stare bogoslužbene knjige, putiri, krstovi, relikvijari sa moštima svetitelja). Na osnovu podataka Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Republike Srbije u periodu 2006–2014. godine izvršeno je 1.472 krivičnih dela u vezi sa kulturnim dobrima. Cilj rada je da oslika stanje kriminaliteta u vezi sa kulturnim dobrima u Srbiji, sagledavanjem nekih njegovih formi i karakterističnih primera.

Works of art and antiquities reveal the cultural identity of people, they have their own importance in a certain social, economic and historical environment as well as a valuable characteristic of ...being the witnesses of entire epochs, which is why their conservation is in the public interest. In Serbia, the places which are most endangered by theft and unauthorized archaeological works are sites from the Roman period, as well as religious buildings, particularly churches and monasteries, where liturgical objects are stolen(icons, old liturgical books, chalices, crosses, reliquaries with the relics of saints). Based on data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia for the period2006–2014, a total of 1,472 criminal offenses that involve cultural property were carried out. The aim of this paper is to portray the state of crime that involve cultural properties in Serbia, by reviewing some of its forms and specific examples.
The contemporary social conditions increasingly enable the development of transnational organized crime. Considering this fact a global response is required, or rather the development of general ...strategies of international character. The authors of the paper discuss certain, i.e. the most dangerous forms of organized crime which are present in Serbia as well as in the entire international community. Also, in order to make investigations and prosecutions easier, it is necessary to develop cooperation. Information exchange, as well as exchange of intelligence and evidence collecting data is a prerequisite for improving safety. Timely access to the relevant and objective information is a key element for successful detection, prevention and proving criminal offenses. Enhancing the co-operation, defining the legal framework and the establishing of technical possibilities, particularly with the handling of electronic, digital evidence, effective and timely compliance with requests for mutual legal assistance are prerequisites for success.

Mucocoele is histopathologically benign, cystic change of paranasal sinuses filled with mucoid contents, which with its growth is pressuring and destroying local bone walls. In only 3% of the cases ...it can be localized in maxillary sinuses. Etiology is unknown. Pyocoele develops by secondary infection.
The male patient was 21 years old. His symptoms were runny nose with thick contents and heavy breathing on the right side of the nose, headaches, as well as the swelling of the right cheek. During clinical examination, the expansive change was found. It was completely closing the right side of the nose cavity. Computerized tomography (CT) of paranasal cavities showed excessive expansion of the right maxillary sinus, with very thinned walls, while the cavity was filled with liquid. After antibiotics therapy, the radical operation of the right maxillary sinus was performed, based on Caldwell Luc method. The frontal wall was found to be extremely convex and thinned, while the medial wall was with dehiscention. The cystic change was extirpated. Mucocoele was proved by pathohistologic findings. Its wall was about 2 mm thick and it showed squamous metaplasia in the large part of the mucocoela epithel. In the submucosa fibrosis and inflammatory infiltrate was present. Postoperative follow-up was under control. Clinicaly and radiographycaly, six months after therapy, the patient does not have troubles.
The rare localization of the mucocoeles in maxillary sinus can be explained with the width of the maxillary ostia. Infected mucocoeles, expanded to the local anatomical structures, should be operated on with classic radical surgical operation.
Проблем трговине људима је веома актуелан, а многобројна дешавања на међународној сцени допринела су развоју овог појавног облика организованог криминалитета. Ту, пре свега, мислимо на процес ...глобализације, транзиције појединих држава, губитак система вредности, сиромаштво и друге факторе. Досадашња истраживања указују да је трговина људима, пре свега, организована криминална активност, иако постоје докази да се њоме баве и појединци. Аутори у раду анализирају организоване криминалне групе које се баве трговином људима, нивое њихове организованости, поделу задатака, њихов етнички састав, с обзиром да је у судској документацији потврђено постојање aлбанских, руских, бугарских и турских криминалних организација, подједнако присуство жена и мушкараца током реализацији ове криминалне активности, жртвe трговине људима, као и модалитете рада појединих организованих криминалних група.
U ovoj studiji autori istražuju utjecaj komponenata samoregulacijske uspješnosti učenika i studenata na njihove pozitivne i negativne emocije o školi i škol¬skom učenju. Uzorkom je obuhvaćeno 366 ...srednjoškolaca i 535 studenata. Rezultati pokazuju da izazov i pro¬dukcijsko učenje predodređuju 44% varijance u pozitivnim osjećanjima, a da su autonomija, interaktivno ili kooperativno učenje te samostalno donošenje odluka multiplom regresijom odbačene varijable kao predik¬tori pozitivnih emocija. Kada su u hijerarhijskom regresijskom modelu kao medijator uvedene negativne emocije, pokazalo se da one neznatno smanjuju prediktore pozitivnih emocija, ali da bitno ne mijenjaju uspostavljeni odnos. Na isti način ponaša se model u kojem je multiplom regresijom testiran utjecaj negativnih kompone¬nti samoregulacijske uspješnosti na negativne emocije. Averzija, reprodukcijsko učenje i izvršava¬nje odluka nastavnika predodređuju negativne emocije, ali objašnjavaju samo 10% vari¬jance, pri čemu pozitivne emocije kao medijacijska varijabla ne mijenjaju model.
