The article analyzes the market of organic products and its main trends in modern conditions. It was found that Ukraine has all the prerequisites for the development of this industry. The dynamics of the number of producers of organic products for 2016-2022 were analyzed. It has been established that Ukraine occupies a leading position in the export of organic products to the countries of the European Union. It has been studied that this industry is relatively young. Because of this, the legislative framework began to be formed in Ukraine only in 2018. Reasonable factors influencing the environmental awareness of potential buyers of organic products. Research shows that buyers understand the significance and importance of buying organic products, but due to mistrust of producers, incorrect labeling or incorrect placement of products in stores, they do not make a purchase. It was established that the main places of sale of organic products are specialized stores, purchases from personal farms or farms specializing in the production of eco-products, and supermarkets. The article proposes the main vectors for improving the functioning of the organic products market. Further studies of this problem will concern the policy of state support and legislative support.

It is established that the organizational culture is manifested primarily in the records of the enterprise, in conversations with potential customers, as well as in certain conflict and problem situations. It is justified that if managers want to organize and improve the organizational culture of the enterprise, they should not complicate work processes, should not procrastinate with decisions that may be disappointing for employees. First of all, it weakens the motivation of employees in the future. The paper presents the main advantages of using the organizational culture of enterprises. It is substantiated that constructive feedback plays an important role in the formation of organizational culture. It is noted that it is necessary to highlight not only the positive aspects of the functioning of organizational culture, but also to reflect the negative aspects. It is substantiated that it is impossible to build an organizational culture in a short time. She needs awareness and confidence in management decisions. It is substantiated that the choice of employees of the enterprise should be based on competencies, knowledge, and also rules of the enterprise. It is advisable to hire not only managers, but also to involve other employees of your team. It is formulated that employees should be guided in their work by common values for the enterprise, because this, in the end, will help to achieve common goals. The scientific work notes that organizational culture is easier to build in small businesses than large ones.
The article considers the problems of the agricultural sector in 2020-2021 and the main reasons for their occurrence. The strategic nature of the agricultural sector as a whole for the economy of ...Ukraine has been established. The article highlighted the main problems faced by farmers during the pandemic. The main negative consequences for the economy of Ukraine are revealed. Naturally, the impact of the global pandemic affects agricultural producers in different ways. First of all, it depends on the size of the enterprise, the volume of production, the territorial location of the enterprise, the levels of distribution of products, as well as the level of support from the state. According to statistics, it is investigated that the total amount of investment decreased by almost three times. In the agricultural sector, this figure has decreased by almost 2 times. It is investigated that the production of durable goods fell. In addition, the demand for food products as basic necessities is relatively constant, so even changes in income or trade restrictions do not drastically affect sales. The necessity of state support in the agricultural sector is substantiated. For stable and dynamic development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine it is necessary to support active cooperation between the state and business, which will help to more actively attract foreign investment. The article notes that the pandemic has increased the demand for local producers and farmers' products purchased from them via Internet platforms. The purchase of domestic goods in general leads to the preservation and creation of new jobs, increased tax revenues to the state budget and local budgets, attracting funds for investment, as well as the development of domestic enterprises and farms.
The article’s purpose is to apply design management in forming an innovative model of sustainable development with adaptation to regional features in conditions of global turbulence. Indicators and ...indicators for evaluating the quality of functioning of the model of sustainable development laid down in the goals of sustainable development for the regions of Ukraine with their systematization and certain additions are proposed. Based on the results of the calculations, we will receive the results of achievements in the field of implementation of the model of sustainable development of the Black Sea region of Ukraine both in terms of the general economic, social, and ecological components and in terms of indicators, which will create prerequisites for making management decisions regarding the revision of goals, improvement of influence tools, optimization of transformational processes. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals of the Black Sea Region of Ukraine made it possible to propose the design of an innovative model of sustainable development of the region in conditions of global turbulence. The design management of the innovative model of sustainable development covers the main principles, criteria, mechanisms, and tools for implementing sustainable development goals in the regions, which can be integrated into the management systems of state and regional projects at different levels. The model of sustainable development of the region is focused on ensuring the continued functioning of the regional system based on self-organization processes based on the gradual improvement of potential technologies and management mechanisms, taking into account existing achievements and shortcomings through the establishment of horizontal and vertical communications and the development of adaptive qualities of its components.
