The work is devoted to study of the phenomenon of oscillations induced photopleochroism depending on the different technologies for the creation of photosensitive structures CuInSe2. Induced ...photopleochroism was observed, and peculiarities of this phenomenon are discussed. A conclusion is made such structures beneficial to apply as sensors of polarization light for fiber optic.
A paper presents the problem of results reliability increasing a during person's condition diagnosing by pulse oximeter is considered. A new method for reliability evaluation of the measurement ...results of the pulse wave parameters and a technique for tuning of optical part of the pulse oximeter are developed. Developed by us the method and the technique allow to make the insignificant of number errors influence on the measurement results. The data on the experimental research of various people condition are presented.
This work is devoted to the studies of the photoluminescence of plant leaves during their temperature influence. We show new results in the decay of biological processes in green leaves. The analysis ...of obtained results allows to conclude that the main result obtained in the high-temperature treatment of green leaves in the range from 300 K to 440 K does not lead to damping of the intense red photoluminescence characteristic of green leaves. These results may be of interest not only for biology and agriculture, but also for new applications of photonics.
In an article the influence of active and passive interferences on the operation of X-band radar are considered. A new way to compensate for this interference is proposed. To implement this method, a ...new interference compensation unit based on horn antennas is developed. The experimental investigation results of unit work, as a separate device, and as part of the radar station are presented.
The processing of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) signals from various liquid media is an important step in monitoring their state. At the same time, the processing of NMR signals is quite a ...challenge during express control by NMR relaxometer. Therefore, the article substantiates the need to develop a new method for NMR signals processing. For this purpose, a universal mathematical model for describing the NMR signal from various media has been proposed. This model takes into account the features of recording signals using a modulation technique in a weak magnetic field. In addition, the article presents the results of calculations of the components concentrations in the studied mixtures of liquid media. Also these results are compared with the experimental data.
The work is devoted to study of polarization photosensitivity of structure on the basis of ZnSe single crystals. To produce such photosensitive structure we used heat treatment of ZnSe substrates on ...dry air. The polarization photosensitivity was detected and studied in relation to their manufacturing conditions and photoregistration configuration. We conclude that such photosensitive structure can be used as polarimetric short wavelength photodetector.
In this work, which is in line with the new promising areas of semiconductor electronics, we present the results of a study of the photovoltaic properties of photosensitive structures based on Fe and ...In2S4 to define the application prospects of this new magnetic semiconductor for use in photonics.
The new magnetic system construction and the registration circuit of the nuclear magnetic resonance signal in the weak magnetic field are considered. The new elaborated construction of the small ...nuclear magnetic spectrometer gives a possibility to register signals from different nuclei of investigated medium, having magnetic moment. That expands greatly the functional possibilities of the nuclear magnetic resonance in the investigation of media in the express-mode. The experiment investigation results for different media are represented.
The article gives an overview of present results of a study of the luminescence of living plants in room temperature and also the luminescence of green leaves in a living state and taken from the ...parent plant. The analysis of obtained results allows to conclude that the photoluminescence spectra for green leaves in all cases represent the two closely spaced bands. Temporal intensity of photoluminescence of green leaves of plants were studied.
The presented work demonstrates a new design of a fiber-optic line of microwave signal transmission for the receiving path of the maritime radar station. The features of microwave signals ...transmission in the maritime radar station are established. New designs of the transmitting and receiving modules have been developed in view of the established features. The transmitting module is based on the Mach-Zehnder electro-optical modulator. The receiving module contains p-i-n diode that is based on heterostructures. The results of experimental studies are presented.
