Under modern conditions of turbulent external environment, one of the reserves for increasing the efficiency of an enterprise’s economic activity is its involvement in joint activities with other ...enterprises, which together form a large-scale economic and production system. The author’s hypothesis in this case is to consider efficiency as a function of the ability of participants in a large-scale system to establish appropriate communications. Accordingly, the shortcomings of communication of participants in a large-scale system are determined by the main factor of stability loss of the economic-production system. The aim of the article is to develop the theoretical and methodological bases for ensuring an increase in viability of large-scale economic-production systems through optimizing the links between its participants by the criterion of compliance with structural and communication stability. In the framework of achieving the aim of the article, the relevance of introducing the concept “structural and communication stability” of an enterprise is proved, and its essence is substantiated. To identify the factors of stability loss, there used recommendations from the body of knowledge on system engineering regarding the construction of a hierarchy (holarchy) of a complex system, for each level of which the factor of stability loss is determined. A reference model for establishing communication between participants of a large-scale system is developed, and the possibility of detailing such a model by means of multi-agent modeling is provided for detailing the parameters of interaction between participants of a large-scale economic production system. The application of this model is the basis for ensuring the stability of the economic system by forcing internal and external stakeholders to fulfill their functions.
The article is aimed at substantiating the approach to evaluating the structural configuration and identifying the features of building a corporate relations system in the context of the ...organizational development of joint stock company. The regularities and the logic of representation in the dynamics of the organizational development of enterprise of both the reflexive perception and the adaptive response to the continuous transformations of the economic environment are defined. The features of changes in the structural configuration and in the content of activities of the enterprises’ administration bodies at different stages of organizational development are considered. It is proved that the dynamics of the organizational development of joint stock company should be directly reflected in the distribution of corporate control, as well as in defining the nature of shareholder representation in the administration bodies, which are characterized by different grade of influence. It is proposed to use a system of indicators for evaluation of the structural configuration of corporate relations in joint stock company, which is reflected through such aspects of the organization of activities of the higher administration bodies: structural; normative; representative; procedural; effective; informational; integration.
Three new cationic dinitrosyl iron complexes (DNICs) with thiocarbamide derivatives were synthesized and investigated their physical–chemical features. The structures and properties of DNICs with ...unsubstituted thiocarbamide don’t depend on the counterion type. However, a small shift of NO stretching frequencies, slight increase of isomeric shift, and averaging the g-factor anisotropy were observed for DNICs containing thiocarbamide ligands with electron-donating substituents.

Three new compounds of formulas Fe(SC(NH2)2)2(NO)22(Cl)(ClO4)·H2O (I), Fe(SC(NH2)2)2(NO)2ClO4 (II) and Fe(SC(NHCH3)2)2(NO)2BF4 (III), which are members of the cationic dinitrosyl iron complexes family (DNICs) with S-donor ligands, have been presented. DNICs I–III were synthesized by direct nitrosylation of acidic solutions of a ferrous salt and thiocarbamide derivatives. The structure and properties of the novel DNICs in the solid state were studied by X-ray analysis, IR, Mössbauer, and EPR spectroscopy. The DNICs with unsubstituted thiourea were studied, and their structural and physical–chemical features were shown to be independent on the counterion type. However, introduction of electron-donating substituents to the thiourea molecule results in a small shift of νNO in the IR spectra, slight increase of δFe, and averaging the g-factor anisotropy. As compared to other DNIC types, cationic DNICs with thiocarbamide derivatives are characterized by the increase in the positive charge on the NO group and higher electrophilic activity and nitrosylating ability, this being the evidence that cationic DNICs are highly effective NO donors.
