There are two main motivation theories. a hierarchy of basic needs theory, and an expectancy theory. In a Hyrarchy of basic needs theory, Maslow has stated that the basic needs as a main behaviour ...direction are structured into a hierarchy. There are five basic human needs. The first: Physiological needs such as: salary, bonus or working condition. The second: the safety needs, such as: safe job environment, job security or health cover. The third, social needs, such as union and team work. The next is self esteem, such as getting an award, medal, certificate or any other recognisition. Then the last is self actualization, for example is by providing an opportunity to share knowledge, skills and eprerience. The evaluation of this theory are: there is no spiritual needs as human basic needs is a main weakness of this theory. Then it is possible that different level of needs have to be satisfied in the same time, or not in hierarchy level or, not always have to be fulfilled in order. The next motivation theory is an Expectancy Theory. This theory is based on three main factors. The first factor is: English teachers will be motivated to work harder if they have a good perception to their own competences in accordance with their job. The second, individual motivation depends on the rewards given when they finish a particular job. Finally, it also depends on their regards to the rewards given from the job that they do. Expectancy theory is a good theory, however, it is not easy to be implemented because the principals should provide various types of reward to satisfy the expectation of their English teachers. Considering the strengths and weaknesses of these two theories, it is better to combine both of them in the practice to get more effective results.
There are several students in Indonesia who have suffered from injury or even died because of bullying. As a consequence, school teachers in Indonesia need to be trained to handle and prevent ...bullying. This essay examines the importance of pre-service and in service teacher training in order to reduce and prevent bullying in school in Indonesia by examining the problem of bullying, discussing the effects of it and providing areas of training to help teachers to tackle bullying. There are several reasons why bullying becomes serious problem in school. First of all, bullying is a complex task for teachers because it is difficult to identify and, teachers find it difficult to differentiate between bullying and fighting or horseplay. Moreover, teachers lack the knowledge and skills to handle bullying. Bullying has negative effects not only on victims but also on bullies. Victims feel lonely, depressed, and often have low self-esteem, while bullies often exhibit sign of bad temper or depression. Areas of teachers pre- service and in- service training are1) assisting teachers to differentiate between bullying and fighting or horse playing 2) developing skills to communicate with bullies and to manage classrooms where bullying occurs. In conclusion, teacher training is a good solution to tackle bullying at school in Indonesia because teachers are in the front line to solve this problem. This research paper aims to interpret the experience of Islamic school (Madrasah) principals in nurturing leadership skills of Islamic Teaching (PAI) teachers to lead outside the classroom in three ...State Madrasah of Central Java, Indonesia. It was qualitative research with a Phenomenology approach, using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman Model of analysis by applying three steps: data reduction, data display, and verification. The result shows that the principals of three Madrasah in Central Java have nurtured PAI teachers leaders by distributing the leadership roles, modeling persistently to lead the various programs, applying a democratic style of leadership, building teachers' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to work, applying learning organization by facilitating teamwork, training and development program. Thus, PAI teacher leaders can be developed well in Madrasah, Central Java. This can lead to improving the Human resources teacher quality at Madrasah so that it can face the challenges in this 21st-century era.

Government regulations regarding health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic have resulted in many impacts and dilemmatic atmosphere in almost all community activities relating to the economic, ...social, political, and religious fields. This effect can be seen clearly in all community activities, including in the implementation of wedding ceremonies and receptions. This study tries to identify the impact of these regulations on wedding traditions in the North Coast region of Java, precisely in Winong and Pucakwangi sub-districts, South Pati. The research focuses on two types of activities, namely the process of wedding ceremony and the wedding reception. This qualitative research uses a socio-normative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation which were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. Interviews were conducted with some prospective bride and groom couples and marriage registrats in the local area. This study found that citizens, starting from the general public to the social, political, and religious leaders, tend not to care about the provisions on health protocols regulated by the government. This tendency can be seen in the public's response to these provisions at the time of marriage, which can be classified into three types of groups, namely affirmative, conditional-adaptive, and ignorance
The class action study conducted was intended to identify efforts to improve the quality of rote asmaul husna by using the method of singing. This use of the singing method has had a positive effect. ...From one cycle to the next, repairs were made. It makes it easier for students to memorize asmaul husna. By studying disciples, have indicated that application of the singing method has had a positive effect on learning asmaul husna in elementary school Kedungjati. Singing methods can improve participants' performance because they are active, creative and excited during the lesson. Studies have shown that the practice of singing to students successfully increases rote asmaul husna is performed at 33% precycle, in the I cycle is 58%, while in the II cycle increases 83%.
The purpose of this research is to examines the effectiveness of quantum teaching learning by comparing the final results between students who use quantum teaching learning and without use quantum ...teaching learning at elementary school level learning. This research use a quasi-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The research design was Posttest Only Control Group Design by using quantum teaching learning in the experimental group discussion and lecture method in the control group. The population was all students in six grade of SDN Pojoksari academic year 2015/2016. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Data collection methods used in this research is documentation and testing. Analysis data techniques in this research using t-test significance level of 5%. The result of this research is quantum teaching learning effective applied to elementary school mathematics courses.
Mustafa Al-Siba’i is a warrior figure for the authenticity of Hadith. After Muhammad, as messenger of God, passed away, some orientalists have emerged who doubt the authenticity of the Hadith. Then ...Mustafa is one of the figures at the forefront of countering the orientalists who are trying to make Muslims doubt the authenticity of Hadits. This article aims to analyze how Hadith Hermeneutics in the perspective of Mustafa Al-Siba’i. Therefore, who is the figure of Al-Siba’i, what is his educational background and his works will be discussed, before analyzing his thoughts related to the authenticity of the Hadith to find out the style of his thinking. The method applied was library research or reviewing various existing literature, mainly sourced from various journals and books explore about Mustafa Al-Siba’i's thoughts. The results of the study of various literatures explain that Al-Siba’i is an extraordinary scholar and preacher who actively writes and produces various logical, systematic and monumental works. He has written various works to counter the efforts of orientalists or liberal figures to weaken the Muslim community's belief in Hadith. Al-Siba’i's works can influence Muslims to the authenticity of Hadith as Islamic law or the second reference for Muslims after the Qur'an.

Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan “field reseaech”. Tenik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber datanya adalah Direktur kurikulum dan ustadz pondok serta beberapa dokumen pendukung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi waktu dan triangulasi Teknik. Hasil pada penelitian ini bahwa perencanaan integrasi kurikulum dilaksanakan setiap awal tahun ajaran baru, yaitu dengan menatar guru khususnya guru baru, merancang dan merencanakan kegiatan untuk satu tahun ke depan, pelaksanaan integrasi kurikulum ini dilaksanakan dalam pembelajaran dan kegiatan seharian, evaluasi integrasi kurikulum dengan melakukan tes tulis untuk kurikulum KMI dan tes lisan untuk kurikulum Tahfidz, faktor pendukung integrasi kurikulum ini ada tiga yaitu Bahasa, santri dan orang tua, dan lingkungan, faktor penghambat integrasi kurikulum yaitu tidak adanya acuan.
