Nấm Colletotrichum sp. gây hại rất phổ biến và nghiêm trọng trên nhiều loại cây trồng, từ cây rau màu như ớt, cà chua, bầu bí, dưa,… đến các loại cây ăn trái như xoài, sầu riêng, đu đủ, chuối, thanh ...long. Một loài nấm Colletotrichum có thể gây hại trên nhiều loại cây trồng và ngược lại, một loại cây trồng có thể bị tấn công bởi nhiều loài nấm Colletotrichum. Nghiên cứu này nhằm xác định khả năng ức chế nấm Colletotrichum capsici gây bệnh thán thư trên ớt của tinh dầu tràm trà (Meleleuca alternifolia). Nghiên cứu cho thấy nồng độ ức chế của tinh dầu tràm trà đối với nấm C. capsici được xác định là 6 µL/mL. SEM được sử dụng để kiểm tra các thay đổi hình thái của hệ sợi dòng nấm C. capsici. Kết quả cho thấy những thay đổi đáng chú ý về hình thái của sợi nấm. Nghiên cứu cũng được thực hiện trong điều kiện in vivo đã chứng minh hiệu quả nồng độ tốt nhất của tinh dầu tràm trà trong việc phòng trừ bệnh thán thư do nhiễm nấm C. capsici trên trái ớt sau khi được tách khỏi cây là 10%.
Water quality is a critical challenge in Asia in the context of growing industrialization, urbanization, and climate change. Nature‐based solutions (NbS) could play an important role in reducing ...urban water pollution, while generating multiple co‐benefits that could make cities more liveable and resilient. In this regard, a number of pilot and demonstration projects have been set up to explore their potential across cities in Asia. Their effectiveness and impacts, however, have not been adequately documented, thus how they can be sustained, replicated and up‐scaled remain poorly understood. This study aims to contribute to addressing this challenge by co‐developing an integrated assessment framework and employing it to understand how existing evaluations of NbS in the region can be improved. It focuses specifically on a set of nature‐based solutions that have been employed for water treatment across six cities in Southeast Asia (two in each Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Vietnam), namely, floating wetlands, constructed wetlands and maturation ponds. The study also suggests specific methodologies for capturing a set of core indicators considered relevant for assessing the effectiveness and capturing the multi‐faceted impacts of the examined NbS.
Đề tài được thực hiện nhằm xác định thành phần vi nấm nhiễm trên cá tra (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) giai đoạn bột đến giống. Tổng số 655 mẫu cá tra được thu tại 14 ao ương giống ở Cần Thơ, Vĩnh ...Long, An Giang và Đồng Tháp. Kết quả cho thấy tỉ lệ nhiễm vi nấm cao nhất ở cá giống (22,8%), kế đến là cá bột (20,5%) và thấp nhất ở cá hương (16,9%) . Vi nấm nhiễm trên da ở cá bột, cá hương và cá giống với tỉ lệ lần lượt là 40,3%, 35,1% và 23,4%. Tỉ lệ nhiễm vi nấm ở da cá tra cao hơn các cơ quan khác như mang, gan, thận và bóng hơi. Bốn giống nấm đã được định danh gồm Fusarium sp. (43,9%), Aspergillus sp. (40,1%), Achlya sp. (11,5%) và Mucor sp. (4,5%). Fusarium sp., Aspergillus sp. và Achlya sp. nhiễm trên các cơ quan. Mucor sp. chỉ phân lập được ở da và mang cá bột và không phát hiện ở cá hương và giống. Fusarium sp. được tìm thấy với tỉ lệ nhiễm cao ở bóng hơi, đặc biệt vào giai đoạn cá giống nhiễm bệnh trương bóng hơi.
The kinetics of phenol adsorption from aqueous solution on activated carbons (ACs) obtained from coffee husk by potassium Hydroxide (KOH) activation at 650 and 750oC have been studied in the range of ... 100-250 mg L-1 initial phenol concentrations and at the temperatures range of 10 – 40oC. Kinetic models for phenol adsorption were evaluated using pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order, and Elovich models. The adsorption mechanism was investigated using Reichenberg, Boyd, and Weber and Morris models. The adsorption on coffee husk activated carbon was found to be a fast or speedy process with the adsorption rate, k2qe, in the range of 0.130 to 0.977 min-1. The adsorption process was mainly physical and promoted by chemical sorption and controlled not only by intra-particle diffusion but also by pore diffusion throughout the entire adsorption period.
Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm xác định tính chịu mặn của hai giống mè vỏ đen ADB1 và hai vỏ Bình Thuận khi tưới nước sông nhiễm mặn 2-4‰ và đánh giá khả năng nhiễm mặn trong đất lúa khi canh tác cây ...mè và tưới nước sông nhiễm mặn. Thí nghiệm sử dụng nước ót pha với nước sông để có nồng độ mặn xác định bằng khúc xạ kế là 2 và 4‰ (nghiệm thức 0‰ là nghiệm thức đối chứng, nước sông không pha nước ót). Thí nghiệm thực hiện trong điều kiện nhà lưới, được bố trí hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên, 3 lần lặp lại với 2 nhân tố bao gồm (1) là loài cây: không cây, giống mè ADB1 và giống mè 2 vỏ Bình Thuận; nhân tố (2) là 3 nồng độ tưới mặn là 0, 2 và 4‰. Kết quả sau khi tưới mặn 14 ngày (tổng 2,5 L nước mặn/chậu đất 6 kg) và tưới nước sông đến khi kết thúc thí nghiệm cho thấy, với nồng độ mặn trong nước tưới 4‰ cho thấy đất đã tích lũy mặn (ECe >4 mS/cm), được xem là đất nhiễm mặn. Tuy nhiên, do thời gian nhiễm mặn ngắn, 14 ngày, nên tưới mặn ở mức 4‰ chưa ảnh hưởng đến các chỉ tiêu sinh trưởng và năng suất của hai giống mè nghiên cứu, như chiều cao cây, chiều dài rễ, sinh khối tươi rễ, số trái, sinh khối hạt và trọng lượng 1.000 hạt.
Based on data from 1,281 observations on Vietnam's stock market in the period 20092015, the article clarified two fundamental issues by identifying the existence of earnings management of listed ...companies and analyzing the factors influencing earnings management such as business sectors, auditing firms, and debt-to-equity ratio. The findings of the article contributed to the limited research on earnings management on Vietnam's stock market in particular as well as on the disclosure of earnings information of Vietnam's enterprises in general.
Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm xác định hiện trạng nhiễm ký sinh trùng ở ba giai đoạn ương (cá bột, cá hương và cá giống) cá tra (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus). Tổng số 857 mẫu cá (302 mẫu cá bột, 218 ...mẫu cá hương và 337 mẫu cá giống) được thu từ 20 ao ương (9 ao thu vào mùa mưa và 11 ao thu vào mùa khô). Thành phần loài và tỷ lệ nhiễm ký sinh trùng được xác định theo các giai đoạn ương cá khác nhau. Kết quả cho thấy 9 giống ký sinh trùng được phát hiện trên cá tra giống bao gồm Cryptobia, Trichodina, Balantidium, Apiosoma, Epistylis, Myxobolus, Henneguya, Dactylogyrus và Gyrodactylus. Ngoài ra, bào nang của một số giống ký sinh trùng cũng được xác định là Myxozoans, ấu trùng metacercariae, ấu trùng giun tròn và copepod. Nhiều giống ký sinh trùng có tỷ lệ nhiễm ở mùa khô (cá bột: 56,6% -73,3%, cá hương: 50% -100%, cá giống: 73% -85,7%) cao hơn so với mùa mưa (cá bột: 15% -57,3%, cá hương: 40% -100%, cá giống: 25% -90,3%). Đặc biệt, các giống Trichodina, Apiosoma, Epistylis, Myxobolus, Henneguya và bào nang Myxozoa ký sinh phổ biến trên da và mang cá ở cả mùa khô và mùa mưa. Hiện trạng về tỷ lệ nhiễm và thành phần loài ký sinh trùng phát hiện trong nghiên cứu này phản ánh thời điểm cụ thể của giai đoạn ương cần áp dụng các biện pháp can thiệp nhằm giảm tác động của mầm bệnh ký sinh trùng.
Green products are increasingly prevalent in developing countries, however consumers are sometimes perceive their green purchasing decision as risky. The major problem seems to be linked to the ...greenwashing cases. Despite the fact that, up to now there still have no quantitative paper studying how consumers make judgments and decisions in relation to these risks. This paper applies the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to develop research framework under the circumstance of the green vegetable consumption in Vietnam as a whole in terms of green perceived risk. The present study focuses on 455 Vietnamese consumers who have been working and have experience buying green vegetable. The Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) technique and the Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were performed using IBM SPSS and AMOS 23 software. Testing the hypotheses and a structural equation modeling (SEM) method were conducted. This research finds out the answer for the questions of how green perceived risk affects consumer's green purchase intentions under the circumstance of an emerging country. Supported the TPB model this paper provides better predictive power of the nexus between intentions and actual behaviors. Finally, this research provides some useful implications for corporates in the marketing strategy development in accordance with environmental trend.
