La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre las relaciones humanas y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Felipe Santiago Estenos, Chaclacayo, 2019. ...El tipo de estudio fue básico, nivel correlacional, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental. La muestra fue de tipo no probabilístico y estuvo conformada por 95 docentes de la propia institución. Los cuestionarios elaborados fueron validados y sometidos a la prueba de confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach a través de una prueba piloto. Los resultados obtenidos indican que existe relación significativa entre las relaciones humanas y el desempeño docente en la institución objeto de estudio. Así lo demuestra la prueba estadística de Spearman, la cual indicó una correlación positiva media alta.
This study is of psychometric and instrumental design, aimed at examining the psychometric evidence of the CEVEIP school violence questionnaire in children aged 9 to 13 in Lima and Callao. It ...consists of 27 items and 3 dimensions: witnessed, perpetrated, and experienced situations. The instrument was administered virtually via a form, with 458 children participating in the final sample. Additionally, 10 expert judges were consulted, achieving a 100% agreement through Aiken's V. Explained variances of 68%, 63%, and 61% were obtained in the EFA through the indicators composing each dimension; in the CFA across the 3 dimensions, the obtained indices were CFI = .97, TLI = .96, GFI = .99, RMSEA = .04, and SRMR = .06, indicating acceptable values. Reliability assessed through ordinal alpha was higher and acceptable across the three dimensions, with values of .86, .82, and .79. Consequently, the CEVEIP questionnaire is valid and reliable for its application.
The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of publicizing how emotional intelligence contributes to academic performance; posing as a research question: What is the impact of ...emotional intelligence in improving academic performance in university students in the last five years?; Due to this, the methodology used for this purpose was qualitative, basic and a review of articles published in the SCOPUS and Web of Science databases; following a search protocol, collection, extraction, analysis and selection of articles under the eligibility criteria: academic publications with SJR (Scimago Journal Rank) impact indicators and publications in Spanish and English. For the analysis of the review, 79 articles were selected and after filtering, only 10 articles met the inclusion and exclusion criteria as part of the review. The results show that there is a limited number of publications that have specified emotional intelligence as a predictor of academic performance in university students.
The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between soft skills and emotional intelligence in students of the education program. A quantitative approach and a cross-sectional ...non-experimental design were used, with a correlational scope. The study sample consisted of 190 students selected through non-probability sampling for convenience. In descriptive terms, it was found that 52.10% of the students had an average level of emotional intelligence, while 45.8% demonstrated a good level of soft skills. In addition, regarding the inferential findings, a significant correlation was found between both variables, with a correlation coefficient Rho = 0.526. This leads to the conclusion that there is a direct correlation between emotional intelligence and soft skills in the evaluated students.
En la investigación se relacionó el control psicológico parental (CPP) y problemas emocionales y conductuales, a la vez se evaluó la función mediacional de la timidez y la agresión verbal en esta ...relación, se trabajó con 251 estudiantes mujeres de una institución educativa pública en Lima-Perú con indicadores de timidez y agresión verbal de las edades entre 15 a 17 años. Se trabajó con la Escala de control psicológico orientado a la dependencia y al logro (DAPC), Escala de Problemas Emocionales y Conductuales en adolescentes, la escala de timidez revisada (ETR-13) y la dimensión de agresión verbal del Cuestionario de Agresión de Buss y Perry. Se halló que la timidez y la agresión verbal no cumplen una función mediacional en la relación entre el control parental y los problemas emocionales; además se encontró que existe una relación positiva y significativa entre el control psicológico parental y los problemas conductuales y emocionales, lo que indica que a mayor control que ejercen los padres frente a sus hijos se incrementan los problemas emocionales y de conducta.
