This study aims to investigate the relationship between performance appraisal satisfaction and employee performance with equity as a mediator of this relation. There is limited research that studied the mediating effect of performance appraisal on the relationship between organizational justice and work performance. The research implemented the quantitative methodology throughout distributing questionnaires using google forms for data collection. Only 181 respondents out of 221 respondents answered the questionnaires. The data had been analyzed using the AMOS tool for performing structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis to validate the mediating relationship of equity and justice on the relationship between performance appraisals satisfaction and employees’ performance. The results indicated that achieving organizational fairness and equity in the workplace can be done by the implementation of performance appraisal satisfaction, which can lead to higher productivity in the workplace, whichin turn will enhance the organization’s image among its competitors. The article is based on the data of a Russian 2020 survey, at the same time, it tracks the dynamic trend of consumer preferences since 2017. Identified key principles of health tourism commercialization in Thailand under the conditions when this tourism sector needs to be reformatted due to post-Covid conditions, assessed the efficiency of Thai medical tourism promotion on Russian-speaking markets. Recommendations for the modernization of Thailand health tourism product in terms of its constituent services, marketing, infrastructure and investment support, pricing, promotion, taking into account current trends in the global and Russian tourism markets are given.

Based on the results of a survey of 612 representatives of large and medium-sized businesses in the Kingdom of Thailand, this paper highlights the main delusions that limit the prospects for country's business community accelerated modernization, as well as motives that have the potential of their own application in the strategy of the widespread implementation of EMS in business practice; the main principles and tools of the national strategy for stimulating the greening of the Thai companies activities in the interrelation of the dominants of business efficiency growth and ensuring the strategic security of the state and society are also given.
GDP is a key macroeconomic indicator which often serves as the basis for various classifications of the countries and also as a basis for the development of national and regional socioeconomic ...programs. The core methodology of GDP calculation is directly related to the US dollar, even under the current conditions of the extremely high international demand for this currency. However, in modern conditions, the importance of natural capital as a factor, that determines the level of economic development, is significantly increasing, the limited and rational use of natural resources should also be taken into account in economic progress of the countries assessing. For this very reason, the article offers an author’s own methodology of measuring GDP on the basis of world prices for natural resources (gold and also for the group of core food commodities). The paper tests the suggested methodology while analyzing the economic dynamics in the selected countries, from 2000 to 2019. Conclusions cover the issues of qualitative growth within the selected macroeconomic systems and also provide recommendations as to prospective directions for further application of the suggested methodology in statistical, analytical and forecasting practices around the world.

The environmental aspect is now a significant element in polluting companies' management choices. According to these concepts, our research aimed at assessing the improvement in productivity of companies working in the agrarian sector by adopting an environment management system. We evaluated productivity by defining and estimating the manufacturing function using a sample consisting of Thailand businesses, and then utilized the panel data to test its effect upon manufacturing companies' productivity by adopting the environmental management system. The installation of an EMS and productivity have been favorable and significantly correlated.

For Survey, this study used online Google forms to collect data from September 2021 to October 2021. The target demographic for the research was those who worked for Lebanon’s private businesses. The poll was conducted in English, the second language of Lebanon. Furthermore, 179 workers (N = 179) were utilized for this research. The research suggests that fun events and support for fun managers enable workers to connect informally and help people know each other better, creating an environment that promotes friendship building. To analyze the dependence between the dynamics of post-COVID recovery of the Health & Medical Tourism (HMT) from the factors of a territorial destination positioning and efficiency of the state ...support measures in the sector, and on the basis of such an analysis to offer the new principles of anti-crisis sectoral strategizing under the current conditions. The study is based on the application results of several international methodologies of the HMT potential assessment in the selected countries of the world as well as the results concerning the efficiency of state support measures under current conditions. A comparative analysis of the obtained results with the actual dynamics of HMT recovery (as per the statistics of the international tourism-related organizations) has been carried out. Forecasting tools are considered within the frameworks of crisis typology for the world tourism industry overall and for HMT in particular. Determining dynamics of the tourism sector recovery is proven here, primarily through the efficiency measures of state support. On these grounds, new principles of national strategizing of HMT are outlined, taking into account probability degrees of the three types of sectoral recovery during the post-COVID period. Key directions of state support for health and medical tourism are offered by the authors, taking into consideration high probability of the W-shaped scenario of recovery as well as tools of state promotion of HMT development which take into account the interests of local population in the recipient regions along with those of foreign visitors.
