In this study, different methods, including acid hydrolysis (phosphoric and formic acid), thermohydrolysis, and microwave methods were tested for recycling of fiberboards made of 100 % beech and 70 % ...beech + 30 % pine wood fibers, which are widely sold in the market. The impacts of the using methods on the fibers were investigated with the help of a device that determines the fiber dimensions according to optical principles. In a laboratory setting, test boards were constructed using recycled fibers, and the changes in certain physical and mechanical qualities were studied. As a result, it was determined that recycled fibers obtained from microwave and thermo-hydrolysis fibers could be effectively used in fiberboard production. However, the proportion of fibers, longer than 1.24 mm, was decreased by about 30 % with the phosphoric acid method for MDF samples composed of 100 % beech fiber. The fiberboards could not be obtained from fibers recycled through acid hydrolysis except for phosphoric acid method with 100 % beech fibers.
U radu se istražuju različite metode recikliranja ploča vlaknatica kao što su kiselinska hidroliza (uz pomoć fosforne i mravlje kiseline), toplinska hidroliza i mikrovalne metode. Reciklirani su uzorci ploča vlaknatica izrađenih od 100 % vlakana drva bukve te ploča vlaknatica izrađenih od 70 % vlakana drva bukve i 30 % vlakana drva crnog bora. Ploče vlaknatice takvog sastava uvelike su zastupljene na tržištu. Utjecaj metoda recikliranja na vlakna istraživan je uz pomoć uređaja kojim se određuju dimenzije vlakana na optičkim načelima. Ploče od recikliranih vlakana izrađene su u laboratorijskim uvjetima i na njima su promatrane promjene određenih fizičkih i mehaničkih svojstava. Utvrđeno je da se reciklirana vlakna dobivena mikrovalnim metodama i toplinskom hidrolizom mogu učinkovito primjenjivati u proizvodnji ploča vlaknatica. Međutim, kiselinskom hidrolizom uz dodatak fosforne kiseline u uzorcima izrađenim od 100 % bukovih vlakana udio vlakana duljih od 1,24 mm smanjuje se za oko 30 %. Ploče vlaknatice nisu se mogle proizvesti od recikliranih vlakana dobivenih kiselinskom hidrolizom. Za njihovu proizvodnju pogodna su se pokazala samo reciklirana vlakna od 100 % bukovih ploča vlaknatica srednje gustoće dobivena kiselinskom hidrolizom uz dodatak fosforne kiseline.

İlişkiye girdiği isimlerle birlikte konuşmaktan dinlemeye, duymaktan bakmaya,
yemek yemekten, fethetmeye varana kadar farklı şekillerde karşımıza çıkar.
Bünyesine çatı eklerini de alarak metinlerdeki yerini sağlamlaştırmıştır. Bu
anlamları kazanmasına etken olan sebep fiilin metaforik anlamlar üretme
potansiyelinin yüksek olması olduğu kadar elbette fiile etki ederek anlam
alanını genişletmesine katkıda bulunan durum ekli tamlayıcılardır bir taraftan.
Çalışmada aç- fiili ve türevlerinin
görüldüğü ilk metinlerden itibaren Türkçenin tarihî dönemleri içerisinde aldığı
çeşitli görünümler, sahip olduğu anlamlar, talep ettiği tamlayıcılarla birlikte
ele alınmış ve dönem metinlerinden örneklerle incelenmiştir.
It has
shown the existence of the actual Turkish in all the texts of the historical
period from the first works of the Old Turkic that we can trace from the first
works that we could follow with the texts, and it has had many different
meanings by expanding the meaning field in every subsequent period. He comes up
with different meanings from talking, listening, hearing, looking, eating,
conquering with the names he is involved with. It has strengthened its place in
the texts by taking roof attachments. The reason for gaining these meanings is
the fact that the verb has a high potential to produce metaphorical meanings,
as well as the fact that contributes to the expansion of the meaning field by
affecting the verb. In the study, various views, meanings and meanings of
Turkish in the historical periods starting from the first texts in which the
verb aç-and derivatives are seen are
examined together with the complementary features they demand and examined with
examples from the period texts.

Çor yazıtı hakkında genel bir değerlendirmeye yer verilmiş ve yazıt içeriği ile
ilgili özellikle ihtilaflı ...konulara eğilen araştırmalara değinilmiştir. K2ẄL2
Çor yazıtı, başta yazıt kahramanının/kahramanlarının adı ile kimliği olmak
üzere yazıt içerisinde geçen ve araştırıcılarca farklı şekillerde okunup
anlamlandırılan YGR sözcüğü ve oplayu teg- söz öbeği üzerinde okuma
/anlamlandırma hususunda fikir birliğine varılmış değildir. K2ẄL2
Çor da dâhil olmak üzere diğer yazıtlar üzerindeki çalışmalar da sürmektedir ve
görünen o ki tüm sorunlar halledilene kadar da sürecektir. Çalışmada, K2ẄL2 , oplayu teg- ve YGR ifadeleri ayrı başlıklar altında ele alınmış, her başlık
altında söz konusu ifade ile ilgili fikir beyan eden araştırmacıların
görüşlerine yer verilmiştir. Çalışmada, K2ẄL2 Çor yazıtı özelinde
yazıtların son sözlerini henüz söylemedikleri, karanlıkta kalan noktaların yeni
araştırmalarla aydınlığa çıkarılmaları gerektiği ifade edilmiştir.
In this study, a general evaluation of K2ẄL2 Çor inscription, which is one of
the inscriptions of Köktürk Khanate found in Mongolia, was given. K2ẄL2 Çor inscription, in the name and
the identity of the inscription hero / heroes in the inscription and the
researchers in different ways to read and understand the YGR word and oplayu teg-word
on the phrase is not agreed to read / meaning. Studies on other inscriptions,
including K2ẄL2 Çor, are also underway, and it
seems that it will continue until all the problems are solved. In this study, K2ẄL2, oplayu teg-
and YGR expressions are discussed
under different headings, and the opinions of the researchers who expressed
their opinions about each expression are given under each topic. In the study,
it was stated that the inscriptions in the K2ẄL2 Çor inscription did not say the last words and
that the remaining points in the dark should be brought to light.

Kutadgu Bilig’in çağlar aşan edebî ve fikrî gücü yanında geniş söz varlığına sahip bir
eser olması, yaklaşık yüz elli yılda eseri çeşitli açılardan ele alan çok sayıda çalışmanın
yapılmasını ...sağlamıştır. Bu çalışmada, eserde kılık ile kılınç sözcüklerinin kullanım
özellikleri üzerinde durulacaktır. Makale başlıca üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde
kılık ve kılınç sözcüklerinin yapısal ve anlamsal özellikleri incelenmiş, sözcüklerin
geçmişten günümüze yaşadığı anlam değişiklikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde bu
iki sözcüğün Kutadgu Bilig’deki kullanımları ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde
ise eldeki verilerden hareketle değerlendirme yapılarak sonuca gidilmiştir. Her ikisi de kılfiiline
dayanan kılık ve kılınç sözcüklerine ilk olarak Eski Uygurca metinlerde rastlanır. Bu
dönemde az sayıda kullanılan kılık sözcüğü “yaradılış, huy” anlamı taşımaktadır. Kılınç
sözcüğü ise Eski Uygurca metinlerde sıklıkla kullanılmıştır ve “iş, eylem, amel” anlamı
taşımaktadır. Kutadgu Bilig’de ise sıklık bakımından üstünlüğün Uygurca metinlerdekinin
aksine kılık (kılk) sözcüğü lehine değiştiği görülmektedir. Eserdeki bazı beyitlerde kullanılan
ifadelerden iki sözcük arasındaki anlam farkı zaman zaman açık olarak hissedilememektedir.
Benzer şekilde bazı örneklerde her iki sözcüğün art arda kullanılışı da anlam belirsizliğini
artıran bir durum olmuştur. Bu durumda aynı kökten türeyen iki sözcüğün zamanla anlam
bakımından yaklaştığı ve Karahanlı Türkçesinin kılınç’tan kılık’a yönelişin bir aşaması
olduğu düşünülebilir. Bu çalışmada kılık ve kılınç sözcüklerinin geçtiği yaklaşık 450 beyit
incelenerek bu iki sözcüğün kullanım özellikleri değerlendirilmiş, nüsha farklılıkları, kafiye,
vezin ve birliktelik kullanımları gibi farklı özellikler ve şairi belirli kalıplar içinde kalmaya
zorlayan durumlar göz önünde bulundurularak ilgili beyitlerde söz konusu sözcüğün seçilme
nedenleri üzerinde durulmuştur.

This may result in a negative effect in the firm performance. To make the right decisions managers, being an important part of the decision making process, are required to have a profound understanding and knowledge of the local institutional environment. In here the investing companies have two options; either to use local managers or to acquire knowledge through the accumulation of experience. Building on the institutional theory, sixteen multinational companies operating in the manufacturing industry in Turkey are analyzed with the aim to contribute to the understanding of whether native managers or company experience is creating a better firm performance in consideration with handling the institutional differences. The results of this study point out that, the manager origin indeed influence the firm performance and native managers have a positive effect on the firm performance.

Background
Bone defect around the femur related to revisions or periprosthetic fractures (PFF) is an issue. We present a bone defect reconstruction technique in femoral revisions and/or PFF using ...fibula autograft and compared our radiological and clinical results to that of allograft.
Methods
A total of 53 patients who underwent revision hip arthroplasty and/or PFF fixation with the use of cortical fibula autograft (FG group) or cortical allograft (CG group) were evaluated. After exclusions, 20 patients who had minimum two years of follow-up were investigated for each group, for their radiological and clinical outcomes.
Results
In FG and CG groups, the median ages were 69.5(44–90) and 62(38–88) years, follow-ups were 59(28–72) and 120(48–216) months, defect lengths were seven (1–10) and ten (1–17) cm, and grafts lengths were 16.5(10–30) and 20(12–37) cm, respectively. The rate of graft incorporation was 90% in each group and median time to incorporations were seven (4–12) and 12(6–24) months (
p
< 0.001), and graft resorption (moderate and severe) rates were 10% and 25% (
p
= 0.41), respectively. Median Harris Hip (77.6 vs 78.0), WOMAC (23.2 vs 22), SF-12 physical (50.0 vs 46.1), and SF-12 mental (53.8 vs 52.5) scores were similar between the groups, respectively. Kaplan–Meier survivorship analyses revealed an estimated mean survival of 100% at six years in FG group and 90% at 14 years in CG group.
Conclusion
In the reconstruction of periprosthetic bone defects after femoral revision or PPF, onlay cortical fibula autografts provide comparable clinical and radiological outcomes to allografts. Its incorporation is faster, it is cost-effective and easy to obtain without apparent morbidity.
