Electric vehicles (EVs) have attracted growing attention in recent years. However, most existing research has not utilized actual traffic data and has not considered real psychological ...decision-making of owners in analyzing the charging demand. On this basis, an urban EV fast-charging demand forecasting model based on a data-driven approach and human decision-making behavior is presented in this paper. In this methodology, Didi ride-hailing order trajectory data are firstly taken as the original dataset. Through data mining and fusion technology, the regenerated data and rules of traffic operation are obtained. Then, the single EV model with driving and charging behavior parameters is established. Furthermore, a human behavior decision-making model based on Regret Theory is introduced, which comprises the utility of time consumption and charging cost to plan driving paths and recommend fast-charging stations for vehicles. The rules obtained from data mining together with established models are combined to construct the ‘Electric Vehicles–Power Grid–Traffic Network’ fusion architecture. At last, the actual urban traffic network in Nanjing is selected as an example to design the fast-charging demand load experiments in different scenarios. The results demonstrate that this proposed model is able to effectively predict the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of urban fast-charging demands, and it more realistically simulates the decision-making psychology of owners’ charging behavior.
In order to solve the problem of radiation noise of helicopter reducer with symmetrical structure, a simulation method is proposed to predict the noise of gearbox of a helicopter reducer from steady ...dynamic response to the acoustic radiation calculation. Primarily, taking the influence of time-varying stiffness into consideration, the lumped mass model of gear-rotor-bearing system is established. The dynamic load of transmission system is solved by New-Mark-β method, which is regarded as excitation of the gearbox. Then finite element model of housing is established, the radiated noise of the housing is predict by finite element and boundary element method, the influence of multi-source excitation on the radiated noise of the gearbox is analyzed. Finally, the radiated noise of the reducer under different working conditions is explored. All conclusions of this research could provide theoretical reference for vibration and noise reduction of helicopter reducer.
Microfluidic-based organs-on-chips (OoCs) are a rapidly developing technology in biomedical and chemical research and have emerged as one of the most advanced and promising
models. The ...miniaturization, stimulated tissue mechanical forces, and microenvironment of OoCs offer unique properties for biomedical applications. However, the large amount of data generated by the high parallelization of OoC systems has grown far beyond the scope of manual analysis by researchers with biomedical backgrounds. Deep learning, an emerging area of research in the field of machine learning, can automatically mine the inherent characteristics and laws of "big data" and has achieved remarkable applications in computer vision, speech recognition, and natural language processing. The integration of deep learning in OoCs is an emerging field that holds enormous potential for drug development, disease modeling, and personalized medicine. This review briefly describes the basic concepts and mechanisms of microfluidics and deep learning and summarizes their successful integration. We then analyze the combination of OoCs and deep learning for image digitization, data analysis, and automation. Finally, the problems faced in current applications are discussed, and future perspectives and suggestions are provided to further strengthen this integration.
This paper investigates the dynamical behaviors of a Stackelberg mixed duopoly game with price competition in the insurance market, involving one state-owned public insurance company and one private ...insurance company. We study and compare the stability conditions for the Nash equilibrium points of two sequential-move games, public leadership, and private leadership games. Numerical simulations present complicated dynamic behaviors. It is shown that the Nash equilibrium becomes unstable as the price adjustment speed increases, and the system eventually becomes chaotic via flip bifurcation. Moreover, the time-delayed feedback control is used to force the system back to stability.
Nanoscale patterning of fullerene materials with peculiar intrinsic electronic and optical properties is of crucial importance for their widespread applications. However, it remains a daunting ...challenge for current methods that suffer from both complicated lithography procedures and additives of photopolymers or photochemicals detrimental to the pristine properties of fullerene. Here, we developed a contamination-free laser printing approach for in situ patterning of fullerene with nanoscale resolution and high purity. The optical trapping force within the tight focus provides a lithography-free means to form densely packed fullerene nanostructures with two-order-of-magnitude enhanced fluorescence emission and a surface roughness of 6 nm. In addition, versatile fullerene nano-patterns from dots to concentric rings can be realized by flexibly shaping the optical trapping force of higher-order Laguerre–Gaussian beams. These results open a new route to programmable and high-quality patterning of fullerene optoelectronic devices with complex nanostructures.
Research and application of rapid assembly technology can widely improve the design efficiency of helicopter transmissions. An assembly model of helicopter transmissions is presented by introducing ...Geometric Constraint Graph (GCG) method. A hierarchical model is obtained by multi-shrink decomposition. A corresponding data structure is generated according to the hierarchical model. CATIA based a parametric component database is built up. The Assembly modelling software is implemented by using VB. Finally, a helicopter transmissions example is taken as application and the rapid assembly for helicopter transmission system is achieved.
Osteoporosis is a type of bone loss disease characterized by a reduction in bone mass and microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue. With the intensification of global aging, this disease is ...now regarded as one of the major public health problems that often leads to unbearable pain, risk of bone fractures, and even death, causing an enormous burden at both the human and socioeconomic layers. Classic anti‐osteoporosis pharmacological options include anti‐resorptive and anabolic agents, whose ability to improve bone mineral density and resist bone fracture is being gradually confirmed. However, long‐term or high‐frequency use of these drugs may bring some side effects and adverse reactions. Therefore, an increasing number of studies are devoted to finding new pathogenesis or potential therapeutic targets of osteoporosis, and it is of great importance to comprehensively recognize osteoporosis and develop viable and efficient therapeutic approaches. In this study, we systematically reviewed literatures and clinical evidences to both mechanistically and clinically demonstrate the state‐of‐art advances in osteoporosis. This work will endow readers with the mechanistical advances and clinical knowledge of osteoporosis and furthermore present the most updated anti‐osteoporosis therapies.

Sex chromosomal abnormalities are associated with multiple defects. However, the types of sex chromosomal abnormalities during pregnancy in Fujian Province, China, are not recorded. In this ...retrospective analysis, we showed the sex chromosomal abnormalities of 186 fetuses, including 162 cases of X chromosomal abnormalities and 22 cases of Y chromosomal abnormalities in Fujian Province. We detected 73 cases of Turner syndrome, 24 cases of triple X syndrome, 37 cases of Klinefelter syndrome, and 14 cases of XYY syndrome. It was observed that 67.3% fetuses with classic Turner syndrome had their growth arrested. Moreover, we found 21 cases of mosaic Turner syndrome, 3 cases of mosaic Triple X syndrome, 2 cases of mosaic Klinefelter syndrome, and 1 case of mosaic XYY syndrome. Furthermore, 37 cases of large scales of sex chromosomal deletions/duplications were detected, including 30 cases of X chromosomal deletions/duplications and 7 cases of Y chromosomal deletions/duplications. Parent-of-origins of five cases of sex chromosomal deletions/duplications were determined. One case was with
X chromosomal variations, while the sex chromosomal deletions/duplications in other four cases were inherited from their parents. Overall, our results presented a detailed manifestation of sex chromosomal abnormalities of 186 fetuses in Fujian Province and suggested the important roles of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) array analysis in the prenatal diagnosis of sex chromosomal abnormalities. Also, determining the parent-of-origins of the deletions/duplications was critical for the prenatal diagnosis of sex chromosomal abnormalities.
Background
Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is a heterogeneous disease. However the inner sub‐groups of LUAD have not been fully studied. Markers predicted the sub‐groups and prognosis of LUAD are badly ...needed.
Aims
To identify biomarkers associated with the sub‐groups and prognosis of LUAD.
Materials and Methods
Using nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF) clustering, LUAD patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) datasets and LUAD cell lines from Genomics of Drug Sensitivity in Cancer (GDSC) dataset were divided into different sub‐consensuses based on the gene expression profiling. The overall survival of LUAD patients in each sub‐consensus was determined by Kaplan‐Meier survival analysis. The common genes which were differentially expressed in each sub‐consensus of LUAD patients and LUAD cell lines were identified using TBtools. The predictive accuracy of TPX2 and SELENBP1 for theinner sub‐consensuses of LUAD was determined by Receiver operator characteristic (ROC) analysis. The Kaplan‐Meier survival analysis was also used to test the prognostic significance of TPX2 and SELENBP1 in LUAD patients.
Results
Using nonnegative matrix factorization clustering, LUAD patients in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), GSE30219, GSE42127, GSE50081, GSE68465, and GSE72094 datasets were divided into three sub‐consensuses. Sub‐consensus3 LUAD patients were with low overall survival and were with high TP53 mutations. Similarly, LUAD cell lines were also divided into three sub‐consensuses by NMF method, and sub‐consensus2 cell lines were resistant to EGFR inhibitors. Identification of the common genes which were differentially expressed in different sub‐consensuses of LUAD patients and LUAD cell lines revealed that TPX2 was highly expressed in sub‐consensus3 LUAD patients and sub‐consensus2 LUAD cell lines. On the contrary, SELENBP1 was highly expressed in sub‐consensus1 LUAD patients and sub‐consensus1 LUAD cell lines. The expression levels of TPX2 and SELENBP1 could distinguish sub‐consensus3 LUAD patients or sub‐consensus2 LUAD cell lines from other sub‐consensuses of LUAD patients or cell lines. Moreover, compared with normal lung tissues, TPX2 was highly expressed, while, SELENBP1 was lowly expressed in LUAD tissues. Furthermore, the higher expression levels of TPX2 were associated with the lower relapse‐free survival and the lower overall survival of LUAD patients. While, the higher expression levels of SELENBP1 were associated with the higher relapse‐free survival and higher overall survival. At last, we showed that TP53 mutant LUAD patients were with higher TPX2 and lower SELENBP1 expressions.
Discussion
Both iCluster and NMF method are proved to be robust LUAD classification systems. However, the LUAD patients in different iclusters had no significant clinical overall survival, while, sub‐consensus3 LUAD patients from NMF classification were with lower overall survival than other sub‐consensuses.
Conclusions
By integrated analysis of 1765 LUAD patients and 64 LUAD cell lines, we showed that NMF was a robust inner sub‐consensuses classification method of LUAD. TPX2 and SELENBP1 were differentially expressed in different LUAD sub‐ consensuses, and predicted the inner sub‐consensuses of LUAD with high accuracy. TPX2 was an unfavorable prognostic biomarker of LUAD which was up‐regulated in LUAD tissues and associated with the low overall survival of LUAD. SELENBP1 was a favorable prognostic biomarker of LUAD which was down‐regulated in LUAD tissues and associated with the prolonged overall survival of LUAD.
NMF is a robust method for the inner sub‐consensuses classification of LUAD. TPX2 and SELENBP1 are two predictors of the inner sub‐consensuses of LUAD.
