Against the backdrop of the COVID-19 outbreak, an emergency policy initiative called "Suspending Classes Without Stopping Learning" was launched by the Chinese government to continue teaching ...activities as schools across the country were closed to contain the virus. However, there is ambiguity and disagreement about what to teach, how to teach, the workload of teachers and students, the teaching environment, and the implications for education equity. Possible difficulties that the policy faces include: the weakness of the online teaching infrastructure, the inexperience of teachers (including unequal learning outcomes caused by teachers' varied experience), the information gap, the complex environment at home, and so forth. To tackle the problems, we suggest that the government needs to further promote the construction of the educational information superhighway, consider equipping teachers and students with standardized home-based teaching/learning equipment, conduct online teacher training, include the development of massive online education in the national strategic plan, and support academic research into online education, especially education to help students with online learning difficulties.
Ischemia reperfusion (I/R) injuries occurred in many pathological and surgical processes (e.g. thrombolytic therapy, organ transplantation, aortic cross-clamping, coronary angioplasty and ...cardiopulmonary bypass) and harmed multiple organs and tissues. Vitamin D is a well-known sterol hormone and a nutritional ingredient able to promote the deposit of calcium and regulate phosphorus metabolism in the body. In addition, vitamin D has therapeutic effects on some diseases (e.g. cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, neurological diseases, multiple sclerosis and inflammation). Studies showed that vitamin D3 was closely related with I/R injury occurrences in heart, brain, spine, liver, kidney, and ovary. The literature searching was conducted in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and SCOPUS from inception to 20 September 2021. Data showed that supplements with vitamin D

can remarkably attenuate I/R injuries. This paper reviewed recent progresses of vitamin D

preventing I/R injuries in clinical investigations and animal tests to enlighten future studies.
In the current epidemic situation, appropriate learning resources are the prerequisite and basis for effective online education. The thesis introduces augmented reality technology to enhance the immersion and interactivity of online education; introduces the technology based on Hadhoop to store image resources and improve the speed of reading image resources; the use of random forest algorithm for image recognition digital information Mining to recommend the most suitable online resources. Image processing technology can develop appropriate interactions and functions according to different scenarios to enhance the immersion and participation of online teaching, comprehensively improve the quality of teaching and learning, and provide technical support for the improvement of online learning.
Ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury often occurred in some pathologies and surgeries. I/R injury not only harmed to physiological functions of corresponding organ and tissue but also induced multiple ...tissue or organ dysfunctions (even these in distant locations). Although the reperfusion of blood attenuated I/R injury to a certain degree, the risk of secondary damages was difficult to be controlled and it even caused failures of these tissues and organs. Lipoic acid (LA), as an endogenous active substance and a functional agent in food, owns better safety and effects in our body (e.g., enhancing antioxidant activity, improving cognition and dementia, controlling weight, and preventing multiple sclerosis, diabetes complication, and cancer). The literature searching was conducted in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and SCOPUS from inception to 20 May 2021. It had showed that endogenous LA was exhausted in the process of I/R, which further aggravated I/R injury. Thus, supplements with LA timely (especially pretreatments) may be the prospective way to prevent I/R injury. Recently, studies had demonstrated that LA supplements significantly attenuated I/R injuries of many organs, though clinic investigations were short at present. Hence, it was urgent to summarize these progresses about the effects of LA on different I/R organs as well as the potential mechanisms, which would enlighten further investigations and prepare for clinic applications in the future.
To protect the mental health of college students, this paper proposes two methods based on online videos, namely, the accurate mental health education (AMHE) method and the personalized mental health ...education (PMHE) method. The AMHE analyzes the sequence and frequency of the access to category pages in the search for online videos, determines the categories of the videos watched by college students, and extracts the keywords from students’ reviews on online videos. The PMHE examines the mental health problems of college students through data mining and big data analysis: the improved association rules algorithm is used to mine the access logs of online videos, the frequently accessed knowledge points are identified to determine the students’ interests, and the relationship between knowledge points and interests is ascertained. The two methods were combined into a mental health education strategy, capable of adjusting the teaching contents flexibly and providing students with personalized services. This research sheds new light on the design of mental health education courses and the improvement of students’ mental health.
