Information and communication technologies are being rapidly integrated in education worldwide. The aim of introducing Information and communication technologies is to increase access, aid ...instruction, develop 21 st century skills, and improve education quality. However, uptake faces barriers of costs, teacher training, and unequal access. This study focuses on key technologies - Internet, computers, multimedia, and smartboards- analyzing their potential to enable collaborative, engaging, and personalized learning. It also examines challenges like distraction, costs, and teacher issues. This research paper will examine how the transition from traditional classroom settings to technology-enabled learning environments has impacted teaching methods and the overall learning experience. It will analyze the benefits of Information and communication technologies innovations like smartboards and online learning platforms in modernizing education delivery.
Leta 1979 v svojem manifestu kolektiv eksperimentalnega gledališča Kugla (Zagreb, 1975–1985) zapiše: »Kugla odkriva podobe, simbole in zgodbe, ki želijo biti obljuba skupnosti.« Raziskali bomo ...posledice teh neoavantgardih skupnostnih podvigov za zagrebško neinstitucionalno sceno skozi štiri modele inkluzivnih uprizoritvenih praks/uprizoritev, ki se razlikujejo v izhodiščih, estetskih ciljih, nivojih produkcije in načinih sodelovanja. V Ljubezenskem primeru Fahrije P (2017) bivši člani Kugle z drugimi soavtorji uprizorijo polilog z literarno, vizualno in performativno zapuščino pokojnega člana gledališča Kugla, multimedijskega ustvarjalca Željka Zorice Šiša (1957–2013). Uporabijo interaktivne postopke, ki so jih razvili v 70. letih. V dolgotrajnem in velikopoteznem projektu 55+ (2012) v produkciji platforme Montažstroj ustvarjalci zberejo udeležence, starejše od 55 let, na delavnicah, javnih razpravah, praznovanjih, protestih in v dokumentarnem filmu ter s tem opolnomočijo zanemarjeno generacijo in ji omogočijo glas in vidnost. V trilogiji O skupnosti (2010–2011) produkcijska platforma Metalci sence raziskuje delovanje različnih mehanizmov ustvarjanja začasnih estetskih skupnosti, od vaje vokalne skupine do deljenja skrivnosti, na udeležence. In končno: v subtilno asociativni predstavi Niti prijatelj niti brat (2018) v produkciji organizacije Fourhanded atmosferska inkluzija ponuja skoraj elitistično možnost soobstoja v intimnem svetu zasebnih napetosti. Skupni so jim fizično neinvazivna forma, emocionalna in/ali intelektualna vključenost ter poudarek na osebni zavezi (kot posledici praktičnih ali ustvarjalnih zagat), ki lahko gledalce zvabijo k odzivu na vključujočo izkušnjo.
Emerging data driven digital economy and Industry 4.0 transforms all sectors including industry, research and business. It requires new types of the general workforce and specialists that can ...effectively use digital and data technologies, variety of tools and global infrastructure services, and are capable for personal skills management and self-study. The paper provides an overview of the existing frameworks for competences, skills and qualifications that sets up a baseline for further research and definition of the skills for emerging data driven digital economy. The paper analyses the general profile of the modern agile data driven companies, their culture and required competences. The paper shares the experience of introducing professional and 21 st Century skills in the bachelor and master courses. The project based learning model is proven to be effective in this cases combining the student initiative and self-organisation given the well defined course objectives and reporting requirements.
Only recently have international relations scholars started to seriously examine the influence of collective memory on foreign policy formation and relations between states and peoples. Some higher education bodies still favor traditional assessment despite the advanced technology in the marketplace. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has exposed the gap between the contemporary ...marketplace, which heavily relies on ICT environments, and pedagogical practices. This research explores this particular gap by identifying the weakness and challenges in online assessment in order to form suggestions that can lead to reforming assessment in line with the 21st Century rubrics and skills as promoted by -Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (UN). It adopts the GAP analysis, designed as follows: the ideal scenario of online assessment is presented, followed by the current situation of online assessment worldwide, and finally a discussion of both conditions to bridge the gap between the two scenarios. The paper concludes that the concept of assessment needs further changes to cope with the marketplace's requirements and the 21st century digitalized environment.
In the 21 st Century, students were not only required to have the competency and skill that the workplace need, but also competitiveness. Close competition and limited employment were the problems ...that were impacting lesser absorption of graduates in the work field. Another problem was less than maximum effort in decreasing unemployment because the focus was only to produce ready-to-work graduates. The correct solution in solving the problems was through Special Job Fair (SJF). Also, there needed an optimisation of SJF that acts as marketers and distributors for the graduated. This paper presented the role of a special job fair in distributing competitive graduates in the 21 st Century. This study aimed to find the purpose and implementation of SJF. Through this paper, vocational education could implement it to develop a creative economy in the 21 st Century.
The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in everyday life of an individual has expanded in recent years. The much-needed skills for 21 st century are creativity, able to think ...critically, communication and collaboration skills. By equipping students with these skills, it will able to prepare students for the challenges in life and work environments in 21 st century. The advancement of technology has led to e-learning in education. E-learning refers to online learning, which provides students with a virtual environment in which students engage in several activities. However, even with the increasingly utilise of e-learning platform, research has proven that the issues of students were not fully utilise the functions of e-learning platforms in their learning process still exist. It is just act as a supporting tool for them and lack of communication support provided by learning management system (LMS) has leads to using other platform for communication purposes. Pervasive tools in education such as mobile devices, wearable technology, and RFID has proven to have positive impact on student learning outcome, however its application in higher education settings is still relatively little. Hence with the limitations of current teaching practice with limitations of study focusing on utilizing pervasive tools, therefore the aim of this study is to investigate the important factors which affect the user behaviour of IT devices (pervasive tools). To achieve this, theories of technology acceptance model (TAM) and task technology fit (TTF) was used. Along with TAM and TTF characteristics, factors of enjoyment, usefulness, convenience, compatibility, social influence, computer self-efficacy, and mobility were also considered. This study provides a framework to better understand the factors affect the acceptance of pervasive tools in private universities in Malaysia.
Glede na prevladujočo vrsto prikazanega nasilja v izbranih primerih sodobne slovenske kratke proze obstajata dve veliki skupini kratkih pripovedi, ki tematizirajo: individualno nasilje (fizično in ...psihično nasilje ene ali več ali več oseb nad drugo in drugimi ter nasilje nad samim sabo v smislu samopoškodbe ali samomora) v prevladujoči intimistični paradigmi sodobne kratke proze; kolektivno nasilje neke skupnosti na individuumom, ki se kaže kot strukturno (sistemsko) nasilje različnih družbenih institucij nad posamezniki in skupnostjo, kamor sodi tidu ideološko oziroma transcedentalno nasilje.
In the global discourse on ICTs, the concern so far has primarily been outsourcing and the loss of service sector jobs from the developed world. This book focuses, instead, on the positive aspects of ...the digital economy as they relate to women in the developing world.
