본 논문의 주요 목적은 공항기관을 위하여 경쟁우위 확보와 탁월한 공항 달성을 위한 융합경영시스템 모델개발이다. 융합경영시스템 모델개발은 창의성경영과 경영품질의 시스템을 융합하여 개발하였다. 융합경영시스템 구조는 첫째, 토대부분은 최고경영자의 철학과 의도, 대학과 같은 기업, 핵심가치를 기반으로 한 창조적 기업문화로 구성하였다. 둘째, 본체부분의 프로세스는 ...6시그마, 시스템은 ISO9001을 적용하였다. 셋째, 상위부분의 전략 및 평가는 미국의 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Model을 적용하였다. 또한, 시스템 연결은 창조경영, 융합과 커버전스, 신뢰 및 시너지효과 선으로 연결하였다. 마지막으로 융합경영시스템은 공항기관을 위하여 실현하기 위한 실용적 관점에서 연구 및 개발하였다.
The main research purpose of this paper is developed to Fusion Management System Model that is competition advantage and excellence airport for the airport authorities. Fusion Management System Model is developed to fuse and convert how is consist of creativity management and management quality system. Fusion management system structure is as follow. Firstly, part of foundation configured to philosophy and intention of CEO, company as like university and value-based creative corporate culture. Secondly, part of body is applied that is process by 6sigma, system by ISO9001. Thirdly, part of head is applied that is strategy and evaluation by Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award of U.S.A. Also, system connected to synergy line that is creativity management, fusion & convergence and trust. Finally, this system has been researched to the practical perspective in order to realize for airport authorities.
Many 6sigma innovation companies are obtaining ISO9000 series or ISOTS16949 certifications. However, not many of them have considered the integrated management of ISO TS16949 at the time of 6sigma ...introduction. ISOTS16949 focuses on the process of an overall company. In particular, APQP Advanced Product Quality Planning requires that from the beginning all the planning should have a clear quality planning business process. Each company can decide the best course of action to suit its individual needs. Lean DFSS in 6sigma offers the concrete development steps of the product development process. And if analyses of Input, Output, Target, Process, KSF, KPI, and FMEA is done in each process and clearly defined in APQP, mutual organic and effective systems can be initially achieved.
Emergency is a multi-stages, multi-layered process, involving the complex emergency supplies and resources, which lead the goal to dynamic changes and non-controllable, such as material, information ...and etc. This paper brings 6Sigma into management of emergency project. First, it analyzes the basic principle of 6Sigma. Then, it explains process management of emergency project. Finally, it puts forward DMAIC model of process management of emergency project. DMAIC model is an advanced management pattern of multi-stages, continuing improvement and circulated ascending, which has provided the basis for the implementation of process quality control.
