The formulation of an efficient ...schedule for dispatching concrete truck mixers is paramount, requiring a delicate balance between practicality and adaptability. The concrete batch plant administrator must establish a productive timetable that aligns activities at the concrete batch facility and construction sites. RMC delivery requests inundate the ready mixed concrete batch plant during specific operational hours, necessitating swift decision-making by the concrete batch plant administrator to create a dispatching schedule that meets the varied requirements of different construction projects. The dispatching schedule time for all batch plants is primarily influenced by the dispatcher administrator's experience and preferences. For instance, a ready mixed concrete batch plant administrator may opt to dispatch as many truck mixers as possible to the busiest construction project. However, while the batch plant waits for the RMC trucks to arrive, this strategy may cause truck congestion at the project site. Clearly, an effective dispatching schedule is crucial for enhancing the overall system efficiency of construction projects and batch plants. This paper initially presents various optimization methods and subsequently analyses the ready mixed concrete system and its transportation strategy, delineating the factors impacting the dispatching schedule. The study then introduces a systematic model employing simulation processes and Genetic Algorithms to optimize the dispatching schedule while minimizing the waiting time of RMC truck mixers at construction projects. The goal of this optimisation is to meet the needs for RMC delivery from various building projects while minimising the impact on casting processes. Ultimately, concrete batch plant administrators will find assistance in organising and managing the dispatching procedure from an automated software that was created utilising the C-sharp programming language and included all pertinent modules. Three cases from the available research were examined, and field data from the DECOM batching facility was applied over the course of three working days to evaluate the software's effectiveness.

In this paper, we extend the sharp order to dual ring. To be specific, we introduce D-sharp, C-sharp, G- and G-sharp binary relations of dual matrices, and discuss relevant properties of these dual ...binary relations by using dual group generalized inverse(DGGI for short), group dual generalized inverse(GDGI for short) and matrix decomposition. We conclude that D-sharp and G-sharp binary relations are partial orders. The dual binary relations are connected with the sharp order by using the upper triangular block matrix. Furthermore, we discuss relationships among dual binary relations mentioned above. When dual parts of dual matrix pairs are all zero matrices, dual binary relations(D-sharp, C-sharp, G- and G-sharp binary relations) are equivalent to the sharp order.

In this paper, an advance measuring algorithm was designed to measure acoustic emission (AE) signals in a high-frequency range based on a C-Sharp programming language for a large two-stroke marine diesel engine. To verify the ability of this algorithm, an experiment was carried out to investigate the characteristics of the AE signal caused by the combustion process on the large two-stroke low-speed marine diesel engine in the frequency range 100–900 kHz. The results showed that the AE signals emitted from the combustion event at around the top dead center could be well-observed in this frequency range. These outcomes also proved that the AE signal could not propagate to other cylinders due to a big distance between the cylinders. However, the combustion process affected the remaining AE sources. Moreover, this technique could be applied to detect the firing state as well as the combustion time of each cylinder.

In the development of the Collaborative Neuro-Fuzzy Expert System diagnosis platform, Neural Networks and Fuzzy Logic, which are artificial intelligence methods, have been merged together. Oral interviews were conducted with medical professionals whose experience was caught in the Expertise Developed Fuzzy Proficient Scheme. With Microsoft Visual C # (C Sharp) Programming Language and Microsoft SQL (Structured Query Language) Server 2012 to handle the database, the Neuro-Fuzzy Expert Framework diagnostic software was introduced. To capture the predominant signs, questionnaires were administered to the patients and filled out by the doctors on behalf of the patients.
Drought is considered by many researchers to be the most complex but least understood of all natural hazards, affecting more people than any other hazard. Drought affects many aspects of community ...and environment, and any future increases in the water demand will be most critical in periods of severe drought. Geospatial analysis of the historical drought events and their causes can be used to mitigate drought impacts and to develop preparedness plans. This study aimed to identify the changes in drought frequency, magnitude, duration, and intensity in the Eastern Nile basin during the period 1965–2000, using the standardized precipitation index (SPI). An SPI program based on C sharp language was developed to monitor drought in the study area. Twenty-eight meteorological stations distributed on the Eastern Nile basin were chosen to collect monthly precipitation data. For drought analysis, SPI series of 3-, 6-, 9-, 12-, and 24-month timescales have been calculated. Results showed that the study area received several drought events during the long rainy season (June to September) and the short rainy season (March to May) as well. Annual analysis of SPI time series indicated that the study area received several drought events, and the most severity event was during the year 1984.
Landscape metrics are used in a wide range of environmental studies such as land use change and land degradation studies, soil erosion and run-off predictions, management of hunting communities, and ...strategic planning for environmental management, to name just a few. Due to their utility for a variety of applications, there are many indices and software packages that have been designed to provide calculations and analysis of landscape structure patterns in categorical maps. With the purpose of making a comparison between the most used tools (Fragstats, V-Late, PA4…), this paper examines their advantages and disadvantages in order to create a list of common features that need to be incorporated into this type of software. An Application Programming Interface (API) is produced without limitations on data input, that is capable of calculating vector or raster metrics and is extensible. This API should make it possible not only to build third party applications easily, but also make it possible to add new metrics and research into new paradigms related to traditional landscape metrics. Land-metrics DIY (Do It Yourself) is the library presented in this paper. It can calculate almost 40 landscape metrics from geometry provided by an ESRI Shapefile.
