Dass sich 2005 Finks Geburtstag zum hundertsten Mal jährte, bot einen weiteren Anlass. Seit August 2022 kann man den Nachlass in großen Teilen als pdf(s) unter dem Link ...https://archiv.unifreiburg.de:8443/actaproweb/archive.xhtml abrufen. Lagen also die meisten Vorlesungen Finks im Druck vor, so waren die übrigen Teile seines Nachlasses so gut wie unpubliziert. Für die Textanordnung in jedem einzelnen Band gilt das chronologische Prinzip, und zwar jeweils für die Haupttexte und die Beilagen. Inhalte der Ausgabe Die erste Abteilung der Gesamtausgabe setzt mit Finks Frühwerk ein, seinen genuin phänomenologischen Arbeiten, die im Anschluss und in Auseinandersetzung mit Husserl entstanden. Sie wird von einem Band eröffnet, der, beginnend mit Finks 1930 in Husserls Jahrbuch für Philosophie und phänomenologische Forschung erschienener Dissertation, die Beiträge von Finks Aufsatzsammlungen zur Phänomenologie, der Studien zur Phänomenologie (1966) und von Nähe und Distanz (1974), in chronologischer Folge zusammenstellt. Der zweite Band umfasst solche Texte, die Fink im Auftrag von Husserl verfasst hat; dies betrifft vor allem Arbeiten zu Husserls Cartesianischen Meditationen. Der vierte Band der ersten Abteilung mit Haupttexten aus den Jahren 1946 bis 1950 beinhaltet Arbeiten aus der Zeit unmittelbar nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg: Unter dem Gesichtspunkt einer Problematisierung des Begriffs der Philosophie zeigen diese Texte Finks Absprung von der Phänomenologie hin zu einem „spekulativen" Denken - in der Vorlesung „Einleitung in die Philosophie" vom Sommersemester 1946 begegnet schon der Begriff der „kosmologischen Differenz" -, als eine Entwicklung jedoch, die früh in Finks Werk angelegt war. Band 4 der ersten Abteilung bildet damit einen Brückenkopf für die zweite Abteilung, die der Ausfaltung der Basis von Finks Philosophie gewidmet ist: seinen ontologischen, anthropologischen und kosmologischen Studien. Der vierte Band der Abteilung enthält folglich den Text der Grundphänomene des menschlichen Daseins (1955), dessen Kapitel 21 bis 26 - nun in anthropologischer Perspektive - dem Spiel gewidmet sind, sowie die aus den sechziger Jahren stammende Vorlesung Metaphysik und Tod (1964). Band 5 ist dem Reprint von Finks Mode-Buch Vorbehalten (1969) - einem Thema, das ebenfalls dem anthropologischen Umfeld zugehört und u. a. zugleich eine Konkretion des Spiel-Themas in ästhetischer Hinsicht darstellt.

Philosophische Arbeit an der Form bedeutet zunächst, nicht die Idee der Unterscheidung als gegeben anzunehmen, sondern den Unterschied zwischen unserer Kenntnis von der Innen- und jener von der ...Außenwelt. Denn ihr Inhalt mag asymmetrisch sein, ihre Form aber scheint durchaus vergleichbar. Während sich nach Überzeugung Spencer-Browns die Kenntnis der Außenwelt in den physikalischen Wissenschaften zeige, erbringe von der Innenwelt allein die Mathematik Kenntnis von vergleichbarer Form. Das aber bedeute, so Spencer-Brown, dass uns ein gewisses mathematisches Einsehen eigen sei, nämlich das in die ursprünglichste arithmetische Operation; in die Operation der Unterscheidung. Die philosophische Arbeit an der Form hat dabei, das soll im Folgenden deutlich werden, nicht mit den „Laws of Form“ begonnen. Während Spencer-Brown mit der „Idee der Unterscheidung“ in Widerspruch zu Bertrand Russells Logizismus die Arithmetik als fundamentale Disziplin auszeichnete und vor ihm Edmund Husserl im „Akt der Unterscheidung“ das Primat der Psychologie bestätigt sah, war Alexius Meinong der Überzeugung, dass der „Akt“ selbst eine neue Wissenschaft, die Gegenstandstheorie, unverzichtbar mache. Dabei war Spencer-Brown wohl zunächst nicht von philosophischen, sondern durchaus praktischen Motiven geleitet.
The question of whether a proper phenomenological investigation and analysis requires one to perform the epoché and the reduction has not only been discussed within phenomenological philosophy. It is ...also very much a question that has been hotly debated within qualitative research. Amedeo Giorgi, in particular, has insisted that no scientific research can claim phenomenological status unless it is supported by some use of the epoché and reduction. Giorgi partially bases this claim on ideas found in Husserl’s writings on phenomenological psychology. In the present paper, I discuss Husserl’s ideas and argue that while the epoché and the reduction are crucial for transcendental phenomenology, it is much more questionable whether they are also relevant for a non-philosophical application of phenomenology.
This book provides an extensive treatment of Husserl's phenomenology of time-consciousness. Nicolas de Warren uses detailed analysis of texts by Husserl, some only recently published in German, to ...examine Husserl's treatment of time-consciousness and its significance for his conception of subjectivity. He traces the development of Husserl's thinking on the problem of time from Franz Brentano's descriptive psychology, and situates it in the framework of his transcendental project as a whole. Particular discussions include the significance of time-consciousness for other phenomenological themes: perceptual experience, the imagination, remembrance, self-consciousness, embodiment, and the consciousness of others. The result is an illuminating exploration of how and why Husserl considered the question of time-consciousness to be the most difficult, yet also the most central, of all the challenges facing his unique philosophical enterprise.

Kant, in his precritical writing Von dem ersten Grunde des Unterschiedes der Gegenden im Raume (1768), makes a remarkable effort to show that the reality proper to the concept of space is related to ...the live body itself as a system of orientation that would correspond, to some way, to the Husserlian characterization of the Leib as absolute here. Indeed, it is possible to find in Kantian argumentation the idea that we can only distinguish the directions of space insofar as these are determined concerning the sides of our live body. In this work, I will present a phenomenological approximation or reading on this very brief dissertation emphasizing the “own reality” of space and its relationship with our corporality, in other words, between the complementarity of the living own body (Leib) with space.

Lorientation de cette sphere intramondaine par rapport a la chair du corps est tout de méme constamment désignée comme originaire, et cela pour rappeler que dans notre auto-compréhension quotidienne elle est déja dissimulée derriere lespace homogene des lieux et des choses conçues par une géométrie euclidienne et une ontologie de res extensæ.
