The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects of grade 6 students SD Penerus Bangsa Kecamatan Periuk, Tangerang City. The research method used in this research ...is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of four stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Instrument used in this research is observation sheet of affective and psychomotor learning result. Cognitive learning test and documentation. The results reveal that there is an increase in cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning outcomes in the application of Group Investigation (GI) learning methods. Improvement of students' science learning outcomes is seen in the results of research cycle I ie average learning outcome of 73.77 with cognitive aspects of 72.5, affective aspects of 61.76 and psychomotor of 87.06. Les infirmières en pratique avancée (IPA) valorise la compétence infirmière auprès du patient et de permettent de libérer du temps médical en laissant à ces professionnels certains suivis, comme ceux ...en lien avec la maladie de Parkinson.
Identifier les insuffisances des suivis actuels pour cette pathologie. Constater les compétences attendues et les moyens pour y répondre. Voir et proposer un rôle IPA dans le parcours patient atteint de la maladie de Parkinson en lien avec ces problématiques.
Recherche qualitative sous forme de groupe témoin de 12 IPA jeune diplômés ou déjà en poste. Ce groupe est étayé par la présence d’une représentante de patients, mais aussi d’une infirmière libérale et une infirmière prestataire. Ces échanges font l’objet de captation vidéo et audio. Pour structurer le débat, il a été décidé de dégager quatre thèmes qui font l’objet d’une séquence : transmissions, accès direct, suivi et compétences et enfin les missions afférentes (recherche, éducation et formation).
À ce jour, il est exprimé que les transmissions sur les suivis sont incomplètes et doivent pousser à une réflexion autour de l’information (donnée, temporalité). Les attentes des patients tendent vers de la disponibilité de ressources pour les accompagner au long de l’évolution de leur pathologie. Le type de professionnel (médical ou non) n’est pas déterminant, mais il doit détenir l’expertise et l’impact nécessaire pour répondre à leurs questions.
Il semble nécessaire de revoir les compétences IPA afin de permettre le lien ville-hôpital de façon plus fluide et une meilleure accessibilité. Le mode d’exercice (libéral, structure, centre expert parkinson) influence le rôle de l’IPA. Il pourrait représenter une alternative dans le suivi des patients parkinsoniens au relais des neurologues dans les suivis de patients avec des apports éducatifs et de promotion de la santé.
Les IPA actuels prétendent à être un accompagnant dans le suivi holistique du parkinsonien. Dans l’attente d’une évolution du décret, la recherche et la formation semblent être des points déterminants pour prouver l’impact de la profession auprès des patients.
Intelligent personal assistants (IPAs) own anthropomorphic features which enable users' perception of anthropomorphism. Adopting the perspective of mind-based anthropomorphism, the purpose of this ...paper is to investigate how mind-based anthropomorphism influences users' exploratory usage of IPAs. Based on the notion that anthropomorphism can satisfy people's sociality and effectance motivation, we hypothesize that mind-based anthropomorphism can enhance people's social connection with IPAs and IPA self-efficacy, which can in turn influence their exploratory usage of IPAs. Questionnaires were developed and distributed to users who had experience in smart speaker-based IPAs on Wenjuanxing and 551 valid questionnaires were collected to test the research model. The results revealed that cognitive and affective anthropomorphism exerted common and differential impacts on IPA self-efficacy and social connection. Cognitive anthropomorphism versus affective anthropomorphism had stronger influences on IPA self-efficacy, while affective anthropomorphism had stronger impacts on social connection. Both IPA self-efficacy and social connection enhanced users' intentions to explore IPAs. This study enriches previous studies on IPA adoption or post-adoption by investigating exploratory usage which captures how users are deeply engaged with IPAs.
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sejauh mana model PjBL memengaruhi keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian kuasi ...eksperimen desain posttest only control design. Angket dan lembar observasi adalah instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan sampel jenuh sebab seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas 5 SDN 2 Tawangbanteng untuk kelas eksperimen dan seluruh siswa kelas 5 SDN 1 Sukaratu untuk kelas kontrol. Analisis data dilakukan dimulai dari uji statistik deskriptif dan uji statistik inferensial. Uji statistik inferensial terdiri dari uji uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji independent sample test. Kemudian, untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh menggunakan effect size dengan rumus Cohen. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik deskriptif memperoleh 15 siswa dengan kriteria sangat kolaboratif pada kelas eksperimen sedangkan pada kelas kontrol memperoleh 9 siswa dengan kriteria kolaboratif. Hasil uji statistik inferensial menunjukan nilai sig 0,003<0,05 artinya Ho ditolak H1 diterima. Maka terdapat perbedaan keterampilan kolaborasi antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model PjBL dengan siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan model konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil uji effect size memperoleh nilai 0,79 dengan kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PjBL berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan kolaborasi siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di kelas 5.

Anne Cutler, a strong supporter and outstanding contributor to the broad church of phonetic science, died in Nijmegen, The Netherlands, on 7 June 2022, after a brief illness.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Kotak Ekosistem (KOSIS) yang layak dan praktis pada muatan mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam bagi siswa kelas V di SDN 19 Mataram. ...Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 19 Mataram, Kota Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menghasilkan media Kotak Ekosistem (KOSIS) yang didesain menggunakan aplikasi canva dan dibuat menggunakan bahan utama kertas kardus. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan berupa data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket validasi ahli media, angket validasi ahli materi, angket kepraktisan oleh guru dan siswa dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media Kotak Ekosistem (KOSIS) memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 89,4% dengan kategori sangat layak oleh ahli media dan memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 86,4% dengan kategori sangat layak oleh ahli materi. Pada uji kepraktisan oleh guru memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 85% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan uji kepraktisan oleh siswa memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 88% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil penelitian media pembelajaran Kotak Ekosistem (KOSIS) ini sangat layak dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran kelas V di SDN 19 Mataram.
ABSTRAK Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi dan handphone yang semakin maju, sehingga dapat dikatakan perkembangan keduanya sangatlah ...erat dan berjalan beriringan. Multimedia merupakan gabungan beberapa komponen seperti teks, audio, video, animasi, dan gambar yang berguna untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran, karena visualisasi dalam bentuk animasi sangat diperlukan untuk materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan produk aplikasi android dan untuk mengetahui penilaian terhadap produk yang telah dihasilkan oleh peneliti dan peneliti dapat mengetahui respon produk kepada siswa. Hasil penilaian yang dilakukan responden terhadap produk yang dihasilkan peneliti adalah produk yang dihasilkan sangat baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan total skor rata-rata sebesar 20 dengan keterangan produk yang dihasilkan sangat baik dimana produk tersebut dinilai dari beberapa aspek, termasuk kemudahan penggunaan, presentasi, keterbacaan dan peran multimedia. This is especially important because visual aids, in the form of animations, are essential for conveying instructional material. The primary aim of this study is to evaluate the products created by the researchers. The significance of this research lies in enabling the researchers to identify areas for improvement in the multimedia products they have developed. The assessment conducted by respondents on the researcher-produced products yielded highly positive results, with an average score of 20. The concept of early termination as an important means of transcriptional control has long been established. Even so, its role in metazoan gene expression is underappreciated. Recent technological ...advances provide novel insights into premature transcription termination (PTT). This process is frequent, widespread, and can occur close to the transcription start site (TSS), or within the gene body. Stable prematurely terminated transcripts contribute to the transcriptome as instances of alternative polyadenylation (APA). Independently of transcript stability and function, premature termination opposes the formation of full-length transcripts, thereby negatively regulating gene expression, especially of transcriptional regulators. Premature termination can be beneficial or harmful, depending on its context. As a result, multiple factors have evolved to control this process.
PTT is widespread in metazoans. It can occur close to the TSS or further downstream in the gene body.PTT generates transcripts that, depending on the circumstances, are either rapidly degraded, or are stabilised by polyadenylation, thus contributing to transcriptome diversification.Stable premature transcripts can have independent functions as noncoding (nc)RNA or mRNA encoding proteins with different properties compared with those generated by the full-length transcript.PTT can negatively regulate expression of the full-length transcript and especially controls genes encoding transcriptional regulators.Factors triggering PTT include not only canonical RNA 3′ processing and termination factors, but also other players. Many metazoan factors oppose PTT, thus limiting its damaging potential.
Introduction The Salkowski reagent method is a colorimetric technique used to determine auxin production, specifically as indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). It was developed to determine indoles rapidly; ...however, it does not follow Beer's law at high concentrations of IAA. Thus, there could be an overestimation of IAA with the Salkowski technique due to the detection of other indole compounds. Methods This study aims to compare the Salkowski colorimetric method versus a chromatographic method to evidence the imprecision or overestimation obtained when auxins, such as indole-acetic acid (IAA), are determined as traits from promoting growth plant bacteria (PGPB), using ten different strains from three different isolation sources. The analysis used the same bacterial culture to compare the Salkowski colorimetric and chromatographic results. Each bacterium was cultivated in the modified TSA without or with tryptophan for 96 h. The same supernatant culture was used in both methods: Salkowski reagent and ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a Mass Spectrometer (LC-MS/MS). Results The first method indicated 5.4 to 27.4 mg L -1 without tryptophan in ten evaluated strains. When tryptophan was used as an inductor of auxin production, an increase was observed with an interval from 4.4 to 160 mg L -1 . The principal auxin produced by all strains was IAA from that evaluated by the LC-MS/MS method, with significantly higher concentration with tryptophan addition than without. Strains belonging to the Kocuria genus were highlighted by high IAA production. The indole-3-propionic acid (IPA) was detected in all the bacterial cultures without tryptophan and only in K. turfanensis As05 with tryptophan, while it was not detected in other strains. In addition, indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) was detected at trace levels (13-16 µg L -1 ). Conclusions The Salkowski reagent overestimates the IAA concentration with an interval of 41-1042 folds without tryptophan and 7-16330 folds with tryptophan as inductor. In future works, it will be necessary to determine IAA or other auxins using more suitable sensitive techniques and methodologies.
