At the same time, with the help of a mix of multivariate information personalized services recommendation algorithm, a more perfect business information support is provided for college and university students. The key technologies of entrepreneurial platform, MVC design pattern, platform network technology, service architecture and other aspects are introduced in detail. Through the system test, it is found that the response time of the system will slow down with the increase of the number of online people. When the number of online people is 3000, the response time is 2.2s, which also meets the requirements of system design.

Salah satu contoh instansi pemerintahan adalah pemerintah desa. Pemerintahan Desa adalah penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan dan kepentingan masyarakat setempat dalam sistem pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Setiap desa memiliki catatan penduduk dan juga data dasar keluarga. Balai desa Somagede sudah memiliki sistem informasi pendataan data dasar keluarga desa Somagede. Pada saat petugas menggunakan sistem informasi pendataan data dasar keluarga Somagede, petugas mempunyai beberapa kendala yaitu, jaringan wifi di kantor desa tidak selalu ada, yang menyebabkan petugas merasa kesulitan untuk menginputkan data dasar keluarga Somagede dan menyajikan data dasar keluarga desa Somagede, kepada orang yang membutuhkan data dasar keluarga desa Somagede. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pendataan data data dasar keluarga Somagede yang dapat diakses mempermudah petugas desa untuk melakukan pendataan data data dasar keluarga desa Somagede, tujuan lainnya adalah mengembangkan database aplikasi pendataan data dasar keluarga Somagede dari yang sederhana menjadi kompleks. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah extreme programming dengan pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing. Hasil dari aplikasi pendataan data dasar keluarga berbasis website ini adalah dapat memudahkan petugas dalam melakukan pendataan data dasar keluarga Somagede.
In Indonesia, there is a special agency tasked with dealing with the misuse of prohibited goods, namely the National Narcotics Agency, abbreviated as BNN. Apart from being at the center, BNN is also ...at the provincial level. At the National Narcotics Agency, there is a section or section that has a special function to manage the supervision of prisoners and evidence in the form of narcotics. The problem is, the administrative process is still irregular, archives are difficult to find, and several other important things, which are certainly very influential for the next process and follow-up. This study aims to help design a system that can manage the process of monitoring prisoners and evidence. For the research method, the author uses a prototype model, Model View Controller (MVC), and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The results showed that the system can work well in assisting the process of monitoring prisoners and evidence with a percentage of 54.29% strongly agree and 64.00% agree with the developed system model.
Although previous graph-based multi-view clustering (MVC) algorithms have gained significant progress, most of them are still faced with three limitations. First, they often suffer from high ...computational complexity, which restricts their applications in large-scale scenarios. Second, they usually perform graph learning either at the single-view level or at the view-consensus level, but often neglect the possibility of the joint learning of single-view and consensus graphs. Third, many of them rely on the <inline-formula> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">k </tex-math></inline-formula>-means for discretization of the spectral embeddings, which lack the ability to directly learn the graph with discrete cluster structure. In light of this, this article presents an efficient MVC approach via <inline-formula> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">\boldsymbol {u} </tex-math></inline-formula>nified and <inline-formula> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">\boldsymbol {d} </tex-math></inline-formula>iscrete <inline-formula> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">\boldsymbol {b} </tex-math></inline-formula>ipartite <inline-formula> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">\boldsymbol {g} </tex-math></inline-formula>raph <inline-formula> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">\boldsymbol {l} </tex-math></inline-formula>earning (UDBGL). Specifically, the anchor-based subspace learning is incorporated to learn the view-specific bipartite graphs from multiple views, upon which the bipartite graph fusion is leveraged to learn a view-consensus bipartite graph with adaptive weight learning. Furthermore, the Laplacian rank constraint is imposed to ensure that the fused bipartite graph has discrete cluster structures (with a specific number of connected components). By simultaneously formulating the view-specific bipartite graph learning, the view-consensus bipartite graph learning, and the discrete cluster structure learning into a unified objective function, an efficient minimization algorithm is then designed to tackle this optimization problem and directly achieve a discrete clustering solution without requiring additional partitioning, which notably has linear time complexity in data size. Experiments on a variety of multi-view datasets demonstrate the robustness and efficiency of our UDBGL approach. The code is available at https://github.com/huangdonghere/UDBGL .
Multi-effect desalination (MED) systems are highly promising for high salinity seawaters at large scales, and hence are used broadly in desalination plants. Despite the fact that the MED systems can ...be driven by various renewable or waste heat energies, many of the available renewable technologies are expensive in some parts of the globe. Hence, proposing and developing high-efficient mechanical-based MED units can be an encouraging alternative. In pursuance of this objective, two innovative mechanical-driven MED units are devised, simulated and the results are compared with those of the conventional MED-MVC (mechanical vapor compression) unit. For this aim, absorption-compression heat pump (ACHP) and vapor compression heat pump (VCHP) systems are used for integrating with the MED unit. Under a constant input power of 1845 kW it is found that proposing the MED-VCHP system instead of the conventional MED-MVC system improves gain-output-ratio (GOR), performance ratio (PR), freshwater rate, specific work consumption (SWC), exergy efficiency, exergy destruction rate, and exergy of loss by 1%, 12.86%, 12.64%, 11.45%, 10.78%, 3.3%, and 10.86% respectively. However, the unit cost of distilled water (UCDW) of the MED-VCHP system is around 6.7% higher than that of the MED-MVC system. Also, the MED-VCHP system uses less exergy of fuel than the MED-MVC system due to its high seawater exergy. Furthermore, it is found that one can decrease the overall exergy loss rate from 145.4 kW to 129.6 kW when the MED-VCHP system is used instead of the MED-MVC system.
•Two new mechanical-driven MED units are devised.•Thermodynamic and economic analysis of the devised hybrid desalination systems is presented.•PR of the MED-VCHP system is around 12.86% higher than that of the MED-MVC unit.•SWC of the MED-VCHP system is around 11.45% lower than that of the MED-MVC unit.•For input electrical power of around 1845 kW, the distilled water rate is increased from 5433 to 6020 m3/day.
The use of variable block-size motion estimation (ME), disparity estimation (DE), and multiple reference frames selection aims to improve the coding efficiency of multiview video coding (MVC), ...however, this is at the cost of high computational complexity of these advanced coding techniques, which are not suitable for real-time video broadcasting applications. In this paper, we propose an efficient ME and DE algorithm for reducing the computational complexity of MVC. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the coded block pattern and rate distortion (RD) cost, an early DIRECT mode decision algorithm is proposed. Then, based on the characteristics of the initial search point in the ME/DE process and the observation that the best point is center-biased, an early ME/DE termination strategy is proposed. If the ME/DE early termination is not satisfied, the ME/DE search window will be reduced by applying the optimal theory. At last, two block matching search strategies are proposed to predict the best point for the ME/DE. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve 50.05% to 77.61%, 64.83% on average encoding time saving. Meanwhile, the RD performance degradation is negligible. Especially, the proposed algorithm can be applied to not only the odd views but also the even views.
Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) play a role in innate pathogen defense and also trigger B‐cell response by providing antigens. NETs have been linked to vaccine‐induced thrombotic ...thrombocytopenia. We postulated a potential link between NET biomarkers, NET‐promoting autoantibodies, and adverse events (AEs) after COVID‐19 vaccine boosters. Healthy donors (HDs) who received ChAdOx1‐S (A), mRNA‐1273 (M), or recombinant protein (MVC–COV1901) vaccines at the National Taiwan University Hospital between 2021 and 2022 were recruited. We measured serial NET‐associated biomarkers, citrullinated‐histone3 (citH3), and myeloperoxidase (MPO)‐DNA. Serum citH3 and MPO‐DNA were significantly or numerically higher in HDs who reported AEs (n = 100, booster Day 0/Day 30, p = 0.01/p = 0.03 and p = 0.30/p = 0.35, respectively). We also observed a positive correlation between rash occurrence in online diaries and elevated citH3. A linear mixed model also revealed significantly higher citH3 levels in mRNA‐1273/ChAdOx1‐S recipients than MVC‐COV1901 recipients. Significant positive correlations were observed between the ratios of anti‐heparin platelet factor 4 and citH3 levels on Booster Day 0 and naïve and between the ratios of anti‐NET IgM and citH3 on Booster Day 30/Day 0 in the AA‐M and MM‐M group, respectively. The increased levels of citH3/MPO‐DNA accompanied by NET‐promoting autoantibodies suggest a potential connection between mRNA‐1273/ChAdOx1‐S vaccines and cardiovascular complications. These findings provide insights for risk assessments of future vaccines.
Multi effect desalination systems (MED) powered by Mechanical Vapor compression (MVC) are attractive systems for seawater/brackish water desalination due to the fact that these systems are ...independent of steam generation sources and hence fit well in remote areas. Renewable energy sources such as solar energy, wind energy or a combination of both can be used as sources of energy to power these systems. This work provides a review for the research investigations made in single and multi-effect desalination systems operated by mechanical vapor compressors. Classifications are made based on several criteria such as the nature of the study: theoretical, experimental or both, number of effects, source of energy, compressor type, and the effect of the system parameters. The review shows areas that require additional effort such as the use of wind energy to operate MED-MVC systems, the zero liquid discharge capabilities as well as the type and material used for the heat exchanger components: the evaporator and the condenser. Performance measures are included in this review along with a comparison between a large number of units reported in the existing research in terms of the power source, unit cost and specific power consumption. The unit production cost of desalinated water varies between 0.842 and 10 $/m3 while the specific power consumption ranges from 3.6 kWh/m3 to 193 kWh/m3 for a special case of treating high salinity water.

In realistic sound scenarios, cutting-edge active noise control (ANC) systems still suffer critical instabilities since these systems works under impulsive noise signals. To decrease the negative ...impact of this noise, several authors have made extraordinary efforts to develop efficient algorithms in terms of convergence speed and misadjustment. However, these algorithms still exhibits limited convergence capabilities. In this letter, we present for the first time, the development of a switching algorithm based on the maximum versoria criterion (MVC) algorithm. Our results demonstrate that the proposed switching algorithm exhibits good convergence properties while maintaining a lower-computational cost when compared with existing algorithms.
