Prispevek obravnava rezultate zaščitnih arheoloških raziskav v Fizinah leta 1998, med katerimi so bili v manjši sondi dokumen-tirani ostanki večfazne rimske arhitekture in spremljajočih plasti z ...drobno materialno kulturo. ostanki najverjetneje pripadajo manjši naselbini s pristaniščem, ki dopolnjuje podobo piranskega zaledja v času med sredino 1. stoletja pr. n. št. in poznorimskim obdobjem. Nezadostno dokumentirano najstarejšo fazo ozna-čujejo keramika s črnim premazom, amfore in grobo posodje, najverjetneje v zvezi z bankino iz masivnih kamnov. Na konec 1. in v 2. stoletje sodijo zidovi večjega objekta s pripadajočimi najdbami, med katerimi izstopa egejsko posodje. Naselbina doživi višek v času med 4. in prvo polovico 5. stoletja, kamor poleg arhitekture sodijo številni odlomki amfor in namiznega posodja afriške produkcije, novci ter ladjedelniški in ribiški pribor. Po-datke iz raziskav na kopnem dopolnjuje dobro ohranjen objekt z dvema zaprtima bazenoma, ki se nahaja na morskem dnu ob zahodnem robu drage. Glede na njegove dimenzije, gradbene primerjave iz istre in širše okolice ter prisotnost izvira sladke vode sklepamo, da gre za ribogojnico s pomoli oz. operativno obalo za pristajanje ladij.
The aim of this work was to synthesize steroidal heterocycles and to elucidate the potential role of these compounds as antimicrobial agents. The synthesis of steroidal heterocycles containing the ...pyrazole, isoxazole, thiazole, pyrane, pyridine, pyridazine, or benzopyrane ring attached to the pregnene nucleus is reported. Progesterone (1) reacts with dimethyl formamide dimethyl acetal to form enamine 2. Heterocyclization of 2 with hydrazines, hydroxylamine, glycine, ethyl acetoacetate or cyanomethylene afforded novel steroidal heterocyclic derivatives. The in vitro antimicrobial evaluation showed that all synthesized compounds show activity against the used strains of Gram positive bacteria and fungi.
U radu je opisana sinteza steroidnih heterocikličkih spojeva i evaluacija njihovog antimikrobnog djelovanja. Sintetizirani spojevi sadrže pirazol, izoksazol, tiazol, piran, piridin, piridazin ili benzopiran na pregnenskoj jezgri. Progesteron (1) je prvo u reakciji s dimetil formamid dimetil acetalom dao enamin 2. Novi steroidni heterociklički derivati dobiveni su heterociklizacijom spoja 2 s hidrazinima, hidroksilaminom, glicinom, etilacetoaceatom i cijanometilenom. Antimikrobno vrednovanje in vitro pokazalo je da su svi sintetizirani spojevi aktivni protiv testiranih Gram pozitivnih bakterija i gljivica.
Consideration and coordination of all the interests that emerge in the process of spatial planning usually result in a number of conflicts. This is, among other issues, a consequence of rigid ...protective sectorial guidelines and the absence of comprehensive planning. It is, however, possible to avoid this by assuring proper spatial information and a coordinated process of spatial planning and strategic environmental assessment that comes with it. This article derives from the assumption that the presentation of spatial status and sectorial guidelines, both obligatory by law for the preparation and assessment of plans in spatial planning, make this possible in a limited way, and it therefore makes sense to use analytic spatial planning tools as well. The practicability of the results gained by the vulnerability analysis and the possibility of creating strategic environmental premises preparation has been verified on the environmental protection background documents for the Municipality of Piran Spatial plan. The results show that vulnerability analysis, in comparison to presentation of spatial status, gives a better idea of more or less sensitive areas as well as its individual components and thus allows more room for manoeuvring the coordination of interests and for a more objective assessment of impacts on the environment. The analysis makes it possible to upgrade the protection guidelines of the sectors by preparing conceptually clearer direction for the protection and development of individual environmental components and by preparing comprehensive environmental premises that enable us to be more effective and sustainable in comprehensive spatial planning.
The work is a critical edition of the preserved fragments of five notary codices from Piran (1289–1305) with notes made by the notary Dominicus Petenarius. Notaries entered into notary codices the ...essential features of business transactions in stenographic form, specific writing and simple Latin. This is a valuable type of sources for the study of medieval and later history. The entries portray the economic and social life of cities and their surroundings, their administration, judicial system, everyday life, population development, urban image, as well as culture and arts, all of which serve the purposes of research conducted by experts in various fields. The edition is equipped with a standard critical apparatus and an accompanying study which is also translated into English. The main part of the text encompasses the transliteration of the manuscript comprising 518 agreements with different contents. Each is marked with a successive number, defined with regard to its content and dated. The specific features of the original and inconsistencies in writing are described in notes. The work comes with an index of names, a subject index and a list of entries in which each entry is marked with the original annotation of the page in the original, date, type of contents, short summary of the contents and the page in the publication.
