Podgorski pojasevi vrijedni su u početnoj fazi ...naseljavanja i u toj zoni nalazimo brojne izvore, no uglavnom manje izdašnosti. Ovisnost o lokalnoj vodoopskrbi prestaje širenjem suvremenog javnog vodoopskrbnog sustava. U najnovije vrijeme, uz nasipavanje terena, dolinske ravni postaju vrijedan prostor za izgradnju.
Frequency distribution curves can be indicative of the dynamicsand evolutionary development of geomorphological systems. Normallydistributed geomorphological data are a reliable indicator of ...theequilibrium fluctuations prevalent within such systems. This occurs, for example, when a delicate balance is established between varioustypes of landforms and geomorphological processes. Landforms thatexist in this geomorphological steady state can be properly called"equilibrium" structures. They show no permanent trends of eithergrowth or destruction. On the contrary, a positively skewed frequencydistribution curve indicates a type of non-equilibrium conditions andnon -linear relationships within geomorphological systems, whichmay be the result of major external energy inputs (particularly fromtectonic uplift ). This in turn gives rise to new and more complexhigher-order landforms. These represent structures of growth or evolution. Alternatively, a negatively skewed frequency distribution curve, also being a consequence of non-equilibrium conditions, indicatesa lack of free energy in the system, which induces destruction ofthe existing landforms. Such landforms represent strucres of degeneration. The fluvial landscape in the northwestern part of Hrvatsko Zagorje, portrayed in terms of an open system, has been used as thegeomorphological framework for this study, the primary purpose ofwhich was to apply frequency distribution curves in the interpretation of the processes influencing the creation and destruction of the landscape. Horizontal and vertical dissection, slope and other morphometriccharacterictics reflect the specific dynamics of the geomorphological processes, which relate a variety of landforms to their geologic framework and climate in the study area.

Samoborska Gora Mts. is situated within the westernmost part of the Zagorje-Mid-Transdanubian zone of the Internal Dinarides. The Samoborska Gora Mts. predominantly consists of Permian ...unmetamorphosed siliciclastic sediments and evaporites, overlain by Lower Triassic sediments. Rude mineralisation is hosted by Permian siliciclastic sediments, below gypsum and anhydrite strata. The central part of the deposit consists of a 1.5 km long stratabound mineralisation, grading laterally into ferruginous sandstone and protruding vertically into a gypsum-anhydrite layer. Siderite-polysulphide-barite-quartz veins are located below the stratabound mineralisation. The stratiform part ofthe deposit is situated above the stratabound and consists of haematite layer with barite concretions and veinlets. Late stage galena-barite veins overprint earlier types of mineralisation. The Rude ore deposit was generated by predominantly NaCl±CaCl2-H2O solutions. Detrital quartz from stratiform mineralisation contains fluid inclusions with salinities between 7 and 11 wt. % NaCl equ., homogenizing between 150°C to 230°C. Stratabound/siderite-polysulphide-barite-quartz vein type mineralisation was derived from solutions with salinities between 5 and 19 wt. % NaCl equ., homogenizing between 60°C and 160°C, while late stage galena-barite veins were precipitated from solutions with salinities between 11 and 16 wt. % NaCl equ., homogenizing between 100°C to 140 °C. Fluid inclusion bulk leachate chemistry recorded Na+>Mg2+>K+>Ca2+>Li+ and Cl->SO42- ions. Sulphur isotope composition of barites and overlying gypsum stems from Permian seawater sulphate, supported by increased Br- content, which follows successively the seawater evaporation line. The sulphur isotopic composition of sulphides varies between -0.2 and +12.5 ‰, as a result of thermal reduction of Permian marine sulphate. Ore-forming fl uids were produced by hydrothermal convective cells (reflux brine model), and were derived primarily from Permian seawater, modified by evaporation and interaction with Permian sedimentary rocks. Rude deposits in Samoborska Gora Mts. may be declared as a prototype of the Permian siderite-polysulphide-barite deposits (products of rifting along the passive Gondwana margin), in the Inner Dinarides, and their equivalents extending northeastward into the Zagorje-Mid-Transdanubian Zone and the Gemerides, and southeastward to the Hellenide-Albanides.
potencijala tog prostora.
To determine the stakeholder perspective on different circumstances of cycling tourism destination development in the post- COVID-19 period, the survey method and a case study approach were ...implemented in obtaining stakeholder expert judgement. This paper acknowledges the recent academic and industry publications, and the current momentum in the EU (where post-COVID-19 recovery plans include raising the share of cycling), and discusses the primary research findings on cycling tourism development in this context. Primarily contributing to the body of knowledge on regional cycling tourism development in general the findings of this paper acknowledge the often-neglected local stakeholder perspective and indicate that stakeholders tend to focus more on internal (local) destination issues and relationships.
Production of turkeys in the region of Hrvatsko zagorje began in second half of 16th century, when there was a little influence of other turkey breeds from other region. Recently, interest for ...protection and preservation of autochthonous poultry breeds in Croatia is growing and in that sense this investigation was set to determine the phenotypic traits of Zagorje turkey. One hundred 10-month old turkeys (5 males and 20 females of four strains (bronze, black, grey and pale) were measured, while egg production data were collected by a poll among the breeders. Average body weight of bronze, black, grey and pale strain males were 7.08, 6.88, 6.10 and 6.09 kg, respectively, while in females the average values were 4.02, 4.07, 3.63, and 3.68 kg. Generally, according to body measures of male birds, other than body weight, of all of the strains of Zagorje turkey, the black one is the biggest, as it had the highest values for body length, length of sternum, length of drumstick, length of shank, depth of chest and head measures. At the same time, the bronze strain had the highest value for carcass width. Body measures mentioned previously were not so different in females. Number of reared chicks was lowest in the pale strain. From the body measures assessed it is possible to conclude that Zagorje turkeys are rather uniform within the strain but differences in most of the breed traits are present between the strains, especially in males of bronze and black strain, when compared to gray and pale strain.
