In eradicating tardy behavior and discipline in obeying school rules by students, the role is not only the subject teacher, but the counseling teacher also has a very important role to overcome tardy ...students. Being late is one of the most commonly seen rule-breaking behaviors in schools. Although being late is not a criminal act against the law like theft and murder, if handling and follow-up efforts are not given, it will have a negative impact on student development, especially in terms of academic achievement. The phenomenon of MTs Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung School shows that there are students who are late, the cause of which often occurs due to general factors, family, personal and school factors as a result affecting student learning achievement at school. Qualitative is the method used with a descriptive approach. The BK teacher's effort to resolve late behavior in students is to provide individual counseling guidance services to students. After getting individual counseling guidance services students experience changes in no longer being late for school, their clothes become more rapid and become more quiet.
In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of dialogues with high reputations using the dialogue data of online counseling services. Specifically, the dialogue data in the fortune-telling service ...and the evaluation data of the fortune-teller by the user were used. We analyzed words that are often used in dialogue, the length of dialogue exchanges, and the frequency of utterances, and obtained the following four findings regarding dialogue by highly evaluated fortune-tellers. First, a role as a counselor rather than fortune-telling itself is more important. Second, interjection words tend to be used. Third, there is a tendency for many statements to be made in succession at the end of the dialogue. These findings, such as avoiding excessive use of technical terms, proper usage of empathic expressions, and advice given at the end of the dialogue, are thought to provide important guidance for future automatic dialogue system development.

This study aims to review the application of guidance and counseling service management in an effort to improve the quality of student learning. This study uses a literature study method sourced from trusted books, journals, and articles relating to the management of guidance and counseling services in an effort to improve the quality of student learning. The results of the study indicate that the management of guidance and counseling really needs to be done to improve the quality of student learning, therefore it is necessary to have a preparation or programming before doing counseling.

This study aims to describe the effect of group guidance services on the development of prosocial behavior of eighth grade students of Junior High School Negeri 17 Medan. The method used is a ...pseudo-experimental one group pretest-posttest village design. The subjects of this study were 12 students who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection in this study uses a scale of prosocial behavior. The results of this study indicate the behavior of 12 students increased after being given group guidance services ASYMP. GIG is 0.002, (<0.05) This means that there is a significant influence of group guidance services on the development of prosocial behavior of students of class VIII of Junior High School Negeri 17 Medan.
This study aims to determine the important role of ethical values for a counsellor in providing services to counselees. The research method used is literature study or literature review. Literature ...review research is a series of activities related to library data collection methods reading and recording and processing research data, there are twenty articles/scientific works reviewed in this article regarding counsellor ethics. Based on the results of the study or literature review that has been conducted, one of the values that must be possessed by a counsellor to build effective interactions between counsellors and clients is ethical values. Counselors in doing their work are proctected by a counselor’s code of ethics which functions as a limitation, and work rules for counselors /counseling teachers. The counselor’s code of ethics is a moral foundation and professional behaviour guidelines that must be upheld and implemented by every member of the guidance and counseling profession in Indonesia. The code of ethics is prepared to serve as a guideline or guide counselors in doing their work so that guidance and counseling services run optimally.
This article discusses the challenges of students in continuing their education to higher education, especially students from vocational or vocational high schools. Vocational (vocational) high ...school students can continue their education to higher education in addition to having great opportunities to enter the world of work. Students who wish to continue their education to tertiary institutions do not show the required preparation. Likewise, students who will choose to work after completing Vocational High School are less mature in entering the world of work. This study aims to analyze the preparation of students in continuing their education to higher education. This type of research is descriptive research. The research subjects were students of vocational high schools, amounting to 89 people. The questionnaire in this research uses the theory developed by Prayitno. The results showed that at least the number of students who made preparations before they entered college. Thus, it is hoped that the counselor can help improve students' understanding of themselves and their environment, in preparation for entering college.
Adolescent is one of the stages in human life that is very critical, because it is a stage of transition from childhood to adulthood. At this stage a lot of changes occur in adolescents, such as ...physical, emotional and social changes. This period of change is commonly referred to as the period of puberty. The puberty period is also considered an overlapping period because it covers the final years of the childhood period and the early years of the teenage period. Changes experienced by adolescents in the puberty period are often troubling because the various changes that occur are considered as a very disturbing clumsiness. As good puberty teenagers, they are expected to understand the physical, emotional and social changes they experience. School counselors have a large role in helping students deal with periods of puberty. This role is reflected in the counseling guidance service provided to help students deal with the period of puberty so that giving birth to a good assessment of the puberty teenager on the changes they experience and puberty teenagers will have a positive self-concept in their lives. Guidance and counseling services provided by school counselors in helping students deal with periods of puberty cannot be done alone. Requires cooperation in the collaborative paradigm in implementing it.
