The future of the agriculture is a problem very frequently discussed by the specialists. During these debates, the organic agriculture has an advantage. The organic agriculture is taking into ...consideration two aspects: the human being and the environment. It is based on the prohibition of using chemicals like pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. This will offer healthy and natural products, but also will protect the environment. The usage of chemicals harms the environment and they remain in the soil for a long time. The substances used to protect the crops destroy the biodiversity, killing the insects, not only the harmful ones. The preservation of the biodiversity and the quality of the environment is an important objective for the beginning of this millennium, extended by the concern for the population health, for food safety assurance and for the improvement of life conditions. The existence of the future human society depends on applying in practice the concept of lasting economical development.

The limitation of conventional energy sources, on the one hand, and environmental concerns, on the other, have led countries increasingly to promote renewable energy technologies. Energy policy ...instruments play a crucial role in implementing innovation and reducing costs in renewable energy production. Countries deploy various policies to promote renewable energy technologies, such as capital subsidies, feed-in tariffs, tradable certificates, and renewable portfolio standards. However, some policies are more effective than others. Analyzing the renewable energy potential of advanced countries and combining these with indigenous factors is leading developing countries to create renewable energy technologies in their energy supply structures. This paper analyses the effect of different policy instruments in the renewable energy sectors in the Geographical Axis. Measures are analyzed and policy recommendations which, when considered, contribute to achieving renewable energy, thereby reducing emissions, mitigating climate change, and providing a clean environment and clean energy for all and future generations. It also investigated the opportunities associated with renewable energy sources, such as energy security.
When assessing the level of development of territories, the problem of finding objective qualitative data that will characterize it arises. One of the possible sources of such data is the remote ...sensing of the Earth (RSE). The article is devoted to the analysis of the possibility of using the product of RSE – the map of night lights, for modeling the economical dimension of the sustainable development of the regions of Ukraine. Using the regression and correlation analysis and neural networks, appropriate models for assessing the level of economic development of the Kherson region, Donetsk region, and the AR of Crimea were obtained. The study was carried out by the team of the World Data Center for Geoinformatics and Sustainable Development of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. It was part of research on the analysis of the behavior of complex socio-economic systems and processes of sustainable development in the context of the quality and safety of people’s lives.

Starting from July 1st, 2013, Croatia has been a member of the European Union. What experiences can that country bring to European Union? In spite of the differences between the European countries becoming more and more expressed and bigger, there is a common element: a conscience that social justice and social reconciliation could contribute to an economical development and that are not just an expense; but the opposite: an economical development that must contribute to social reconciliation.
In the process of the preparation for this work and during the process of its realization, I used the methods of reading a lot of literature, including professional books, professional journals and legislation literature. Social policy has been for years one of my major fields of interest, so some facts I knew already.
My research goal is to examine the development so far of the social policy in Croatia, to detect the most important conditions which are necessary to develop high-quality social policies, to discover which are strong sides, and which are weak sides of the Croatian social policy, and therefore what is important to strongly develop, and what is redundant and/or old-fashioned, to throw away or neglect.
