The Development of a Online E-Module of Analog Electronics on the Distance Education. This research aims to develop an online e-module of analog electronics in order to help improving the ...distance education services. The research method used is a development research using the development model of Borg & Gall, which has been modified according to the conditions on the field. The validation of the feasibility of the online e-module of analog electronics is performed using an online questionnaire. The result of this research is an online e-module of analog electronics for learning about concepts of an interactive analog electronics that has validity in the field of media experts of 89.65% (very good), expert material of 87.20% (very good), and small groups of student of 89.45% (very good). Thus, it can be concluded that the development of an online e-modules of analog electronics for distance education is feasible to be used as a learning media. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-modul online Elektronika Analog untuk membantu meningkatkan layanan pendidikan jarak jauh. Metode penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan adalah research and development model Borg dan Gall yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan. Validasi kelayakan e-modul online Elektronika Analog dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner secara online. Hasil penelitian berupa e-modul online Elektronika Analog untuk pembelajaran konsep Elektronika Analog, yang memiliki validitas ahli media sebesar 89,65% (sangat baik), ahli materi sebesar 87,20% (sangat baik), dan kelompok kecil siswa sebesar 89,45% (sangat baik). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan e-modul online Elektronika Analog pada pendidikan jarak jauh ini layak untuk dipertimbangkan sebagai media pembelajaran.
The purpose of this paper is to fabricate a humidity sensor from organic semiconductor and to understand the effect of the transistor`s structure on the sensitivity of humidity sensor. Organic ...MOSFETs were fabricated using organic semiconductor called pentacene. The structures were bottom-contact and top-contact. The bottom-contact pentacene MOSFET was more sensitive to humidity than the top-contact pentacene MOSFET was. When the relative humidity increased from 20 % to 70 %, for VGS = VDS = -5 V, the magnitude of drain source current of the MOSFET decreased from 0.45 µA to 0.1 µA for bottom-contact pentacene MOSFET and from 3.6 µA to 3 µA for top-contact pentacene MOSFET. As the relative humidity increased from 20 % to 70 %, for VGS = 2 V and VDS = -5 V, the magnitude of drain source current of the MOSFET increased from 0.77 nA to 3 nA for bottom-contact pentacene MOSFET and from 0.6 nA to 1.4 nA for top-contact pentacene MOSFET. As the relative humidity increased from 20 % to 70 %, the threshold voltage shifted toward positive direction, from 0.5 V to 2 V for bottom-contact pentacene MOSFET and from 1 V to 2 V for top-contact pentacene MOSFET. The result showed that the pentacene MOSFET with bottom-contact structure was more suitable for humidity sensor than that with top-contact structure.
