Background and aim: It is necessary to state total information about the design, procedures, intervention groups in study, results for data in order to present a suitable report of controlled ...randomized clinical trial. This study was aimed to evaluate the quality of materials and methods for the writings of final proposal in clinical trial studies in Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this descriptive –analytic study, 53 approved final proposals of controlled randomized clinical trial studies in Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences were selected from 1998 to 2013. The selection and quality of material and method writing was evaluated based on final version of consort checklist. Results: The scores mean was obtained for the quality of materials and methods writings based on the checklist 6.75±1.92. The notation of interventions in each group (%96.2), identification of primary and secondary study (%88.7), and the state of statistical ways (% 86.8) showed the most scores and the randomizing the least score (%3.8). The projects which were the student theses rather than not being thesis (p=0.011). Conclusion: Performed clinical trials in Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences aren’t in a suitable report way. So, it is advised to provide a standard consort instruction and was delivered to researchers, reviewers, and statistical counselors in order to design study and report clinical trial studies.

The use of various geological databases is very important for construction practice. It brings a lot of important information that can be applied in geotechnical survey. The authors must remember ...that in the Czech Republic, took place a number of different engineering geological surveys and research. Their results data are available in the final reports, which are centrally archived. Very convenient and economically preferred is to use the information obtained in previous works. It is possible only when they realize the research on the territory, which has been in the past performed works. Its geological database boreholes, final reports, landslides and others are analyzed.
On 22 October 2003, with the initiative of Romania’s president Ion Iliescu, the International Commission for the Study of the Holocaust in Romania (ICSHR) was set up. Nobel laureate for peace and ...American writer of Romanian origin Elie Wiesel was appointed as its president. In spring 2006, with the initiative of Romania’s president Traian Băsescu, the Presidential Commission for the Analysis of the Communist Dictatorship in Romania (CPADCR) was formed. Vladimir Tismăneanu, the American political scientist of Romanian origin, became its president. Both commissions were established with the purpose of producing a final report on the two forms of totalitarianism in Romania: the extreme right totalitarianism between 1940 and 1944, and the extreme left totalitarianism between 1944 and 1989. Both commissions rested on legal and ethical grounds and they addressed Romanians’ expectations and dilemmas linked to their recent traumatic history.
A case study of the intervention of external researchers in a process of self-evaluation by a large comprehensive school in Israel is presented. The study shows how the patterns of evaluation ...provided the necessary types of empirical results and shows how the outcomes were integrated into a final report. (SLD)

The readability/usefulness of a new format for the final report of the Tri-State Adoption Project--involving Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas in a television promotion effort--were evaluated. How busy ...decision makers (two federal, seven state, and 17 regional program officers) can be informed of evaluation research outcomes is illustrated. (TJH)
The final report describes accomplishments of a project to identify specific competencies perceived by independent living trainers as necessary to effectively teach secondary level handicapped ...students in an independent living center. A systematic methodology was employed to identify and categorize the competencies drawn from the reports of both effective and ineffective incidents of teaching behavior from trainers currently teaching at independent living centers. The first of two project phases, competency determination, focused on determining teaching competencies in the transition from school to work and the community for handicapped individuals, aged 16-21, by trainers who are themselves teaching in an independent living setting. During the second phase, competency organization and evaluation, an evaluation of the relative importance of each competency and suggestions for their categorization were received from judges who are experts in independent living. Ss were from 18 independent living centers. Two data producing instruments were developed and used in the investigation. The questionnaire was developed using procedures outlined in the critical incident technique. This research technique outlined procedures for collecting and analyzing critical behaviors in defined situations. The statements of competencies that were identified in the determination phase constituted the nucleus of the questionnaire to be used in the competency evaluation phase. The bulk of the report is composed of appended material, including sample forms and letters and a state-by-state compilation of independent living centers that responded to the study survey. The final report documents accomplishments of a project designed to establish a full time continuing education program for severely multiply handicapped young adults. The Over-21 project was further ...designed to establish a widely replicable, innovative, model educational program as an alternative to the traditional "day care" focus of most programs for this population. The first of three sections, section I, provides a brief narrative history of the project's first year, including reasons for its location on a college campus and for placing emphasis on natural cues and contexts for instruction, and information on cost and long term program support. Section II reports on progress for each of seven objectives, which touch on areas of program development, skill acquisition, parent and caregiver training, community awareness, inservice for staff and volunteers, and program replication. The final section, section III, presents both summative and formative evaluation data, including data on student acquisition of individualized education program objectives. Appended are a daily class schedule, a table of IEP content areas for 10 students, a sample instructional program, and a graph of performance. (CL)
The final report documents development and accomplishments of Project STEP (Sequential Training Experiences in the Psychomotor Domain) for elementary level special education students. Evaluation ...components are outlined for 1979-80, followed by a review of Project STEP activities as related to initial objectives. Target subcomponents listed include demonstrating the project to others, disseminating materials, and training parents. Among appended material is information on planning a workshop on the project. Sample forms include parent needs assessment and child rating forms. Individual progress charts for 42 students are presented. Also appended are budget analyses, a list of staff training and dissemination activities, and an inventory of project equipment and supplies. (CL)
The final report discusses objectives and achievements of a career education program designed to develop a self instruction module for special and regular educators concerning career education for ...exceptional students in grades K through 12. It is explained that a kit, which included a self instructional manual, filmstrip, cassette, and facilitator's guide, was developed, field tested, and internally and externally reviewed. The development and field testing of the product are detailed. The bulk of the document is composed of appendixes, including project staff job descriptions, a list of state coordinators of career education, sample sections from the self instructional manual, and dissemination examples.
