Drawing on the chain-of-effects model as a unifying framework, this meta-analysis indicates that firm innovativeness indirectly affects firm value through its effects on market position and financial ...position. In addition, the findings suggest that innovativeness has direct positive effects on financial position and firm value. Moreover, the metaanalysis provides evidence of reverse causality in the innovativeness-firm value relationship. Importantly, the results also reveal that the positive effects of firm innovativeness on market position and financial position are stronger for larger firms, for firms that invest more in advertising, for firms in high-tech industries, for innovativeness outputs and for radical innovations. Finally, the meta-analytic evidence also indicates that the relationship between innovativeness and firm value is stronger for smaller firms, for firms that invest more in advertising, for firms in lowtech industries, for innovativeness inputs, for innovativeness culture, and for radical innovations.
Any economic entity may be represented by means of two fundamental financial images, the held financial position, respectively, on the one hand, and the achieved performances, on the other hand. If, ...regarding the financial position, we aim at a dual approach, reflecting the method of financing the assets based on equities and debts, with regard to the performances, we are considering a dual structuring according to engaged causes/expenses and achieved effects/incomes. For the purpose of substantiating relevant managerial decisions, an efficient management of the information provided by the financial position and performances is required. A relatively easy and extremely suggestive way of managing this information is the analysis based on the installment method, namely of indicators of percentage reports type regarding various aspects, like the companies’ structure, liquidity, solvability or profitability.

Also, the results of this research showed that investment properties do not significantly affect the financial position of insurance companies in Croatia, but have a statistically significant medium-strong impact on profitability. The study also pointed out that income and expenses from investment properties have a statistically significant medium-strong impact on net profit or loss of insurance companies in Croatia.

The economy of a country, regardless of the dominant ownership structure that prevails in it, should have developed market institutions through which economic development can be built in accordance ...with the basic objective function of the company, i.e. the target category of "profit maximization". The economy observed in this way is connected to the observation of the financial position of a large number of heterogeneous companies, because in that way the most important indicators can be presented, such as those that reflect the financial health of a large number of companies at the time of observation. A realistic view of the created value of a company implies the simultaneous creation of a competitive advantage and the evaluation of economic effects in the real observation of the economy of a country, such as, for example, the observation of the economy of the Republic of Serbia. Top management in the process of overall assessment of the investment of necessary resources for the organization of business in the company tries to see as many factors that affect the projection of cash flows, and then assess the possible chances of making possible modifications to maximize profits. In this study, the authors analyzed the impact of stochastic risk in creating the real value of a company. In this regard, there is a key issue related to the management of the company, i.e. there is the issue of managing possible risks, especially when it comes to risk comparisons and new investments that arise in the real business of the company.
Considering the current context of the economy caused by the onset of the energy crisis, through the continuous increase in the prices of natural gas, and implicitly of electricity, during 2021, and ...its deepening due to the war in Ukraine, at the level of 2022, which affected especially the financial situation of consumers of household energy products, but also of non-household ones, it is important to identify how electricity and natural gas suppliers on the Romanian market were also affected financially. For this purpose, we should take into account the fact that on the market there are both suppliers who produce their energy resources by exploiting the underground resources and their own hydroelectric plants, but also suppliers who purchase wholesale electricity and natural gas to supply energy to final consumers, which can be analyzed based on the implementation of indicators of the financial diagnosis concerning the tax statements. Thus, throughout this article, we aimed to present the individual analysis of the application of indicators used in the financial diagnosis on the consolidated financial statement of Romgaz SA, as a representative of the energy producers and distributors category, and Electrica SA, as a representative of the energy buyers category on the market, with the aim of supplying the consumers, at the level of the first semester of 2022. We made a comparative analysis of the results of the two as well, with the aim of identifying the most financially vulnerable category in the fight against the energy crisis.
