This study used soil samples of rhizosphere soil of shallot taken at the shallot farming center in Enrekang regency, isolation and testing production of hormone was conducted in the laboratory of plant diseases of Hasanuddin University. The results achieved there are 20 isolates with the production of IAA hormones ranging from 0.125-3,609 mg / L, the largest IAA production is found in isolates number 3 and 7, while the production of GA3 hormones ranges from 0.991-3,440 mg / L, GA3 production is released in isolate Number 8, 17 and 19. This shows the great potential for rhizosphere mushrooms to become biostimulan.
Permasalahan utama yang sering dihadapi oleh petani di Kecamatan Mare pada tanaman padi adalah serangan hama, penyakit. Salah satu penyakit yang sering petani temui adalah penyakit hawar pelepah ...yang disebabkan oleh cendawan Rhizoctonia solani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis bakteri filosfer mikroba yang ada di rhizosfer dan jenis bakteri yang mampu menghasilkan hormon tertinggi pada tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L.) di Kecamatan Mare Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 1 tahun di Kecamatan Mare Kabupaten Bone dan di Laboratorium Penyakit Tanaman Universitas Hasanuddin di Makassar. Tahapan penelitian pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Kecamatan Mare, Kabupaten Bone dengan cara menentukan terlebih dahulu jarak pengambilan sampel pada setiap lokasi. Kemudian mengambil sampel tanah rizosfer yang menempel pada akar tanaman padi sebanyak 10 g. Sampel yang telah diambil dimasukkan kedalam plastic clip dan diberi label sebagai penanda setiap sampel, Isolasi mikroba tanah rizosfer, pemurnian dilakukan untuk memperoleh biakan dengan cara memindahkan satu koloni mikroba yang tumbuh pada media PDB baru dengan menggunakan cock bohrer dan jarum preparat, selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan populasi dan identifikasi mikroba rizosfer menghasilkan IAA secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tumbuhnya mikroba pada media dan hasil identifikasi yang diperoleh selama pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh cendawan endofit memiliki keragaman yang tinggi yang mampu menghasilkan hormon pemacu pertumbuhan seperti IAA dan GA yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman padi di Kecamatan Mare.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Endorphin massage terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III di BPM Teti Herawati tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain one group pre-test post-test. Sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III yang melakukan kunjungan ANC di BPM Teti Herawati yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan menggunakan metode accidental sampling sebanyak 34 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah skala HARS dan SOP Endorphin massage. Tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III sebelum diberikan intervensi Endorphin massage memiliki median sebesar 20,50 dan nilai min-max sebesar 7 – 27. Adapun tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III setelah diberikan intervensi Endorphin massage memiliki median sebesar 11,50 dan nilai min-max sebesar 4 – 19. Hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon diperoleh p-value 0,000 (p-value <0,05) artinya terdapat pengaruh pemberian intervensi Endorphin massage terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III. Dengan demikian, Terdapat pengaruh pemberian intervensi Endorphin massage terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III di BPM Teti Herawati Tahun 2020.

Thyroid disorder and kidney function were once thought by specialists to be clinically negligible and spontaneous, but there have been many reports of elevated serum creatinine. hyperthyroidism ...patients.The present study was conducted through a number of hospitals in different regions of Iraq including Baghdad, Babylon, Najaf, Samawa and Maysan. The present study was conducted in the period from August Dec 2018. Samples were collected as 90 thyroid patients and 70 from CKD patients; A set of laboratory analyzes was conducted for the collected samples such as TSH hormon,Cr,urea,T3, andT4 hormone. Data of age, sex and chronic diseases was considered. The results showed there is a strong inverse relationship between TSH hormone and Cr at r=-0.5,p<0.01 for males categories 20-29Y, and40-49y. Moreover, it was found that there is a strong inverse relationship between TSH hormone and Cr at p<0.01 in hyperthyroidism male patients, and no significant correlation in hypothyroidism patients additionally, there is a strong inverse relationship between T4 hormone and Cr at r=-0.3 ,r=- 0.5 ,p<0.001 for males and females respectively in hypothyroidism patients in CKD patients. Forthermore, the results showed that there is a strong inverse relationship between TSH hormone and Cr at p<0.01 for males for ( 20-29,30-39,50-59)Y. This study recommends the need to perform kidney function tests for thyroid patients and treatment in the event of detect.

Perawatan brown tumor dilakukan melalui dua pendekatan yaitu bedah dan non-bedah. Tujuan dari penulisan telaah pustaka ini adalah menjelaskan pentingnya diagnosis dan perawatan yang tepat pada kondisi brown tumor pada mandibula oleh dokter gigi sehingga kerusakan yang lebih parah dapat dicegah. Pemilihan jenis perawatan lesi brown tumor yang tepat didapatkan melalui pemeriksaan yang komprehensif sehingga didapatkan hasil perawatan yang memuaskan. Telaah pustaka ini berjenis telaah pustaka naratif. Pencarian pustaka dilakukan melalui sumber elektronik seperti PubMed, Google Scholar, dan Clinical Key dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi tertentu. Kesimpulan dari telaah pustaka ini adalah pemeriksaan klinis, laboratoris, histologis, serta radiografis yang baik menghasilkan diagnosis yang tepat sehingga dapat mencegah keparahan dan mengurangi kerusakan akibat lesi tersebut.
Angiotensin II (AngII) is a peptide hormone that plays a key role in regulating blood pressure, and its interactions with the G protein-coupled receptors, AngII type-1 receptor (AT1R) and AngII ...type-2 receptor (AT2R), are central to its mechanism of action. We solved the crystal structure of human AT2R bound to AngII and its specific antibody at 3.2-Å resolution. AngII (full agonist) and Sar1, Ile8-AngII (partial agonist) interact with AT2R in a similar fashion, except at the bottom of the AT2R ligand-binding pocket. In particular, the residues including Met1283.36, which constitute the deep end of the cavity, play important roles in angiotensin receptor (ATR) activation upon AngII binding. These differences that occur upon endogenous ligand binding may contribute to a structural change in AT2R, leading to normalization of the non-canonical coordination of helix 8. Our results will inform the design of more effective ligands for ATRs.

The impact of body mass index (BMI) on treatment outcomes in patients with cancer is gaining increasing attention given the limited data available. The aim of this study was to investigate the ...contribution of BMI on the safety and efficacy profile of palbociclib in 134 patients with metastatic luminal-like breast cancer treated with palbociclib and endocrine therapy (ET). Normal-weight and underweight patients (BMI<25) were compared with overweight and obese (BMI≥25). Detailed clinical and demographic data were collected. Patients with a BMI<25 had a higher incidence of relevant-hematologic toxicities (p = 0.001), dose reduction events (p = 0.003), and tolerated lower dose intensities (p = 0.023) compared to patients with a BMI≥25. In addition, patients with a BMI<25 had significantly shorter progression-free survival (log-rank p = 0.0332). A significant difference was observed in the subgroup of patients for whom systemic palbociclib concentrations were available: patients with a BMI<25 had a 25% higher median minimum plasma concentrations (Cmin) compared to BMI≥25. This study provides compelling evidence for a clinically relevant contribution of BMI in discriminating a group of patients who experienced multiple toxicities that appeared to affect treatment adherence and lead to poorer survival. BMI could become a valuable tool for personalizing the starting dose of palbociclib to improve its safety and efficacy.

Desain studi observasional subyek penelitian adalah penderita sepsis yang dirawat di HCU dan PICU Departemen Ilmu Kesehatan Anak RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang pada tahun 2012 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Diagnosis sepsis berdasarkan kriteria Internasional Consensus Conference on Pediatric Sepsis tahun 2005. Analisis statistik dengan uji Fisher exact dan Pearson chi squareHasil. Subjek 30 anak terdiri dari 20 laki-laki dan 10 perempuan, 18 dengan kultur positif dan 12 negatif. Median kadar T3 1,2 (0,6-6,35) ηg/dl T4 9.74 (4,44 – 16,22) μg/dl dan kadar TSH 1,65 ( 0.05 – 15,19) μU/dl. Perbedaan antara kadar T3 dan luaran ditunjukkan dengan p=1,00. Perbedaan antar T4 dan luaran ditunjukan dengan p=0,30. Perbedaan antara kadar TSH dan luaran p=0,44. Pada analisis subgroup, kondisi sepsis pada kadar T3 dan TSH rendah dibandingkan penderita dengan kadar T3 rendah maupun kadar TSH normal atau meningkat (p=0,049;OR =.156 IK= 0,025-0,974).Kesimpulan. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna kadar hormon tiroid pada penderita sepsis dengan luaran perbaikan perburukan.
