the purpose of our article is to study psychological peculiarities of the intro-ductory period of physical rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke. research methods. There were used ...psychological and pedagogical research methods: the analysis of literature sources, the method of psycho-logical and pedagogical observation, psychological and pedagogical experi-ment.the results of the research. We proved that psychological objectives of the introductory period of physical rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke were: 1) restoration of proper breathing; 2) the formation of the psychological basis for the implementation of motor actions; 3) learning the elements of basic motor actions: the accuracy of motor tasks, maintaining a certain posture (star-ting position) in the process of doing exercises; 4) learning the basics of ideomo-tor exercises; 5) learning methods of self-control.conclusions. It was shown,when performing new exercises, patients had experienced psycho-emotional stress, which had led to signs of fatigue (even when performing only a few physical exercises). It was manifested in the form of inadequate response of the cardiovascular system to the proposed load, and changes into the psycho-emotional state of the patient (increased anxiety, loss of interest, decreased concentration, etc.). In the presence of only subjective sensa-tions of the emotional nature, when there was no inadequate response of the cardiovascular system to the proposed load, we used the method of “switching”. In a case of “switching” we asked the patient a general question in order to listen to his/her answer. This technique significantly accelerated the recovery of the person’s activity. When we observed fatigue associated with reduced levels of functionality, the patient was offered rest until complete recovery of a cardio-vascular system.

According to the Japan's Framework for Nuclear Energy Policy(1), a basic scenario for fast breeder reactors (FBRs) is that they will be introduced on a commercial basis starting around 2050 replacing ...light water reactors (LWRs). During the FBR introduction period, the Pu from LWR spent fuel is used for FBR startup. Howerver, the FBR core loaded with this Pu has a larger burnup reactivity due to its larger isotopic content of Pu-241 than a core loaded with Pu from an FBR multi-recycling core. The increased burnup reactivity may reduce the cycle length of an FBR. We investigated, an FBR transitional core concept to confront the issues of the FBR introductory period in Japan. Core specifications are based on the compact-type sodium-cooled mixed oxide (MOX)-fueled core designed from the Japanese FBR cycle feasibility studies, because lower Pu inventory should be better for the FBR introductory period in view of its flexibility for the required reprocessing amount of LWR spent fuel to start up FBRs. The reference specifications were selected as follows. Output of 1500MWe and average discharge fuel burnup of about 150GWd/t. Minor Actinides (MAs) recovered from LWR spent fuels which provide Pu to startup FBRs are loaded to the initial loading fuels and exchanged fuels during few cycles until equilibrium. We made the MA content of the initial loading fuel four kinds like 0%, 3%, 4%, 5%. The average of the initial loading fuel is assumed to be 3%, and that of the exchange fuel is set as 5%. This 5% maximum of the MA content is based on the irradiation results of the experimental fast reactor Joyo. We evaluated the core performances including burnup characteristics and the reactivity coefficient and confirmed that transitional core from initial loading until equilibrium cycle with loaded Pu from LWR spent fuel performs similary to an FBR multi-recycling core.

The purpose of this study is to examine through available documents and previous research how kendo was introduced and developed in Korea in the modern Joesen period. The study results are as ...follows. In general the leading role in the international spread of kendo was played by the emigration of Japanese people and the martial arts organization known as the Dai Nippon Butokukai. However in the case of Korea, kendo or gekken (as it was called then) was introduced as part of the late Joseon dynasty’s modernization policy. The reason for the introduction at that time was the victory of Japanese army in the Sino-Japanese War. At that time, namely in 1895, gekken was first introduced as a training exercise in the police force. Then in 1904 it became a subject in the military academy training. Because at that time of the Joseon dynasty the military academy was under the Ministry of Education, gekken came to be seen as a part of school physical education. But since the Ulsa treaty of 1905 and the growth of nationalism with the crisis of the loss of national sovereignty, kendo as school physical education developed characteristics of the patriotic movement.
