Bulgarian theses that: Macedonians have Bulgarian roots, while the Macedonian language is a dialect of the Bulgarian language; and, that the Macedonian identity is a „product“ of the Comintern, ie., ...of Josiph Broz Tito and Josiph Visarionovic Stalin, are wrong. More historical facts show that the Macedonian and Bulgarian nations come from different origin, whose settled in the territory of today's Balkan Peninsula in different periods and from two different parts of the world. „Macedonians are the South Slavic people, ... descendants of the old Slavic tribes, who inhabited the Balkan Peninsula in the 6th and 7th centuries ...“, while the Bulgarians are the South Slavic people who inhabit the eastern part of the Balkans. Their origin is linked to Asia. Based on the data of ancient Chinese chronicles, it is considered that the language of the Proto-Bulgarians was part of the Altaic language community, i.e. its Turkish branch, which also included Huns, Avars, Hazars, Oguz, Pechenegs, Kumans and others“. As is already known, in the past members of today's Macedonian nation, „by force or kindness“, were presented as an integral part not only of the Bulgarian, but also of the Serbian and Greek nations. In the 19th century, like any other nation, Macedonians fought for their national rights, but for some reasons, they managed to realize their national aspirations until August 2, 1944. Macedonian language is similar to other Slavic languages and especially to the Bulgarian and Serbian languages, which belong to the so-called Indo-European language group. The Macedonian language was officially codified in 1945 and, like other languages, enjoys the same status in all international institutions, including the UN. That Macedonian identity and language are different from Bulgarian identity and language in the past has been confirmed by various personalities and documents, including by: Ambassador of Bulgaria in Tirana, Albania – Janko Peev (in 1938); French writer, publicist and politician Victor Berar; French university professor - Slavist Andre Mazon; and Albanian politician, diplomat and publicist Ekrem Bey Vlora. The above mentioned and many other authors speak in a clear way about the existence of the Macedonian identity and language, which is different from the Bulgarian identity and language. Therefore, it can be concluded from the above that the Bulgarian theses about the alleged common origin of Macedonians with Bulgarians are scientifically incorrect, and their insistence Macedonian side to accept the alleged „historical truth“, conditioning even the start of Northern Macedonia's EU membership negotiations, is more than absurd. In my opinion, the approach of the EU members that allowed such behaviour of Bulgarian politicians and any other EU member states at the beginning of the third decade of the 21st century is even more absurd. In other words, instead of EU members being consistent in applying their European values, regarding respect for the sovereign right of every nation on its national affiliation and instead insisting on respecting and implementing by the Bulgarian side numerous decisions of European institutions, recognizing the existence and rights of Macedonian minorities in Bulgaria, they allow current Bulgarian politicians to deal with absurd things, characteristic of the 19th century.
Following Germany’s attack on the USSR, Moscow wanted the territory of Croatia and the whole of Yugoslavia to be engulfed in a war of diversionary guerrilla actions in cities, as well as the ...destruction of railways and roads, in order to ease the pressure on the Red Army on the Eastern Front. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Croatia began with intensive preparations for an action to liberate prisoners from the concentration camp at Kerestinec, but these were suspended when the Zagreb City Committee executed its plans according to Kopinič, or in other words, the Comintern. Following the failure to carry out the action of liberating the prisoners from the concentration camp at Kerestinec, it was decided to move over to armed struggle, rather than combat in urban areas. At the same time, guerrilla actions, sabotage and diversions were undertaken, especially in the capital city, Zagreb.
The attitude of CPY toward the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, and later on Yugoslavia, including the issue of annexation of Kosovo and Metohia to Albania, was being evolved. During the interwar period it ...largely coincided with the attitudes of Communist International (Kominterna), and mostly corresponded to the requests of the Albanians in Kosovo and Metohia. In the initial years of the Second World War, political circumstances in Kosovo and Metohia were disorganized, which was the result of the structure of the Albanian population, condition left by the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, politics of great powers 'divide et impera', and the make up and isolation of Territorial Committee of CPY for Kosovo and Metohia - it was very unproportional, mostly in favour of Serbian members. Until the Bujan's Conference, Albanian communists did not extend their request for the annexation of Kosovo and Metohia to Albania, and opposed to Balli Kombetar. On the other hand, communist movement made great concessions to Albanian nationalists, and at the same time, suppressed Albanian anti-communist movement. The recognition of the right to self-determination up to secession was not disappeared completely. One of the concession was the change of the title 'Metohia' in 'Dukadjin' (November 1943), although 'Dukadjin' included a larger geographic area. Furthermore, the second way of concession was the Bujan's Conference which included 49 participants out of which only 7 participants were Serbs. 1/5 of them were not from Kosovo and Metohia. The Resolution itself gave an overview of the inter-war situation in Kosovo and Metohia until the conference - the policy of agrarian reform and colonization was condemned, the Kingdom of Yugoslavia was considered as imperialistic creation putting the Albanians into the second place etc. Generally speaking, after the capitulation of Italy, Albanian communists started infiltrating their ideas of Great Albania through the Territorial Committee of CPY for Kosovo and Metohia, since they could not do it through the Italian propaganda. No matter how the war will end up (but it was largely known the fascism will lose the war), Kosovo and Metohia should be annexed to Albania. There were no requests for the independence of Kosovo and Metohia. Finally, without foreseeing the final attitude toward the policy of CPY in Kosovo and Metohia, it can be said that CPY, making concessions to Albanian nation in Kosovo and Metohia, opened the possibility of rudimentary ways of Kosovo-Metohian area institutionalization (Territorial Committee of CPY for Kosovo and Metohia and Military Committee (1943).
U povijesnoj literaturi hrvatske i makedonske provenijencije kontakti Stjepana Radića sa VMRO-om nisu dosad dovoljno istraženi, a ako se i spominju dobivaju neki pustolovno-romantični, revolucionarni ...prizvuk. Ovdje se objavljuje jedno pismo koje je vođa VMRO-a Todor Aleksandrov napisao Stjepanu Radiću, negdje sredinom kolovoza 1924. godine. U pismu Todor Aleksandrov odgovara na Radićev članak objavljen u »Balkanskoj Federaciji« od 15. kolovoza 1924. godine, te pokušava da ga nagovori da mu se pridruži u oružanom otporu prema Beogradu i njegovoj hegemoniji u Kraljevini SHS.
Este artículo indaga los vínculos entre la Internacional Comunista (Komintern) y el Partido Comunista de Chile (PCCh) desde 1922 hasta 1941 a partir de las siguientes hipótesis. Entre 1927 y 1935 el ...PCCh sufrió dos rupturas mayores, tanto en los contenidos de su política nacional como en la relación con la Internacional. El primer quiebre, entre 1927 y 1933, significó el paso de una extraordinaria autonomía política a una sujeción prácticamente absoluta a los diferentes órganos komintereanos que, a través de una ruda intromisión trataron de convertirlo en un simple ejecutante de sus decisiones inspiradas por la política de “clase contra clase”. El paso a la política frentepopulista en 1935 permitió al partido chileno mayores márgenes de autonomía frente a la Internacional Comunista. Aunque la relación con el Komintern se mantendría –en lo esencial– en los términos establecidos a comienzos de la década, los éxitos del partido chileno y el eclipse del Buró Sudamericano (BSA) de la Internacional, permitirían al PCCh un margen de acción algo menos asfixiante por parte de los organismos komintereanos.
Josip Broz vint à Moscou en février 1935 pour parfaire son parcours de révolution- naire au sein du Komintern, le passage obligé pour tous les cadres du Parti communiste yougoslave. Or, son séjour à ...Moscou n’avait rien d’habituel, car il y devint le confident du tout-puissant Département des cadres de l’ Internationale communiste dans le Parti yougoslave. Grâce à l’appui du Département des cadres, qui avait la charge de contrôler les cadres des partis frères au sein du Komintern, Broz devint le numéro deux du Parti you- goslave et repartit de Moscou en octobre 1936 pour diriger l’action du Parti en Yougoslavie. Este artículo analiza el paso de la política ultraizquierdista y sectaria de "clase contra clase" que practicó el Partido Comunista de Chile hasta 1934, a la política de Frentes Populares de amplia ...unidad antifascista, antioligárquica y antiimperialista. Se estudia el gran viraje del PCCh en 1935, las resistencias que se produjeron en su seno al cambio impulsado por la Internacional Comunista, las coincidencias y desacuerdos entre los cuadros comunistas chilenos y responsables komintereanos, la imbricación entre factores nacionales e internacionales en este cambio de estrategia. Igualmente, se revisan las disposiciones tácticas implementadas por el PCCh para realizar la unidad sindical y la formación del Frente Popular, las modulaciones y acomodos teóricos sucesivos de la línea del partido, la forma como se consolidó la nueva línea hasta 1937 y la postergación indefinida de sus objetivos socialistas.
Tito vécut les purges staliniennes principalement en dehors de l’Union soviétique, ce qui lui permit de survivre, mais aussi d’en profiter pour devenir le principal dirigeant du parti. Les séjours à ...Moscou, en 1938 et 1939 furent des rudes épreuves pour lui, mais par un savant mélange d’opportunisme politique et de l’égoïsme personnel il sut se distancier de tous ses collègues qui ont péri dans les purges écartant ainsi les soupçons qui pesaient sur lui aussi. Le fait qu’il réussit à deux reprises de retourner de Moscou indemne en tant qu’au moins messager, sinon, comme il se représentait lui-même, comme mandataire de Komintern, lui permit de s’établir définitivement au sommet de la hiérarchie communiste en Yougoslavie dont il avait commencé le renouveau dès 1936.
Richard Krebs (1905-1951), alias Jan Valtin, a été un marin communiste et syndiqué allemand. Son récit, Sans patrie, ni frontières, qu’il présente comme une autobiographie, est paru aux États-Unis en ...janvier 1941. Différents éléments constituant la trame du livre ne concordent pas avec l’objectivité historique. Dans cette autobiographie romancée, Valtin s’octroie une vie d’exception qui le dégage de l’anonymat du simple militant. Quel fut le rôle politique réel de Richard Krebs ? À la lecture des sources et des analyses qui ont été faites sur cet ouvrage, on remarque que Krebs mêla à sa propre expérience au sein de l’Internationale des gens de la mer (ISH), syndicat dirigé par le Profintern, des colportages et récits trouvés dans les journaux de l’époque ou des histoires entendues. L’exagération, qui est présente tout au long du récit, est-elle une forme narrative ou la transformation du narrateur en héros ? L’ouvrage de Jan Valtin doit être compris comme celui d’un marin allemand pris dans la tourmente de l’Allemagne des années vingt et trente. Son ascension et ses responsabilités sont à mettre en parallèle avec la création, le 3 octobre 1930, de l’Internationale des marins et dockers (IMD en français), à Hambourg. De communiste convaincu, Richard Krebs devint un agent de la Gestapo tandis que sombrait, avec l’avènement du régime nazi, l’Allemagne comme centre opérationnel du mouvement communiste mondial.
