The results of the research conducted at the SD Swasta Teladan Sumatera Utara is the Marketing Strategy used by increasing the number of students is to use the 7P marketing mix namely, Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence and Process. The next marketing strategy is to create and implement a PSB (New Student Admission) program.
This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive methodology, employing the SOSTAC model to analyze Art Music Today (AMT). The study follows six structured steps, starting with a SWOT-based Situation ...Analysis highlighting AMT's strengths as a unique Yogyakarta entity. Strategic objectives are set using the 5s Framework, focusing on digital marketing elements like online sales optimization and user experience. The Strategy phase emphasizes STP marketing, presenting AMT as a tailored music information center. Tactics, guided by the 7P framework, include product diversification and pricing strategies, contributing to an enhanced user experience. An 18-month action plan, depicted in a Gantt chart, guides implementation from content creation to streamlined processes. The Control phase involves monitoring with Google Analytics and social media evaluation. Through leveraging strengths and addressing weaknesses, AMT positions itself for growth in the digital landscape, using the SOSTAC model as a robust framework for digital marketing excellence. As a suggestion, through a proactive approach to leveraging inherent strengths and addressing weaknesses, AMT aims for significant growth in the dynamic digital environment. Aligning its digital marketing efforts with the SOSTAC model, which covers Situational Analysis, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action, and Control, ensures a comprehensive understanding of current market dynamics. This strategic alignment establishes the foundation for a well-defined and actionable digital marketing strategy.
This research aims to identify the factors influencing tourists' decisions to visit Banyumili, Wonosalam. The analytical methods used include descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis. A ...purposive sampling method was employed, with 100 respondents to assess visitors' perceptions and factors affecting their visits. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted based on the Marketing Mix 7P model. This research indicates two main factors influencing tourists' decisions to visit Banyumili, Wonosalam. These factors are infrastructure, which includes indicators such as tourist attractions, cleanliness, facility completeness, accessibility, location, safety standards, and social media, and the second factor is cost suitability, which includes ticket and food and beverage indicators. It should be noted that educational institutions are service institutions whose essence is that educational institutions can satisfy users of educational services. Every individual has wants and needs related to Education. If satisfied, it will affect the quality of the educational institution. When there is a demand, the customer wants services at the educational institution through programs, then the educational institution conveys the program, then there is a transaction or communication which results in customer satisfaction. The success of education is based on; 1) the magnitude of the interest of prospective students, 2) the increase in the quality of education services, 3) the emergence of satisfaction from education customers. These three things will be realized if supported by the right marketing strategy. So we need a marketing strategy that is in accordance with educational services, which is known as the 7P marketing mix which consists of three elements, namely people, process, and physical evidence. This research uses qualitative research with the type of case study with a multi-case design. Where the researchers conducted a theoretical and in-depth study at two research locus, namely the SMP Mambaus Sholihin Sanankulon Blitar and SMP Bustanul Muta’allimin Dawuhan Blitar. Based on the results of the study it was found that; 1) People in the marketing mix for the school's marketing strategy are the most basic, namely the selection of new student admissions, having superior graduate competencies, excelling in the field of the Qur'an as a guide for Muslims, and financial services that are accountable, friendly, and fast. 2) The process in the marketing mix for the school's marketing strategy is through the implementation of Islamic boarding school education, then promotion through websites, brochures, social media. Then the publication through spiritual teachers, and promotion through the sister school program. 3) Physical evidence in the marketing mix for the school's marketing strategy is to have a strategic school location, a clean and green environment, a magnificent building with complete facilities.
