"This master thesis explores service characteristics that are relevant for book readers when they evaluate a service as well as starting points for providers when they plan to optimize their services ...from a customer’s point of view. In the first part ways of accessing books (buying, borrowing, rent) and the reading behavior of Germans will be described. Then the concept “quality of provision” of books will be discussed which distinguishes five quality dimensions of a service: diversity of content and arranging of books, basic technology (printed book or digital environment), temporal and spatial access, costs of access and ease of use. By using secondary material for each dimension individual quality characteristics will be identified. Next the theoretical background of the activity theory and a special way of thinking, the customer-dominant-logic, from the Nordic school will be explained briefly. Based on this a set of consumer activities related to books will be presented and some activities that are relevant for the work will be described in more detail by means of secondary material (reading books, choosing books, organizing books and information). Further customization and personalization will be proposed as strategies for individualization of services and their function for consumers will be explained. The secondary data used in the work comes from empirical data out of consumer surveys in libraries and bookshops, nationally representative surveys and from results of academic research from different fields. In the final part of this thesis an own data collection will be conducted by using a content analysis of consumer comments of two e-book rental apps (n = 1,245 comments). The analysis should clarify, if the quality characteristics, the book-related activities and the strategies for individualization described before can be found in everyday reality of consumers. After that the results of the content analysis will be presented. Finally the major findings will be summarized and connected to the research questions."
"Bücherlesen und -kaufen gehören bei vielen Deutschen nach wie vor zum Leben dazu. Durch den wiederholten Kontakt mit Büchern in verschiedenen Kontexten werden Handlungsweisen gelernt, Erwartungen gebildet und Bücher in andere Tätigkeiten im Alltag integriert. Anbieter, die Bücher bereitstellen, können sich diese Buchbeziehung zunutze machen, indem sie das Design und die Weiterentwicklung ihrer Angebote auf Erwartungen und Aktivitäten von Buchlesern abstimmen. Das vorliegende Werk stellt als eine Umsetzungshilfe das Konzept der Bereitstellungsqualität von Büchern vor und empfiehlt die Analyse des Kundenverhaltens aus Sicht der Tätigkeitstheorie und der Customer- Dominant Logic. Zur empirischen Prüfung dient die Auswertung von Kundenkommentaren zweier Vermietungsangebote von E-Books."
Zusammenfassung
Ziel dieser Arbeit soll es sein, die vorhandene Literatur nach wissenschaftlich belegten Fakten zum Werkstoff Zirkondioxid und dessen Einheilverhalten zu durchsuchen, um diese ...Erkenntnisse mit den ersten eigenen klinischen Erfahrungen mit "Z-Systems"-Implantaten korrelieren zu können, welche im klinischen Alltag eine erheblich höhere Verlustquote als die gängigen Titanimplantate (Grad 4) zeigen. Diese Resultate sind Folge zweier aus der Literatur bekannter Einflussfaktoren. Zum einen widersteht das Implantat-Knochen Interface aufgrund der Oberflächenstruktur des enossalen Anteils, sowie der Oberflächentopographie und -rauigkeit nur erheblich niedrigeren Ausdrehmomenten als die TiSLA Oberflächen der gängigen Titanimplantatsysteme, welches als der Messparameter für die Qualität des Osseointegrationsverbundes definiert wird. Zum anderen scheint die Wundbett-"ruhe" in der Einheilungsphase der prinzipiell ablaufenden "Fraktur"-Heilung aufgrund des einteiligen Bauprinzipes erheblich gestört, so dass in Kombination mit der Oberflächengestaltung ein unsicheres Osseointegrationsverhalten durch die erschwerten Bedingungen resultiert, mit entsprechend hoher Verlustquote. Allein der Prämolarenbereich scheint vor diesem Hintergrund in der gegenwärtigen Situation eine prognostizierbar sichere Einheilung zu gewährleisten. Im Frontzahnbereich bereitet die nicht vorhandene Abwinkelung des Aufbaus prothetische Versorgungsprobleme auch oder gerade im Bezug auf die Kronenfixation. Erst ein zweiteiliges Zirkondioxidimplantat mit geeigneter Oberflächenrauheit scheint in der Lage dieser herausragenden Hochleistungskeramik zum Durchbruch verhelfen zu können und wird daher dringend angemahnt.
One of the primary aim of education is to train individuals as problem solvers to overcome and face problems in life. Problem solving has been the hallmark of the era we are in and takes a vital ...place in the objectives of all courses in education.Therefore, many studies were carried on and is still being done. In this context, the purpose of this study is to shed light to the future researches about mathematical problem solving by making an overall assessment of masters thesis and dissertations in this subject in Turkey. For this purpose 65 master thesis and dissertations retrieved from the thesis centre in the Turkish Council of Higher Education (YOK) were examined. The study was limited to the years 2006-2013 and with the master thesis and dissertations including “problem solving” term in their title. Researches included in this study were investigated according to the research methodology, publication year, publication type, sampling type, institution of the author and thesis's/dissertation's director's title. The results of the analysis would help researchers to see the current research trends and provide insight into future research related to problem solving.
The completion of a master's thesis requires the advisor's guidance on topic selection, data collection, analysis, interpretation and writing. The advisory committee's input also contributes to the ...work. This study conducted content analysis and network analysis on a sample of 547 master's theses from eight departments of the College of Journalism and Communications of Shih Hsin University to examine the relationships between the advisors and committee members as well as the connections of research topics. The results showed that the topic "lifestyle" have attracted cross-department research interests in the college. The academic network of the college is rather loose, and serving university administration duties may have broadened a faculty member's centrality in the network. The Department of Communications Management and the Graduate Institute of Communications served as the bridges for the inter-departmental communication in the network. One can understand the interrelations among professors and departments through study on network analysis of thesis as to identify the characteristics of each department, as well as to reveal invisible relations of academic network and scholarly communication. Araştırmanın evrenini ...Türkçe Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dallarında yazılan yüksek lisans tezleri, örneklemini ise Türkçe Eğitimi alanında yazılmış olan 128 yüksek lisans tezi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri bilim dünyası tarafından genel kabul görmüş ölçütlere göre toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde frekans ve yüzde kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonunda yüksek lisans tez başlıklarının genel kabul görmüş ölçütler açısından yeterli, tez özetlerinin ise amaçları yazmak dışında yetersiz oldukları görülmüştür.
The aim of this study is to provide a critical evaluation to titles and abstracts of the master theses in the field of Turkish Language Education. In the study, “general screening model” which is one of the descriptive screening methods is used. The sample of study consists of 128 master theses in the field of Turkish Language Educationand the universe of the study consists of the master theses in Turkish Language Teaching. The research data were collected according to the generally criteria accepted by the scientific world. Analysis of the data obtained from research was used frequency and percentage. At the end of the study it was seen that titles of the master theses are sufficient in terms of genarally accepted criteria; abstracts of the master theses are inadequate except for the purposes.
Each year a lot of master theses are written but the literature on language learning and teaching in Turkey does not include any studies that make an extensive analysis of these theses. To fill this ...gap, this study aims at analyzing the theses that have been written from 2005 to 2010 in MA ELT programs. To do this, selected master theses from five universities in Turkey were analyzed on the basis of a number of criteria related to topic and content. At the end of the study some conclusions are drawn about the common trends in ELT studies and this study suggests ways to conduct research in the mentioned field.
In the competitive travel-transport field of coach tourism, coach drivers are far more commercially sensitive and susceptible to job stress than common bus drivers or professional drivers. However, ...few studies have discussed this issue or proposed strategies for alleviating job stress for coach drivers. The purpose of this study is to address the problem of job stress, using fuzzy MCDM (multiple criteria decision making) to examine the relationships between the various aspects of coach driver job stress and, ultimately, to suggest an optimal improvement plan according to the network relationship map (NRM).

From different authors other parameters were studied: strategy description used to explore and test the theories (Cesar et al, 2010); research question typology (Godoy, 2006); case study type (Harrison, Birks, Franklin, & Mills, 2017); representativeness of the objective of the work (Stewart, 2014); data collection sources (Ajayi, 2017); existence of data triangulation (Heale & Forbes, 2013); explanation of the procedures (Bhakar & Sikarwar, 2014); analysis of psychometric indicators (Hair, Black, Babin, Anderson, & Tatham, 2009); explanation of the analyses performed (Heale & Twycross, 2015); comparison with previous studies (Labani, Wadhwa, & Asthana, 2017); suggestions for future studies (Inayatullah, 2013).
