This study aims to determine 1) Hadith memorization learning process through the Yahqi Method for fourth grade students of SDI Cendekia Assalam Bangilan Tuban, 2) The results of hadith memorization ...through the Yahqi Method for fourth grade students of SDI Cendekia Assalam Bangilan Tuban, and 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in learning. memorization of hadith through the Yahqi Method Fourth grade students of SDI Cendekia Assalam Bangilan Tuban. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. After that, the data was analyzed by reducing the data, displaying the data, then verifying it. The results of this study indicate that 1) The process of memorizing hadith through the Yahqi Method includes the implementation of memorizing hadith learning carried out on Mondays and Fridays after the Duha prayer, 2) The implementation of memorizing hadith learning using special techniques, and 3) how to deliver learning materials using jiharka and rhythmic rhythms. movement with 4 steps. The results of learning to memorize hadith through the Yahqi Method showed students were able to memorize 14 hadiths in one semester. Supporting factors in learning to memorize hadith include 1) The material is suitable to be applied at the age of children, 2) using movements that are in accordance with the meaning, 3) using rhythms that increasingly liven up the atmosphere, and 4) Children memorize easily and quickly. While the inhibiting factors in learning to memorize hadith through the Yahqi Method are 1) limited time and 2) various narrators making children often confused and forgetting. Keywords: Learning, Hadith Memorization, Yahqi Method
There are three methods of design for stability defined in AISC 360-16 Specification for Structural Steel Buildings, namely Direct Analysis Method (DAM), Effective-Length Method (ELM), and ...First-Order Analysis Method (FOM). DAM is the method that is featured by AISC. Based on DAM, Rafael Sabelli proposed another method called Indirect Analysis Method (IAM). IAM is a new method that has not generally been used, and also has not been included in the AISC Specification. This research is conducted in order to study IAM and compares the analysis results of IAM with those of DAM. Using a nonlinear structural analysis software, design and analysis were conducted for stability design of an eight-story building loaded with dead load, live load, and wind load. IAM provides a simple amplifier approach which is called B3 to address the member inelasticity, member imperfections, and uncertainty in member stiffness. From the study that has been conducted, the analysis results using IAM show close values with those of DAM, in terms of demand-to-capacity ratios, with IAM is more conservative than DAM. The use of IAM simplifies the design process without affecting the economy of the design.
This book provides a solution to the ecological inference problem, which has plagued users of statistical methods for over seventy-five years: How can researchers reliably infer individual-level ...behavior from aggregate (ecological) data? In political science, this question arises when individual-level surveys are unavailable (for instance, local or comparative electoral politics), unreliable (racial politics), insufficient (political geography), or infeasible (political history). This ecological inference problem also confronts researchers in numerous areas of major significance in public policy, and other academic disciplines, ranging from epidemiology and marketing to sociology and quantitative history. Although many have attempted to make such cross-level inferences, scholars agree that all existing methods yield very inaccurate conclusions about the world. In this volume, Gary King lays out a unique--and reliable--solution to this venerable problem.
King begins with a qualitative overview, readable even by those without a statistical background. He then unifies the apparently diverse findings in the methodological literature, so that only one aggregation problem remains to be solved. He then presents his solution, as well as empirical evaluations of the solution that include over 16,000 comparisons of his estimates from real aggregate data to the known individual-level answer. The method works in practice.
King's solution to the ecological inference problem will enable empirical researchers to investigate substantive questions that have heretofore proved unanswerable, and move forward fields of inquiry in which progress has been stifled by this problem.

Visual sociology has been part of the sociological vocabulary since the 1970s, but until now there has not been a comprehensive text that introduces this area. Written by one of the founding fathers ...in the field, Visual Sociology explores how the world that is seen, photographed, drawn, or otherwise represented visually is different from the world that is represented through words and numbers.
Doug Harper's exceptional photography and engaging, lively writing style will introduce:
visual sociology as embodied observation
visual sociology as semiotics
visual sociology as an approach to data: empirical, narrative, phenomenological and reflexive
visual sociology as an aspect of photo documentary
visual sociology and multimedia.
This definitive textbook is made up of eleven chapters on the key topics in visual sociology. With teaching and learning guidance, as well as clear, accessible explanations of current thinking in the field, this book will be an invaluable resource to all those with an interest in visual sociology, research methods, cultural geography, cultural theory or visual anthropology.

Adapting Educational and Psychological Tests for Cross-Cultural Assessment critically examines and advances new methods and practices for adapting tests for cross-cultural assessment and research. ...The International Test Commission (ITC) guidelines for test adaptation and conceptual and methodological issues in test adaptation are described in detail, and questions of ethics and concern for validity of test scores in cross-cultural contexts are carefully examined. Advances in test translation and adaptation methodology, including statistical identification of flawed test items, establishing equivalence of different language versions of a test, and methodologies for comparing tests in multiple languages, are reviewed and evaluated. The book also focuses on adapting ability, achievement, and personality tests for cross-cultural assessment in educational, industrial, and clinical settings.
This book furthers the ITC's mission of stimulating research on timely topics associated with assessment. It provides an excellent resource for courses in psychometric methods, test construction, and educational and/or psychological assessment, testing, and measurement. Written by internationally known scholars in psychometric methods and cross-cultural psychology, the collection of chapters should also provide essential information for educators and psychologists involved in cross-cultural assessment, as well as students aspiring to such careers.
