Različite dionike i ...postupke povezuju dokumentacija i dokumentiranje, a to su ujedno temeljni aspekti poslovanja AKM ustanova (arhivi, knjižnice i muzeji). Induktivnom analizom literature međunarodnih smjernica i hrvatskoga pravnoga okvira u ovom je radu analizirana uloga dokumentacije i preporučeni modeli dokumentiranja u izvanrednim situacijama.
Pitanje sv.
The question of St. Dujam and apostolicity of the Church of Split, i.e. its direct connection with the apostles, has been the focus of research by numerous researchers throughout history and is still very relevant. It is insufficiently known in the scientific community that the priest from Split, Don Kerubin Šegvić (Split, 23 February 1867 - Zagreb, after 29 June 1945) was involved in the scientific debate. In this context, the fact that Don Kerubin was sentenced to death by the communist government in Zagreb on June 29, 1945 and then liquidated is not unimportant, which turned his life and work into a taboo subject until the beginning of democratic changes in Croatia. Don Kerubin joined the discussion at the beginning of March 1901 when his scientific study "Storia e leggenda di S. Domnione o Doimo vescovo e martire di Salona e delle sue reliquie. Saggio storico-critico" was published in Split. In the study, Šegvić deals with the question of the date of Dujam's death, the place where his bones are kept and the veneration of Dujam throughout history. The distribution of Šegvić's study was banned on March 9, 1901 by the Roman Congregation of Sacred Rites on the recommendation of Split Bishop Filip Frano Nakić (1889-1910). When Bishop Nakić's chancellor Don Leopold Ivanišević took over the confiscated copies of Don Kerubin's studies from Don Frane Bulić on March 29, 1901, Don Frane wrote "Resurrecturis" on each of the four packages, in the hope that one day those studies would be "resurrected". We will try to clarify in this article what was disputed by the church authorities in Šegvić's book and what is its scientific value.
This collection provides an in-depth and up-to-date examination of the concept of Intangible Cultural Heritage and the issues surrounding its value to society. Critically engaging with the UNESCO ...2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage , the book also discusses local-level conceptualizations of living cultural traditions, practices and expressions, and reflects on the efforts that seek to safeguard them. Exploring a global range of case studies, the book considers the diverse perspectives currently involved with intangible cultural heritage and presents a rich picture of the geographic, socioeconomic and political contexts impacting research in this area. With contributions from established and emerging scholars, public servants, professionals, students and community members, this volume is also deeply enhanced by an interdisciplinary approach which draws on the theories and practices of heritage and museum studies, anthropology, folklore studies, ethnomusicology, and the study of cultural policy and related law. The Routledge Companion to Intangible Cultural Heritage undoubtedly broadens the international heritage discourse and is an invaluable learning tool for instructors, students and practitioners in the field.

The author focuses on the private collections of Jewish families in Zagreb mentioned in the Report on the Implementation of the Legal Prohibition of Alienation and Removal of Artworks, Cultural, Historical and Natural Monuments in the Independent State of Croatia compiled by Božidar Murgić in July 1941. The article intends to investigate the fate of confiscated collections or individual works of art, and tries to reconstruct the former content and scope of these collections and present the collecting interests of the Zagreb collectors mentioned in the Report.
Isti svjedoče o političkom položaju Trojedne kraljevine Hrvatske, Dalmacije i Slavonije unutar Habsburške, a potom i Austro-Ugarske Monarhije te ulozi i ovlastima bana.
In the modern world, museums as cultural institutions are constantly striving to attract the attention of educational institutions with their pedagogical activities. The theoretical part of the paper emphasizes the educational role of museums, describing the key elements and the main characteristics of learning in the museum. In the empirical part of the paper, we present the results of the research that show the attitudes of students from both social and natural sciences towards visiting museums, on the teaching of art science in the museum, and on the use of museums as an area for informal learning.
The study was conducted among students of the Teacher Education and Pre-School Education at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split, students at the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Split. A total of 158 students were included: 52 students of natural sciences and 106 from the field of social sciences. Of the total number of students, 147 were women, and 11 were men. The results showed that students of social and natural sciences have the same attitudes, i.e., both groups mostly agree with the claims which express positive attitudes about the importance of museum as good learning environment.
