Wie aber ging die europaweite Verbreitung der komischen italienischen Oper vor sich? Wo konnte sie sich rascher als anderswo etablieren und wer waren die zentralen Akteurinnen und Akteure? Welche Rolle spielten mobile Operntruppen und wie verhielten sich die Höfe zu dem neuen Genre? Erstmals nehmen die Autorinnen in einer systematischen Analyse der Opera buffa in Europa Migration, Mobilität, Netzwerke und Transformationsprozesse zwischen 1740 und 1765 in den Blick. Les patients randomisés sous OCR ou un comparateur (interféron IFN β-1a dans OPERA I/II, placebo PBO dans ORATORIO) ont continué OCR (OCR–OCR) ou permuté vers OCR (IFN–OCR ; PBO–OCR) en entrant dans les études d’extension en ouvert, et dans OLERO. L’accumulation du handicap (incluant le critère composé de progression sur 48 semaines 48W-CDP-EDSS), le taux d’évènements de progression de l’EDSS et l’atteinte d’étapes clés du handicap ont été analysés jusqu’à la semaine 528.
Après 10 ans, 76,6 % des patients SEP-R sur OCR-OCR étaient sans événements 48W-CDP–EDSS, et 92 % n’avaient pas besoin d’aide à la marche. Trente-six virgule quatre pourcent et 18,6 % des patients SEP-PP sur OCR–OCR étaient sans événements 48W-CDP–EDSS et 48W-cCDP, respectivement, et 80,4 % sans besoin de fauteuil roulant. Les HR (SEP-R et SEP-PP) étaient significativement plus petits pour OCR initié tôt vs un traitement retardé.
Le taux annualisé d’événements 48W-CDP–EDSS récurrents, moyenné sur 10 ans chez des patients SEP-R (événements/an : OCR–OCR 0,029 ; IFN–OCR 0,040), indique que les patients ayant eu un événement devraient être exempts d’événements pendant les 34,5 et 25,0 prochaines années respectivement ; et 8,3 ans chez les patients SEP-PP (événements/an : OCR–OCR 0,12).
L’impact notable d’une décennie de traitement OCR sur la réduction de la progression du handicap renforce le rôle du traitement précoce dans tout le spectre de la SEP.

Die Beiträger*innen des Bandes fragen danach, wie Musikgeschichte auf der Bühne erzählt, komponiert, inszeniert und verkörpert wird: Was zeichnet diese intermediale Form der Musikhistoriographie aus? Wie verhält sie sich zur Geschichtsschreibung in anderen Medien? Und welche narrativen Strategien und Praktiken, welche Geschichtsbilder prägen Musikgeschichten auf der Bühne?
Zur Frage von Kunst, Bildung und Politik und den aktualisierbaren Dimensionen von Ernst Blochs Œuvre unternimmt der Beitrag eine Lektüre von Blochs wenig beachtetem Text „Die Zauberflöte und Symbole ...von heute“ (1930). Der Text wird, philologisch abgesichert, im Erstdruck vor dem zeitgeschichtlichen und musiktheoretisch-philosophischen Hintergrund gelesen, im Rahmen der Debattenbeiträge im Anbruch. Rekonstruiert wird dabei die Bloch‘sche Lektüre- und Aktualisierungsform selbst in Auseinandersetzung mit und Adorno und fragt abschließend nach den Chancen einer Re-Implementierung dieses Denkens in zeitgenössischen Diskurs und Praxis der Kultur- und Sozialwissenschaften.

A subgenre of Chinese opera, it migrated from the countryside to urban ...Shanghai and morphed from its traditional all-male form into an all-female one, with women cross-dressing as male characters for a largely female audience.
Yue opera originated in the Zhejiang countryside as a form of story-singing, which rural immigrants brought with them to the metropolis of Shanghai. There, in the 1930s, its content and style transformed from rural to urban, and its cast changed gender. By evolving in response to sociopolitical and commercial conditions and actress-initiated reforms, Yue opera emerged as Shanghai's most popular opera from the 1930s through the 1980s and illustrates the historical rise of women in Chinese public culture.
Jiang examines the origins of the genre in the context of the local operas that preceded it and situates its development amid the political, cultural, and social movements that swept both Shanghai and China in the twentieth century. She details the contributions of opera stars and related professionals and examines the relationships among actresses, patrons, and fans. As Yue opera actresses initiated reforms to purge their theater of bawdy eroticism in favor of the modern love drama, they elevated their social image, captured the public imagination, and sought independence from the patriarchal opera system by establishing their own companies. Throughout the story of Yue opera, Jiang looks at Chinese women's struggle to control their lives, careers, and public images and to claim ownership of their history and artistic representations.
In academic research, princely summer residences are regarded as places of longing, where rulers sought to realize their dream of an earthly paradise and escape the constraints of courtly ceremonial. ...Traditionally, this research has been based in history of art. What music was made in the summer residences, and how it might have differed from that of the main residence, has not yet been systematically studied. The conference made a contribution to this by examining the musical life at selected European summer residences of the eighteenth century and relating it to one another. The individual contributions present the respective situations of the cultivation of music at selected summer residences in the German-speaking countries as well as in Italy, Spain, England, Sweden and Russia.
Fürstliche Sommerresidenzen gelten in der Forschung als Sehnsuchtsorte, an denen die Herrscher ihren Traum vom irdischen Paradies zu verwirklichen und den Zwängen des höfischen Zeremoniells zu entfliehen suchten. Traditionell ist diese Forschung in den Kunstwissenschaften angesiedelt. Welche Musik in den Sommerresidenzen gemacht wurde, und wie sich diese möglicherweise von der der jeweiligen Hauptresidenz unterschied, ist bisher noch nicht systematisch untersucht worden. Hierzu hat die Tagung einen Beitrag geleistet, indem sie das Musikleben an ausgewählten europäischen Sommerresidenzen des 18. Jahrhunderts untersuchte und miteinander in Beziehung setzte. Die einzelnen Beiträge stellen die jeweiligen Situationen der Musikpflege an ausgewählten Sommerresidenzen im deutschsprachigen Raum sowie in Italien, Spanien, England, Schweden und Russland dar.
