In the digital era, folk orthologs (language normalizers who are not professional in the quality of speech, the choice of criteria, and the codified norm) have received unlimited access to the ...electronic publication of their opinions, which has come to the attention of scientists. The relevance of the proposed topic is determined by the need to popularize traditional cultural values, in particular, knowledge of the Russian language. The purpose of the study is to find out the motives of folk orthologs and the norm criteria used in their rulemaking, degree of objectivity, the correspondence of their opinions to scientific ideas and the level of literacy in their statements. The research material was based on judgments about the language of non-professional linguists available at online forums (public dialogues) about the Russian language. The method of content analysis was used, including the search and selection of judgments of folk orthologs, as well as the analysis of linguistic material from the perspective of compliance with norms in linguistic dictionaries. The results of the study showed both the lack of knowledge of folk orthologs about the Russian language and their demand for this knowledge. The motives for their activities were identified - interest in the language and its protection, self-realization, leisure time, and also the main areas of activity of folk orthologs - rulemaking, and the search for norms in spelling, vocabulary and grammar. This knowledge made it possible to propose recommendations for a possible dialogue between scientists and folk orthologs.
This article discusses the questions on pronunciation received at the Language Consultation Service. The author defines the place of orthoepy in the overall picture of language consulting and offers ...a characterization and thematic classification of the inquiries concerned with correct pronunciation. As he finds out, only a small number of the questions received by the Language Consultation Service deal with pronunciation, showing only limited interest in orthoepy and lack of interest in most pronunciation-related phenomena and norms. The author summarises the reasons for the significant predominance of questions regarding the spelling over inquiries on orthoepy in the practice of language consulting, the major one among them being the principal difference between orthographic and orthoepic norms.

We point out the importance of working on the correct articulation of sounds and analyze the representation of orthoepy in the curricular contents for the subject Serbian Language in the lower grades ...of primary school. The results of the content analysis show that the importance of a continuous work on the correct articulation of sounds has not been recognized in the new curricula. The work on the pronunciation of sounds is included only in the curriculum for the first grade. A comparative analysis of the old (2004, 2005, 2006) and new curricula (2017, 2018, 2019) has shown that the reform rejected all the contents that continuously extended the work on the pronunciation of sounds until the fourth grade. The state of the pronunciation norm in practice, confirmed by the research results, indicates numerous problems of atypical articulation that is not organic in nature. Therefore, the pedagogical implications are that the changes of and/or additions to the content of orthoepy related to the pronunciation of sounds should be included in the mother tongue curricula for the lower grades of primary school and made operational through outcomes as the functional knowledge of the pronunciation norm. These are the contents that were represented in the curricula before the reform, and they refer to the pronunciation of affricates (ч, ћ, џ, ђ) and fricatives (х) in the third and fourth grades. This would enable continuity in the work of the practitioners which is necessary to correct the mistakes in the pronunciation of sounds that are not organic in nature and to strengthen the correct articulation.

Benito, a Spanish play from the end of the sixteenth century that has been attributed with many doubts to playwrights such as Lope ...de Vega or Góngora, among
others. Based on a detailed study of a very early manuscript copy, the information
and references offered by several databases and digital tools (CATCOM, MANOS,
ETSO), and a variety of metric, linguistic, and orthoepic approaches, we propose a
new name as the probable author of this play: the Sevillian playwright Cepeda. This
new attribution allows us to cast light on new aspects of Las burlas y enredos de
Benito and evaluate its relevance in the context of Spanish theater at the end of the
sixteenth century
En este artículo abordamos el análisis de la autoría de una comedia de finales del siglo XVI, Las burlas y enredos de Benito, que se ha atribuido con muchas dudas a dramaturgos como Lope de Vega o Góngora, entre otros. A partir del estudio detallado de una copia manuscrita muy temprana, de las indicaciones e información que nos proporcionan una serie de bases de datos y herramientas digitales (CATCOM, MANOS, ETSO), y de diversos análisis métricos, lingüísticos y ortológicos, proponemos un nuevo nombre como probable autor de esta comedia, el sevillano Cepeda. Esta nueva atribución nos permite iluminar nuevos aspectos de Las burlas y enredos de Benito y valorar su relevancia en el panorama teatral de finales del siglo XVI.
