radno vrijeme u glazbenim osnovnim i srednjim školama u Republici Hrvatskoj.

One of the main tasks of a modern education system in dentistry is to create conditions for a development and a self-expression of each person on the stage of obtaining a medical education, forming a generation of dentists able for active practice using creativity and observance of moral and ethical values. The specificity of the latest learning technologies in higher educational establishments of medical profile provides great saturation of the educational process with elements of medical thinking, improving of different practical skills and abilities with consistent analysis and interpretation of results that in total is based on the use of different methodological approaches. An important role in the content of dental education plays acquisition and improvement of practical skills by future dentist. Nowadays one of the priorities is the focus not only on understanding the etiology and the pathogenesis of common dental diseases, but also on the anatomo-physiological features of the dental chewing system and spiritual and moral values of the patient. Professional skills of the future dentist depend on many objective and subjective factors: intellectual development, interest, ability to learn, stimulation of the creative imagination, knowledge and professional skills of the teacher, who conducts educational process. It serves as a source of self-consciousness and self-control for a person and helps to form the development of appropriate social behavior, which is necessary in the daily work of a doctor. Besides, a great importance in the education system is given to the role of the teacher. Teacher’s communication with students is specific because the teacher organizes interaction and student perceives it. We must help students to become active participants of the educational process, to ensure conditions for the realization of their potential abilities. The communication system includes important educational relationships that promote the efficiency of education and training. In the pedagogical sphere the communication acquires significant functional and professional character. It serves as a tool for influence. Communication functions are obtained as additional "burden", because common aspects of all mankind turn into professional and creative components. Therefore pedagogical communication as professional is an ethical phenomenon requires special training not only for mastering the technology of interaction, but also for the acquisition of moral experience, wisdom pedagogical organization of relations in various areas of educational process. To do this, the teacher should be able quickly and correctly find relevant communicational solutions. Direct communication is one of the forms of interaction between the teacher and students and has it own personal sense, as involve them into this process. In the process of communication we should emphasize on its humanistic focus. We can distinguish cognitive and communicative functions of the communication. Creation of favorable psychological and emotional microclimate and organization of the communication with students and students among ourselves should be mentioned. It is important to create a favorable psychological and emotional microclimate, which involves understanding between the teacher and students. It is also very important to focus on the common values of human perception such as (compassion, developing the ability to understand the emotional state of another, his or her perception, providing generous assistance, matching personal interests with universal), adequate evaluation of their knowledge and skills and their constant improvement. However, introduction to the content of medical education such concepts as "humanism," "humanity," "humanistic orientation of the educational process", "humanization", provides conscious choice of spiritual values based on which individual professional and value orientation is formed. It should be mentioned that the dentist has to learn as elements of the psychological impact as the manipulative practical skills that provide their direct activities. This requires work on phantoms and directly in the clinic. Therefore, the teacher must direct the behavior of students taking into account cooperation with patients. Classes in the clinic provide overcoming of the psychological barrier:"student-patient" and "patient-student." Most patients have positive attitude to work with students, however, they should see the appropriate base of knowledge and skills that students have at this stage of learning. That is why a great role has training in phantom classes where students work out their practical skills and fix theoretical knowledge. Conclusions. Thus, taking into account all aspects of dentists studying, ranging from student ranks, can give us an opportunity to form as a qualified expert, as an intelligent personality, which is able to take his or her proper place in a modern society.
Social media access and usage has grown rapidly in the past several years. In academia, social media is a new pedagogical tool that may be used to engage students both inside and outside the ...economics classroom, and impact their overall success. In this study we examine the students’ view of incorporating social media in the classroom. The survey was administered at three academic institutions. The results are based on a survey administered to students in Principles of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics courses. Students have the strongest presence, in descending order, on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter. However, based on their utilization preferences, these mediums are ranked as follows: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The results indicate that students are concerned with privacy but are more willing to connect with faculty if the connection is “one-way” and participate if social media is a voluntary part of class. Therefore Twitter, YouTube and Instagram, or Facebook “like” pages or groups are potentially better mediums for faculty to use in economic classrooms. The survey indicates that students use their social media accounts more frequently than email or Learning Management Systems and, therefore, social media may also be a more effective tool for spontaneous communication for many students.
