There is no doubt that God’s blessings upon us are many and innumerable, and among the most important of these blessings in this world is the blessing of health and the safety of the body from all ...evil, but a person may be afflicted with deficiency or deformity in his body that hinders him from performing his tasks in this life in an easy and smooth manner like the rest of his peers. Therefore, every normal person should praise God for this physical well-being, and respect everyone whom God has afflicted with a deficiency in his body, because he may be in the place of that person one day, and there is no doubt that there are laws that protect this category of people with special needs, Whether at the international or internal level, the matter is not enough, and therefore it falls on the shoulders of states in particular and the international system in general, through charters, to enact laws that guarantee adequate protection for this category, and guarantee them a decent life.
Information systems offer major contributions to the establishment of accessible tourism conditions. However, these solutions need to be correctly developed, which often implicates approaches based ...on user-centered methodologies. To improve information flow within the accessible tourism market, an accessible tourism information system was prototyped. The development of this solution, named access@tour by action, involved a rigorous testing process, to evaluate the acceptability and mainly the difficulties of interaction with specific needs. Thus, the objective of this study is to explore the results obtained from usability testing of the prototype, involving people with special needs, social organizations, and caregivers. The results showed that some improvements were needed namely in the registration process, evaluation of tourism offers, and on the layout of information. Notwithstanding, the overall perception of ease of interaction, and accessibility was good. This user feedback will be used to obtain the final version of the platform.

Abstract
Independent transport of people with special needs often requires the adaptation of a motorcar to increase the comfort of use and enable proper operating of a vehicle. This adaptation ...involves, for example, mounting special devices on the steering wheel. This violates the so-called survival zone, defined by (UN/ECE) regulation No. 21. and can deteriorate the occupant’s safety. This study shows the risk for the driver caused by an additional knob mounted on a steering wheel. Model tests were prepared and carried out with the use of the PC-Crash program environment. The simulations of the frontal collisions into the obstacle were computed and the dynamic loads affecting the driver with and without additional adaptation elements on the steering wheel were assessed. Obtained results portray that the impact of the driver’s head into the adaptation element during the collision is possible. This causes a visible increase in the HIC15 head injury indicator by up to 80% for a collision speed of 65 km/h compared to a car without an adaptation device. It was found that the risk of head injury is on average 15% greater compared to the variant without an adaptation device.
The conditions of individuals who suffer from some disorder in their mobility or activity influence their social and emotional development. The percentage of mobility disability varies from one ...society to another according to a number of factors, the most important of which are genetic , health and cultural awareness factors and the criteria used to define each manifestation of motor impairmentMore recently, in most countries of the world, the number of people with special needs has increased in comparison with the population As a result of the occurrence of many demographic changes in life and the spread of health factors affecting pregnant women before and during childbirth, which cause disabilities, there has been great interest in groups with special needs at all levels, and their proportions have grown worldwide as follows 80% people with special needs are mostly from third world developing countries 15% of the world's population with special needs. At the beginning of the 21st century, the projected share will be 13.5% of total world population
Art education is interested in providing practical solutions to address the problems of society, the most prominent of which is the storming of the unemployment crisis. Art education provides young ...people at various educational stages with various and varied artistic activities, and prepares the cultural and artistic category of youth to provide them with creativity opportunities to try to tackle this problem, and the importance of art education in its various fields To solve the unemployment crisis and raise the economic level of youth with special groups students, as they face more problems than healthy students. students with hearing disabilities (deaf and dumb) are among the categories of students with special needs whose presence and integration with their healthy peers has become a global trend called by many Arab societies, including Egypt, and this is what happened with the (current sample) of students with hearing disabilities where they were attached In the Department of Art Education at the Faculty of Specific Education at the University of Menoufia, so that they will be among the students of healthy art education, in a serious scientific attempt to practice various technical skills, through qualification and training in various technical skills, so the current research has employed the techniques of flat formation of porcelain in you Create artworks that are the nucleus of a small production project, especially since such skills can be trained by this group to rely on observation and observation through sign language. Small projects can be the way to eliminate unemployment, as they are industries that operate within relatively small enterprises that are owned, managed, and organized by youth to provide a good and put them on the market. This is what the researcher sought in the current research in training students with hearing disabilities to produce ceramic works based on benefiting from Flat shaping techniques by producing a group of tourist souvenirs, taking the Egyptian countryside elements as aesthetic elements for these products.
Dental health care is very important for the general health of people with special needs, but its efforts vary by institution. This study aimed to clarify the actual situation of dental health care ...and related issues by investigating the dental health initiatives and status of dental examinations among users of facilities for people with special needs in Niigata Prefecture, and evaluate the effectiveness of the assignment of dental professionals. A questionnaire survey was sent to 1,021 facilities for people with special needs in Niigata Prefecture, and responses were received from 801. Among these, 5.1% had a dental professional (dentists and/or dental hygienists). We evaluated the status of dental health management, dental care, and dietary assistance and eating function maintenance in each institution. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis, facilities with dental professionals provided significantly more opportunities to receive a dental examination (odds ratio OR=7.02, 95% confidence interval CI: 2.66-18.55) and dental health guidance (OR=4.34, 95%CI: 1.98-9.51), made significantly greater efforts to prevent dental diseases (OR=3.97, 95%CI: 1.50-10.44), engaged in significantly more daily cooperation (OR=5.02, 95%CI: 2.29-10.99) and consultation with dental professionals (OR=6.53, 95%CI: 2.46-17.35), and showed a significantly higher rate of meeting patients’ needs (OR=3.37, 95%CI: 1.58-7.15). These findings suggest that the placement of dental professionals in facilities for people with special needs is correlated with better dental health.
Introduction: People with disabilities or special needs can benefit from AI-based conversational agents (i.e., chatbots) that are used for competence training and well-being management. Assessing the ...quality of interactions with these chatbots is key to being able to reduce dissatisfaction with them and to understanding their potential long-term benefit. This in turn will help to increase adherence to their use, thereby improving the quality of life of the large population of end-users that they are able to serve.
Methods: Following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology, we systematically reviewed the literature on methods of assessing the perceived quality of interactions with chatbots using the from Scopus and the Web of Science electronic databases. Using the Boolean operators (AND/OR) the keywords chatbot*, conversational agent*, special needs, disability were combined.
Results: Revealed that only 15 of 192 papers on this topic included people with disabilities or special needs in their assessments. The results also highlighted the lack of a shared theoretical framework for assessing the perceived quality of interactions with chatbots.
Conclusion: Systematic procedures based on reliable and valid methodologies continue to be needed in this field. The current lack of reliable tools and systematic methods to assess chatbots for people with disabilities and special needs is concerning, and ultimately, it may also lead to unreliable systems entering the market with disruptive consequences for people.
Implications for rehabilitation
Chatbots applied in rehabilitation are mainly tested in terms of clinical effectiveness and validity with a minimal focus on measuring the quality of the interaction
The usability and interactive properties of chatbots applied in rehabilitation are not comparable as each tool is measured in different way
The lack of a common framework to assess chatbots exposes people with disability and special needs to the risk of using unreliable tools
People with special needs and people of determination are an integral part of society, that henceThe research discusses a new vision in dealing disabled people with buildings, so that they can be ...integrated into society and contribute to life in addition and production. This can be achieved by designing buildings, roads and even friendly cities by providing some conditions, updating and developing them according to modern design techniques. The research exposed to achieve and meet these needs within the service parts of the building, the technical devices and installations. As the research reviews its problem represented in neglecting those technical installations and the necessity of updating them according to modern and developed technology, then the importance of the research and its assumptions, limits and its theoretical methodology. The research also discusses the requirements proposed to work with and their application in the control tools of the building operation through the empty spaces, electrical outlets, taps, buttons, information signals, lighting panels and the uses of colours, as well as some technical installations to be developed in service architectural spaces in the building in public and private toilets inside the building in terms of location, toilets cabins, signs, doors, interior fittings, requirements for handles, lighting, and interior finishes. As well as the requirements that must be met by using modern technology in sanitary devices, such as a toilet device, sinks, urinals, bathtubs, shower rooms, cabins (showers), toilet accessories, and in changing rooms in toilets, that is explained with a proposal for the required sizes and figures shown, then making research recommendations and references.
