Članek se ukvarja z vprašanjem izražanja trpnika in posebej z možnostmi izražanja trpniškega vršilca dejanja v vlogi prislovnega določila v slovenščini, čemur doda tudi pogleda na isto vprašanje v ...francoščini in ruščini (povsod glede na standardni oz. knjižni jezik). Najprej so na kratko predstavljeni sodobnejši jezikoslovni pristopi k trpniku (glagolski način kot oblika diateze), potem pa je tematika razdeljena po jezikih. Pri vsakem je najprej orisana klasična delitev trpnih konstrukcij, njihova tvorba in splošne značilnosti. V splošnem sta pri vsakem jeziku obravnavana trpnik s trpnim deležnikom in trpnik z oblikami povratnih glagolov ter njune brezosebkovne ustreznice. Posebna pozornost je posvečena izražanju vršilca dejanja v teh konstrukcijah in opisu njegove rabe ter predlogov, ki ga uvajajo (slovenščina, francoščina; v ruščini je brezpredložen), pri slovenščini je zlasti izpostavljena vloga predložne zveze s strani. V pisnem jeziku je največja raba trpnika zabeležena v strokovnih besedilih, izražanje trpniškega vršilca dejanja pa je v vseh treh jezikih razmeroma redko, posebej maloštevilni so tovrstni primeri pri trpniku z oblikami povratnih glagolov. Normativne slovnice povečini sicer izražanju vršilca dejanja v trpnih konstrukcijah niso preveč naklonjene. Področje je v slovenščini slabo raziskano.
Surface texture is of great importance in specifying the function of a surface. The surface finish of products influences the friction performance, wear resistance, bearing, sliding, lubricating ...properties, functionality, etc. Replicas of surface textures are widely used in many industries for evaluating the condition of textures when no measurable surfaces are available for measurements or in the case of non-dismantled objects of immense dimensions. The replication’s reliability and accuracy are significant concerns in actual applications. Although there are several parameters, Ra and Rz are still most often defined in technical product documentation as the indicators of whether a surface texture is within certain tolerance limits. In real production conditions, tactile stylus profilometers are still the most common instruments for measuring surface texture. For all the reasons mentioned above, the accuracy of the Technovit® 3040 replica was analysed. The quality of the Technovit® 3040 replica was researched on 15 samples processed with six conventional machining methods. Average roughness parameters Ra and Rz were measured on original surfaces and then compared to replica surfaces. A qualitative comparison of the profile geometries of original surfaces and their replicas was discussed.
Pri spodbujanju rabe javnega potniškega prometa ima pomembno vlogo razumevanje razmer, ki jih sistem zagotavlja za potnika. Na izbiro potovalnega načina vplivajo številni dejavniki, med katerimi se ...kot pomembna izkazuje konkurenčnost potovalnega časa ali potovalne hitrosti. Pri njenem izračunu si lahko zaradi razširjenosti elektronskih plačilnih sistemov pomagamo z zbranimi podatki validacij uporabnikov. S tem lahko na podlagi dejanskih potovanj izračunamo njihovo hitrost. V okviru raziskave smo na primeru avtobusnega sistema v Ljubljani analizirali vse vožnje, opravljene na tipičen dan. Na podlagi vstopnih in izstopnih podatkov o avtobusni vožnji smo izračunali opravljeno razdaljo, čas, potreben za pot, in hitrost opravljenih poti. Primerjali smo še, kako hitro bi lahko potniki poti, prevožene z avtobusom, opravili s kolesom ali peš. Ugotovili smo, da je hitrost obravnavanih potovanj z avtobusom odvisna od dolžine potovanja. Pri daljših potovanjih se hitrost povečuje. Kolo je hitrejše na vseh razdaljah, vendar pri večjih razdaljah postane manj sprejemljiva izbira. Hoja je na obravnavanih razdaljah do 2 km glede hitrosti konkurenčna le v manjšem deležu poti. Z opravljenimi analizami nam je uspelo s podatki, ki se zbirajo zaradi elektronskega plačevanja storitve, pridobiti uporaben vpogled v uporabniško učinkovitost sistema javnega prometa, kar je v prihodnje lahko uporabno pri načrtovanju izboljšav sistema.

Iz proznih Cankarevih i Andrićevih dela izdvojeni su primeri upotrebe imenice »senka« u ulozi etalona poreðenja u kao (kakor)-konstrukcijama. Težeći potpunom obuhvatu naðen je 71 takav primer u ...Cankarevom delu i 47 u Andrićevom. Primenjena su dva načina klasifikacije primera. Prema prvom načinu primeri su rasporeðeni u četiri klase imajući u vidu osobine senke na kojim poreðenje počiva. Prema dugom načinu klasifikacije izdvojeni su primeri u kojim su pisci uz imenicu »senka« postavljali pridev, zamenicu ili broj podešavajući tako etalon poreðenja. Izabrani načini klasifikacije odrazili su sličnost upotrebe etalona senka u poreðenjima u proznim delima dva pisca.

Die Autorin argumentiert, dass ...gesellschaftliche Teilhabe, kollaborative Produktion und offener Zugang zu Inhalten, sowie Abstand zu Markt und Staat, zentral sind für die Legitimation dieser Medienorganisation im digitalen Zeitalter. Sie bespricht drei gegensätzliche Zugänge zur Theorie der Commons und die damit verbundenen «konzeptionellen Stolpersteine», dann schlägt sie 18 Merkmale vor, um Medienorganisationen als «Media Commons» zu analysieren. Anhand einer Dokumentenanalyse untersucht sie 30 öffentliche Rundfunkorganisationen – «übliche Verdächtige» wie ARD, BBC, ORF und SRG, aber auch weniger bekannte Organisationen. Die Autorin kommt zu dem Schluss, dass öffentliche Rundfunkorganisationen zwar einige, aber längst nicht alle Merkmale eines «Media Commons» aufweisen und unterschiedlich nachhaltig funktionieren. This volume uses the theory of the commons, which is often associated with Elinor Ostrom, to conduct a holistic analysis of public service broadcasting. The author argues that social participation, collaborative production and open access to content, as well as distance to markets and the state, are central to the legitimacy of this form of media organisation in the digital age. She discusses three opposing approaches to the theory of the commons and related ‘conceptual stumbling blocks’, and suggests 18 characteristics in order to analyse media organisations as ‘media commons’. By means of a document analysis, she examines 30 public service broadcasting organisations—including ‘the usual suspects’, like ARD, the BBC, ORF or SRG, but also lesser known organisations. She concludes that public service broadcasters feature some, but by no means all, of the characteristics of ‘media commons’ and that they operate with varying degrees of sustainability.

Abstract In order to calculate the unintended consequences of their policies, governments conduct comprehensive assessments of the impact of legislation. In doing so, they have independent expert committees monitor them on an increasingly frequent basis. However, in what ways do these committees have an influence in this respect? And what role do they play as policy advisors in terms of dismantling bureaucracy and better legislation? This book provides new insights into the history of the development of the three most experienced supervisory bodies in Europe and the reality of how they conduct themselves. Against the backdrop of various administrative cultures, the book presents the following types of supervisory committees in detail: ‘watchdog’, ‘gatekeeper’ and ‘critical friend’. Izhodišča. V klinični praksi za ovrednotenje prehranskih dnevnikov običajno uporabljamo računalniško podporo, bodisi v obliki računalniškega programa ali spletne aplikacije. Namen članka je ...predstaviti rezultate primerjave nemškega računalniškega programa in slovenske spletne aplikacije za ovrednotenje prehranskega vnosa na osnovi metode štiridnevnega papirnega tehtanega prehranskega dnevnika (papirni PD), ki so ga vodile nosečnice.
Background. Dietary assessment in clinical practice is performed by means of computer support, either in the form of a web-based tool or software. The aim of the paper is to present the results of ...the comparison of a Slovenian web-based tool with German software for the evaluation of four-day weighted paper-andpencil- based dietary records (paper-DRs) in pregnant women.
Methods. A volunteer group of pregnant women (n=63) completed paper-DRs. These records were entered by an experienced research dietitian into a web-based application (Open Platform for Clinical Nutrition, OPEN, http://opkp.si/en, Ljubljana, Slovenia) and software application (Prodi 5.7 Expert plus, Nutri- Science, Stuttgart, Germany, 2011). The results for calculated energy intake, as well as 45 macro- and micronutrient intakes, were statistically compared by using the non-parametric Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. The cut-off for Spearman’s rho was set at >0.600.
Results. 12 nutritional parameters (energy, carbohydrates, fat, protein, water, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, dietary fiber, vitamin C, folic acid, and stearic acid) were in high correlation (>0.800), 18 in moderate (0.600-0.799), 11 in weak correlation (0.400-0.599), while 5 (arachidonic acid, niacin, alphalinolenic acid, fluoride, total sugars) did not show any statistical correlation.
Conclusion. Comparison of the results of the evaluation of dietary records using a web-based dietary assessment tool with those using software shows that there is a high correlation for energy and macronutrient content.
Izhodišča. V klinični praksi za ovrednotenje prehranskih dnevnikov običajno uporabljamo računalniško podporo, bodisi v obliki računalniškega programa ali spletne aplikacije. Namen članka je predstaviti rezultate primerjave nemškega računalniškega programa in slovenske spletne aplikacije za ovrednotenje prehranskega vnosa na osnovi metode štiridnevnega papirnega tehtanega prehranskega dnevnika (papirni PD), ki so ga vodile nosečnice.
Metode. Skupina nosečnic prostovoljk (n=63) je vodila papirni PD. Izkušeni klinični dietetik je vnesel dnevnike v spletno aplikacijo (Odprta platforma za klinično prehrano, OPKP, http://opkp.si, Ljubljana, Slovenija) in računalniški program (Prodi 5.7 Exper Plus, Nutri-Science, Stuttgart, Germany, 2011). Rezultate za izračunani energijski vnos ter vnos 45 makro- in mikrohranil s pomočjo aplikacije in programa smo statistično primerjali z neparametričnim Spearmanovim koeficientom (>0,600).
Rezultati. Visoko korelacijo (>0,800) med metodama smo ugotovili za 12 hranil (energija, ogljikovi hidrati, skupne maščobe, beljakovine, voda, kalij, kalcij, fosfor, skupna prehranska vlaknina, vitamin C, folna kislina in stearinska kislina), zmerno (0,600-0,799) za 18 hranil, šibko (0,400-0,599) za 11 hranil, medtem ko za 5 hranil ni bilo korelacije (arahidonska kislina, niacin, alfa-linolenska kislina, fluor, skupni sladkorji).
Zaključki. Rezultati ovrednotenja prehranskih dnevnikov s spletno aplikacijo in računalniškim programom so v visoki korelaciji za energijsko vrednost in vsebnost makrohranil.
