Skupina istraživača-znanstvenika iz PLIVE stvorila je 1981. godine novi antibiotik pod nazivom azitromicin, po svemu različit od ostalih do tada primjenjivanih antibiotika. U rujnu 1988. godine ...registriran je PLIVIN originalni antibiotik, azitromicin, poznatiji pod zaštićenim imenom Sumamed. Osobine azitromicina od samih početaka upućivale su na to da se radi po svemu jedinstvenom antibiotiku koji ima izvrsnu učinkovitost na najčešće uzročnike infekcija, ciljano djelovanje na mjestu infekcije, vrlo se jednostavno i kratko primjenjuje i ima odličnu podnošljivost. Iz farmakoloških osobina i kliničkih istraživanja proizišle su i originalne marketinške kampanje koje su mijenjale paradigmu razumijevanja antimikrobnog učinka i djelovanja na mjestu infekcije, kao i način uzimanja antimikrobnih lijekova. Marketinške kampanje odnosile su se na jednostavnost i kratkoću primjene lijeka te izvrsnu učinkovitost i podnošljivost Sumameda. U radu su prikazani počeci promocije Sumameda.

Social networks provide an excellent opportunity for internet advertising and promotion in order to improve business operations. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the possibility of adequate ...use of social networks for the establishment, expansion and quality functioning of companies in the area of online trading. Subsequently, the paper presents a concept, a PHP-based web application, used by large trading systems, which is designed and adapted for use in small companies in their everyday operation. Finally, all measures for improving the existing system are presented using a specific case study, through integration with systems owned by company's permanent suppliers, in order to save time and increase the accuracy of procurement, which takes place on a weekly basis.

prirode. Poznato je da se ulažu ogromna financijska sredstva u klubove i
njihove igrače koji na tržištu postižu visoku cijenu. Nesumnjivo je da marketing ima veliku ulogu u tom području. Iako se u suštini ne razlikuje od marketinga proizvodnih poduzeća, sportski marketing ipak ima neke specifičnosti koje se ogledaju kroz pojedine elemente marketing
miksa. Tako promatrajući, sportski proizvod ima veći raspon mogućnosti zadovoljenja potreba samih korisnika. U radu je predstavljen HNK Rijeka,
čiji zavidni rezultati u sportskom smislu, bez dodatnih ulaganja u marketing, nisu dovoljan preduvjet i za ostvarivanje pozitivnih poslovnih rezultata. Poslovni rezultati se očekuju efikasnim ulaganjem financijskih sredstava i kvalitetno odabranom marketinškom strategijom. Premda postoje brojni oblici financiranja kluba, jedan od ciljeva HNK-a Rijeka jest i da se samofinanciranje kluba podigne na višu razinu. Iz tog su razloga marketinške aktivnosti kluba usmjerene i na oblik promocije koji rezultira povećanjem financijskih resursa kroz svoje obožavatelje, navijače i publiku u širem smislu.

This paper examines CFC Rijeka whose impressive results in terms of sport achievements, and without additional investments in marketing, are
not sufficient enough for obtaining positive business results. Satisfying business results can only be expected by investing financial resources and by implementing a specificaly selected marketing strategy.
There are numerous forms of financing the FC Rijeka right now, but the longterm goal is to be a self-financing football club on a higher level than now. Because of this objective, marketing activities of the club are focused on a form of promotion that result in increased financial resources induced through fandom, fans and the public in general.
Modern approaches to health determination have been influenced since long time ago by the notions that describe it as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being,and not just the ...absence of illness. Particularly vulnerable social groups such as families, children and young people, as well as many specific categories of the population such as refugees, poor people, ethnic, sexual or racial minority groups are additionally affected in the communities in which they live by the influence exerted on them by members of that same community. As a result, approaches and models have evolved in the theory and practice of different professions dealing with population health (such as medicine, social work, psychology, etc.) within the last decades, within the paradigm of community development and health promotion. In this way, the community and the concept of health became inseparable. Community health is the ability of a community to create and successfully use resources to support the well-being and quality of life of the community. Community development refers to the process of fostering a sense of community, strengthening social ties between people, raising cohesion with the aim of achieving a harmonious, supportive, and stimulating and engaging environment for people. It builds on the development of community resources that can be found, among other things, in self-help groups, the social support system, or the development of systems that enhance citizen participation in directing and shaping health priorities. Community health promotion is a conceptual framework that emphasizes primary prevention and a community-based perspective, and can be viewed as a philosophy, process, project or outcome. Community development and community health promotion contain the fundamental belief that people can identify and solve their problems.
Health-related absenteeism impacts individuals, companies, and society. Its consequences are reflected in the cost of benefits, substitutes, and reduced productivity. Research shows that ...musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are the most common work-related health problem reported by hospital staff. This study determines the groups at the Ljubljana University Medical Centre that are most susceptible to MSDs, especially low back pain.
Using data from the Health Data Centre of the Slovenian National Public Health Institute and the medical centre, this cross-sectional study analysed absenteeism among medical centre employees. The correlation between MSD / low-back pain risk factors and incidence was determined using logistic regression. An odds ratio was calculated to determine the probability of MSDs, most especially low back pain via sex, age, occupation, and education.
Sick leave at the medical centre is higher than 5%, exceeding the Slovenian healthcare sector average. MSDs, as the main reason for absence, is significantly more frequent in women, non-medical staff, and employees with a maximum secondary school education. Among the MSDs, low back pain predominates as a reason for absence and is most frequent among nurses, midwives, and employees of 20 to 44.9 years old.
This study offers insight into the health status of medical centre employees. The high percentage of sick leave is mainly due to musculoskeletal disorders, including low back pain. This is an important basis for further monitoring and analysis of sick leave indicators and for planning systematic and continuous workplace health-promoting measures to manage ergonomic risk factors and reduce health-related absenteeism.
Uvod: Referenčna ambulanta je ambulanta z razširjenim timom, katere članica je diplomirana medicinska sestra, ki je opolnomočena s podiplomskim znanjem. Raziskava prikazuje izkušnje diplomiranih ...medicinskih sester z referenčnimi ambulantami, dosedanje izobraževanje, zadovoljstvo z delom v referenčni ambulanti ter potrebe po dodatnih veščinah, znanju, dopolnitvah in spremembah.
Metode: V raziskavi so sodelovale diplomirane medicinske sestre (n = 88) v referenčnih ambulantah iz 18 zdravstvenih domov. Strukturiran vprašalnik je vključeval demografska vprašanja in vprašanja, ki so se nanašala na zadovoljstvo diplomiranih medicinskih sester z delom in potrebo po izobraževanju. Zanesljivost instrumenta (Cronbach alfa) je bila 0,734. Uporabljeni so bili opisna statistika, hi-kvadrat test (χ2) in Fisherjev test.
Rezultati: Anketiranci so se strinjali, da z izobraževanjem pridobijo dodatna znanja (81,8 %), ki so koristna (73,9 %) in uporabna pri delu v referenčni ambulanti (72,7 %). Najbolj so se strinjali, da si izkušnje izmenjujejo s sodelavci (x̄ = 4,2) in da so bolniki zadovoljni z njihovim delom (x̄ = 4,2). Pri znanju anketirancev (χ2 = 20,734, p = 0,016) in predlogih izboljšav delovnega procesa (χ2 = 9,905, p = 0,007) so statistično pomembne razlike v povezavi s starostjo.
Diskusija in zaključek: Raziskava pokaže, da so anketiranci delno zadovoljni na delovnem mestu. Treba bi bilo omogočiti napredovanje na delovnem mestu, dodatna izobraževanja, izboljšati informacijsko podporo in spodbujati podiplomsko izobraževanje.

Sex education is aimed at equipping individuals with sex-related information, motivation, and behavioral skills that will enable them to avoid sex-related problems and to achieve sexual ...well-being. Safer sex promotion and condom promotion and distribution programmes have grown significantly since the beginning of the AIDS epidemic. Condom use among young people is especially important because the young are often at greatest risk of HIV infection and have the least access to condoms. In many countries, where the Internet is part of the media landscape, not-for-profit agencies, governments and commercial condom companies alike have started utilising the Internet to promote safer sex and condom use. Most young people have regular access to the internet, and there is some expectation that the Internet is helping to fill the sexual health information gap. The development of an Internet-based, theoretically-driven, innovative approach to sex education weds the special strengths of the Internet as a rich, interactive, individualized pedagogical tool in order to provide effective sex education to large numbers of individuals in a very cost-effective fashion. The proposed approach exploits the characteristics of anonymity, availability, affordability, acceptability, and aloneness of using the Internet. Within this approach, learners are first individually assessed in terms of information, motivation, and behavioral skills deficits that are relevant to the individual's sexual problems and sexual well-being.
Influenceri ili utjecajnici su osobe koje na raznim društvenim mrežama poput Instagrama, Facebooka, Twittera, svojim životnim stilom, ponašanjem i stavom snažno utječu na osobe koje ih prate. ...Influenceri su osobe sveprisutne u svakodnevnim životima osoba koje ih prate, često djeluju kao dio marketinških kampanja čime mogu utjecati na ponašanje pratitelja koji u njih imaju povjerenje. Infiltrirani su danas u sve djelatnosti pa tako i u poljoprivredu. U poljoprivrednom sektoru mogu uspješno promovirati razne brendove te tako pomoći u promidžbi i prodaji proizvoda. Influencer marketing bi trebao poznavati svaki vlasnik malog ili velikog gospodarstva i stjecanjem tog znanja odrediti koji influencer bi bio idealan za suradnju i kako bi suradnja trebala izgledati. Promocija na internetskim blogovima i društvenim mrežama u kratkom roku može privući velik broj kupaca i klijenata koji donose profit. Cilj ovog rada je pokazati koliko je danas reklamiranje čak i poljoprivrednih proizvoda, preko javih osoba putem društvenih mreža popularno u cjelokupnom proizvodnom procesu, kako u svijetu tako i u Hrvatskoj.
Članek obravnava tematiko zdravja v izobraževanju odraslih. Izhodišče razprave je sodobno pojmovanje zdravja, ki se uveljavlja v družbenih vedah in se razume kot fizična, psihosocialna in duhovna ...dobrobit. Poudarjena je tudi misel, da je zdravje proces in da zdravstveno stanje določajo tako subjektivni kot okoljski dejavniki. To odpira vrata teoriji salutogeneze, povezani s prepričanjem, da je zdravje mogoče izboljšati s pomočjo zdravstvene vzgoje in promocije zdravja. Koncept okoljskih in socio-kulturnih dejavnikov, ki odločajo o zdravju in vprašanja, ki se nanašajo na z zdravjem povezani vidik kakovosti življenja, so tudi uporabljeni kot referenčni okvir in teoretska podlaga za to pedagoško razpravo o zdravju kot predmetu izobraževanja odraslih.
Good mental health is an integral part of population's general health and well-being that contributes to the quality of functioning of individuals, families and communities. In newer European Union ...documents, mental health is perceived as a prerequisite for the social and economic growth of each society. According to that, the role of the decision makers and the responsibility of various helping professions is to act towards social determinants which influence mental health. The aim of this paper is to present modern interdisciplinary area of mental health promotion through the review of the literature, starting from the historical development of the area, basic concepts and guidelines for program development. The paper highlights the differences between mental health promotion and prevention of mental disorders. Promotion is connected with positive mental health, and its main goal is strengthening protective factors and competencies. Prevention, on the other hand, aims to reduce risk factors and specific disorders to diminish incidence, prevalence, and seriousness of problems. Regarding recent international developments, which state that mental health should concern various sectors and social policies, not just health sector, this paper brings basic models to contribute to the mutual understanding of the terminology within different professions. Multi-sectoral mental health promotion involves activities and programs for supporting parenthood, and children and youth in the education system, while the area of social welfare and healthcare concerns with the quality of life in a community and within a work place settings. Regarding the interdisciplinary nature of the area, this paper wants to contribute to the scientific and professional discussion of various disciplines which are included.
