    This work presents the established methodology that based on knowing the time-dependent behaviour of the materials enables durability prediction of periodically loaded time-dependent polymeric ... materials. The main cause for the failure of periodically loaded polymeric materials are two different mechanisms that are both the consequence of their time-dependent behaviour; either this is the local overheating of the material, which results in drastic change in material's mechanical properties and consequently leads to its failure, or the process of stain state accumulation occurs, which leads to the hardening of the material, crack formation and ultimately to the failure of the material.
