  • Laparoskopska holecistektomija in adneksektomija = Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and adnexectomy

    Background. The authors simultaneously operated laparoscopicaly two different organs in abdominal cavity; the advantages are small 0.5 to cm great incisions, one short hospitalisation, rehabilitation ... and cost benefit. Patients and methods. 58-year old patient B. J. with US diagnosed gallstones and benign left ovarian cyst was operated synchronously by visceral surgeon and gynecologist. They introduced one 0.5 cm additional trocar besides four trocars for LC. The patient left the hospital without troubles four days afteroperation. Conclusions. Better instrument equipment extended percent of laparoscopic operations; these procedures are made through small 0.5 to 1.0 cmgrat incisions. Operative trauma is minimal with shorter hospitalisation, rehabilitation and greater cost benefit with surgeons' cooperation of different specialities.
