Upotreba design thinking metode približava praktično rješavanje problema i način razmišljanja u kojem se korisnik nalazi u središtu, što vodi do inovacije koja može dovesti do diferencijacije i konkurentske prednosti. Rad nudi objašnjenje pojma i metode design thinkinga, povijest i pozadinu, te pregled i vizualizaciju etapa procesa inovativnog dizajna. U radu su također izloženi primjeri design thinking metode u znanstvenom istraživanju, edukaciji i poslovnoj praksi. The use of design thinking method approaches practical problem solving and the way of thinking in which the user is located in the center, which leads to the innovation that can lead to differentiation and competitive advantage. The paper provides an explanation of the concept of design thinking method, history and background, as well as an overview and a visualization of the stages of the innovative design process. The paper also presents examples of design thinking method in scientific research, education and business practice.
