Sir, As a trustee of the National Botanic Garden of Wales, I was very disappointed to read in Jonathan Guthrie's piece on the Wales Millennium Centre ("Stage for Welsh culture makes its entrance at last", November 26) that "Wales was the scene of the financial collapse of the National Botanical Gardens, a horticultural folly". This statement is wholly incorrect.
