    Provider: - Institution: - Data provided by Europeana Collections- An unusual and large copper-alloy end cap from a knife, measuring 17mm in length and 16mm in width. One end is cylindrical and has a transverse slot across it filled with the corroded iron of the knifes tang. The other terminal is spherical and decorated with three evenly spaced relief fan-shapes with longitudinal grooves running down them.
