Prenove mestnih jeder se je potrebno lotiti upoštevajoč zahtevo po varovanju avtentičnosti njegove pojavnosti in tudi vsebine. Posegi posodabljanja vnašajo v mestni prostor in posamezne stavbe elemente, ki niso avtentični, so pa del originalnosti objekta. When commencing renewal of town cores, it is necessary to respect the demand for protecting the authenticity of its occurence as well as its substance. Modernization measures undertaken on urban spaces and specific buildings contain elements which are'nt authentic, but are nevertheless parts of the original.
