The Author makes a survey of the new rural development regulation supported by the European rural development fund. The article shows the rural development fields which have been considered by European Union. L'articola illustra le aree dello sviluppo rurale che sono state prese in considerazione dall'Unione Europea. Nel rapporto sono illustrati gli effetti del nuovo regolamento sul mondo forestale.
